Jellybeans, you will be in my heart on Saturday, how beautiful that you can incorporate a part of on her headstone. ♥

@Absolom your insider insight is always appreciated. I thought that Kendall and Maddie looked very nice on that red carpet, not so much for anyone else, but Jill takes the prize for the worst dressed. No shock there, though I did like her soft white top and tan khakis at the competition on this week's episode. But, seriously Jill, eyeliner wings are for the kids on stage, not you!

I like the new bumpers and the video of all the girls, so there is that. Go Nia, don't let foaming at the mouth Abby bring you down. After watching (so ashamed) I see how it could be a medication thing with the licking and nose itching repetitive behaviors, that sure looks like it could be meds. I loved both Kalani and Nia giving no f*cks about issues with their solos since Abby couldn't bother to be there or to prep them, I LOVED Kalani's costume! Even when Nia is the lead, she still manages to serve as a back up dancer for Maddie, I did like the piece though. Probably for the best that they scratched Kendall, it seems like she was having issues with her right foot. Don't mind my ESP about her relevé though ;). Finally - I'm not a fan of blinged out bustiers on 12-yr-olds as daywear (costumes are different).

Don't get me wrong, it's great that Abby's lost weight.
-
SIgh, this makes me sad. And WTH? Doesn't everybody know by now that the "cover up" is what will damn you?
-
You can mess up a gastric bypass by overeating too. Abby doesn't look like a size 16 to me either, not even if you add 40 pounds for teevee. 1x at the smallest.

This is how weirdly small the dance world is. I went looking on the YouTube channel of the guy that filmed most of these videos and came up with this. What caught my attention before I watched was the choreographer, Janelle Ginestra, she used train and do videos with Shane Sparks when she was very young and almost made it to the end of Bravo's dance competition show, she recently danced in Nicki Minaj's Anaconda video. Then, right there in the comments - I had to laugh because people were asking if one of the dancers was Maddie. heh. And here is Asia with 9 million hits:

Most young fans of Maddie should probably not even be looking at Brian's choreography, it's often dirty (it gets way dirtier if you look around). But carry on. It's not about hating on Maddie to speak of her age and shortcomings, there are much older dancers that can't get the nuance of Brian's stuff - just go look at his channel and all his taped classes. eta: nevermind that Kayla Rodomski is listed as a dancer in that video - more dancers above the age of 10 know and care about that name more than Maddie.

Coming back around to the political somewhat, I think Jefferson was a deist, not a Christian. My congress-critter, took his oath of office on Jefferson's copy of the Qurʾan. I think it's amazing that his position was culturally acceptable and obviously admirable at the time, given where we are over 200 years later.

Why not have Brian come in and choreograph a Hip Hop for them? Oh I know why - their heads would explode from the intricacy, and they'd have to clean it for months with him or all the intricacy would be lost. I wish I could find the package for this because Kamiliah in her talking head talks about Brian's intricacy, all these years later, this holds up as one of my favorite SYTYCD hip-hops. Brian could do a teen lyrcal as well, he's probably the most diverse choreographer in the business.

My bad, see how lapsed I am, I thought limbo was Purgatory.
-
I get the sense that it is 25% of the "electorate". I'll make my case for this, when Bush left office his approval rating was around 25%, and when polled around 25% think that the rapture is coming very soon. Back to purgatory, wasn't there recently a new doctrine announced that let babies that had not yet been baptized out of purgatory? And Jeffress thinks Catholics are a cult.

Oh @tessa, I shared that bad-assed baby on my FB page a couple days ago. This is what "IT" is called! You are welcome @Absolom, it was painfully obvious. It's almost like a little girl playing dress-up, when the little girl can apply make-up perfectly, it still isn't the same.

Maybe she could just concentrate on not turning on her heel. She's so pretty - I think she should be a model.
-
Oh I overlooked that completely - no, Brian does not need Maddie for hits on his stuff.

The larger point was that it was a non-violent crime, it isn't really a crime in most states - driving violations are considered on the civil side of the court system (it's a weird hybrid). It's egregious that Oliver didn't cover this case.

Brian Friedman is teaching a combo that should be done in heels in that clip with Maddie, I think it's admirable that he strapped some on to embody what he's teaching (huge Brian Friedman fan). That sort of dance is and isn't easy to pick up. Maddie picked up the choreo but zero of the artistry or nuance, I would say compare her to the older girls but that isn't really fair - it would have been nice to see another youngster in there to really compare her to (the gal in the black and white baby doll with boots looks closest in age). She didn't pick up any of the intricate detail that Brian is known for. It is good that Maddie is taking advantage of being in LA and taking class at what looks like Millennium. Squee, Brian putting his flavor on Bob Fosse, iconic indeed. I watched the second clip first and didn't pay any attention to the YouTube channel and immediately knew it was Friedman choreography, ha! Brian is always very good about naming featured dancers in his teaching clips.

I couldn't figure out how to make the font bigger. :(

Eh, not foaming all over the place is different than not one single bubble. I'm sorry, I'm not buying that it was beer in that bottle, which made the whole production of it stupid.
-
Okay Ollie, that looked like apple cider not beer (no bubbles as he drank). I'm now bored with FIFA, you don't have a lot of time - and as of last night you are wasting it.

That was noted in the WaPo link above thread as well. The timing of the request to expunge fully indicates that as well - InTouch posted the "tease" on the 19th of May - that is the date of the request for expungement of the Springdale police record. InTouch posted it on the 21st, which is also the day the judge signed off on the request.

I think this is a defense mechanism in any type of abuse. Unfortunately, it's generally easy to look around and see someone that was been more deeply abused. The healthy thing to do is to remember that things like this are not competitions, and they all require processing trauma. Cenk playing good cop, I sure wish he still had a television show!

Beautiful children HFC, I'm taking back my swap offer, and just offering prayers.

Daily Beast piece that addresses Gothardisms and Quiverfull while reviewing the J&J interview. Gawker and Defamer are great, but Daily Beast is more mainstream. That doesn't include the elusive second segment with the attorney either - that's the video that's on Hannity's site, sans the Mediaite clipping. Rats!
