I work for the state. We are getting a whopping 2% pay increase this year. And this is a good year.

They might be nicely trim and flat on the hanger, but they won't be trim and flat if I put them on.

I did get FJ, but my first gut-reaction thought was the HUAC, but then I looked at the date, and quickly corrected myself in time to write it down. I also got the TS of Barleycorn, Ringo Starr, amortization, George Harrison, busybody, Lovell, Minnie Pearl, Brunhilda, and cloche. I would like to thank Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd for my knowing Brunhilda -- "Oh, Brunhilde, you're so wovewy!" "Yes, I know it, I can't help it!"

Oh thank goodness! Now if they could actually stick to a schedule (and schedule appropriately), they might end on time for once.

Ohhhh! That makes sense now. I know where Stonehenge is -- I can tell you how to drive there from Gatwick airport, but I don't think I knew the place it's in is called Wiltshire.

I saw this Lego ad last night for the first time, and I love it:

I wonder how close the finish actually was, and how much of it was the Amazing editors. Did we see Ashlie and Todd at the same time as Steve and AL? But he also had to remember which dish was which, and who got which one. There were lots of places to stumble. He was smart to assign each diner/year a number and keep the numbers/dishes in order.

Oh, no! More dancing.

Too bad Ashlie took so long at the wreath-making. They could have beaten Steve and AL in a footrace if they were with the bunch.

How awesome for the Beards!

Seems like they got bad directions to the subway station, and it sounded like the directions the Beards got were completely different. The Beards might even come in first!

Wow. What a cool museum! I have so enjoyed all the locations this season.

It's a gorgeous restaurant, too.

They are certainly doing better than I would! And there's way too much helping each other on Sort.

I am worried for Greg and John.

I'm not a big-city person, either (we don't even have buses!), but I know the difference.

Oh my god. A bus is not a subway! How do you not know that?

Good call, considering the trouble they had with the water lily arrangement.
