I always crack up when Chevy keeps trying to put things on the drum stand like it's a table, but everything falls through -- starting with the beverage cup.

My thought process exactly! I wasn't able to keep track of TS tonight, though. I'm not at my house, so I'm not sure of my weekly FJ score either.

Cheeky, of course, because of the Diggs part of the clue.

Not quite an instaget FJ for me tonight, but like @ams1001, I quickly connected kid to goat to Capricorn. I was a little surprised that two of them missed it. The only TS I got were Madison Square Garden, and Daveed.

I had to think a bit for tonight's FJ, but it came to me in the last second -- just enough time to write it (completely and legibly!) before the music stopped. I only managed three TS: Stars & Stripes Forever, Moscow, and Daffy Duck. I was a little surprised that Moscow was a TS, but I was absolutely gobsmacked that Daffy Duck was. Was Daffy before their time?

Worst dress ever. There is absolutely nothing right about that hideous monstrosity.

I amazed myself by getting FJ tonight! It was not an instaget, more of a, "Dammit, what's the one with the clowns? Pa, pa, oh, Pagliacci!" I also got the TS of Kiwanis, Frank Capra, schnauzer, valley, and cantilever. Agreed that it is not Yogi THE Bear, just Yogi Bear, and that response should not have been accepted. For those of you who haven't seen Schmigadoon, I highly recommend it if you like musicals. It's hilarious!

Apparently I need to brush up on theatre, because I did not get FJ. It’s obvious in hindsight, of course. So many TS! Ones I got include Higgins, blue flu, yellow-bellied, go-go boots, engineer boots, jodhpur, radio, Berlin, supercollider, and horse.

Well, darn. I don’t have Peacock.

There was some major flood damage in my state a few days ago, and the local news reader (at the flood site) pronounced the "s" in "debris." As in, "It will take days to clean up the debrees." The anchor, back in the studio, made a point of using the word and pronouncing it correctly when the camera came back to him.

One of my favorite movies ever. I watched it on a trans-Atlantic flight recently.

I saw it this afternoon, and I enjoyed it quite a lot. Maybe I'm not as invested in the MCU as some of y'all seem to be, but I loved the humor and thought there was a good balance between humor and drama overall. I loved the montages -- of Thor getting back in shape, and of his relationship with Jane. I laughed out loud at Zeus' Zeusettes fainting when Thor got nekkid -- not to mention Val pulling out the popcorn to watch. I even loved the screaming goats (and how they immediately shut up when Thor said, "meat"). Christian Bale was awesome. Thor was great with all the kids. And it made me happy that Jane went to Valhalla in the end. Mostly when I see these movies, I take them at face value and don't analyze them too much. They're enjoyable, escapist, popcorn flicks. I thought it was fun.

Maybe, but I'm not dropping any $$$ on it to find out.

A sad 2/5 this week.

I am embarrassed to admit that I did not get FJ tonight. I should have, but I looked at the size part of the clue and my brain went to colossus, then wouldn’t leave. It didn’t help that another person in the room was shouting out random metals like lead. I didn’t keep track of TS tonight, but I know I got black mamba.

I had to think about FJ for a bit -- I knew it would be the Russian leader, but had to decide which one. I first thought Stalin, but changed my mind at the last second to the correct response. Fortunately, it's a short name, so I had time to write it down. History is not my strong suit. I feel lucky to have been able to think of any Russian leaders! I also got the TS of raw, tundra, A Mighty Wind, Angela Merkel, and beach volleyball.

Hard pass. Looks dreadful.

I actually got FJ! It was not an instaget, but I finally made it (in my mind) to the west coast in plenty of time to write it down. I also got quite a few TS, including "To Catch A Thief," Alex, French bulldog, lacerate, laconic, 12, and Neil Simon. Happy birthday, Johnny Gilbert!
