  1. I genuinely fear that the answer to that last question is tied to the line above it. I will shoot my TV if they put Anna with the moobster. Shoot it dead. I may wander the neighborhood shooting everyone else's TV, too.
  2. I was thinking "oh, they had JMW bring in the picture she brought to her plastic surgeon to show him what she wanted?"
  3. Or if Sonny could have taken less than an hour to dial 911...
  4. SC's character on B&B sucks hard. I don't know what actor could make that work, although there are times, when he's not in scenes with a love interest, where he's quite good, still. His strength, I think, lies in the more quirky kind of characters as opposed to the bland pretty boy stuff that's being written for Dillon these days, so I don't know how good he'd be as Dillon today, given the writing. I do think he'd be amazing doing the family scenes opposite JE, though.
  5. They're probably also registered at Toys R Us and a Porsche dealer.
  6. Your photobucket must be a scary, scary place.
  7. Much better. (As long as I don't think about what's been done to them...)
  8. It's sad that this is her least tragic wedding look yet.
  9. Wait, what day are the Emmy's? I kind of hope they're planning on hijacking the Emmy stage and forcing everyone there to be their wedding guests. A girl can dream.
  10. You know, ulkis, I was able to scroll quickly past in the other threads without hitting play on the videos, thus avoiding all the eye-gouging, traumatizing awful. But forcing that picture of Redrum MyKill on us like that? Too far.
  11. I'm just going to tell myself that Thighbolt bought him an engagement ring, too. I refuse to believe their wedding wouldn't be some tacky spectacle.
  12. I mean, isn't every day Horrible People Day? That's all this show has any more.
  13. I can't believe I forgot to mention Julian's hair earlier. What the fuck is on his head? I refuse to believe that a professional (or anyone who has ever seen hair before) was responsible for that.
  14. I'll be honest, I laughed at Ava's "you said talking about Morgan was off limits." I mean, how does one handle polite social conversation with Mom after you find out she was banging your boyfriend while pretending to be your aunt? And then we got NuJoss and Morgan doing a commercial for the Marvel universe movies. But I'm calling bullshit on Michael being the brother Joss needs to explain movies to. You just know Morgan's the guy in the theater going "who's that?" a dozen or so times throughout the movie.
  15. I think the part where his health comes into play is that she's moved the retirement up. She was supposed to retire later this year.
  16. Until a few months from now when someone in the writer's room gets bored and says "hey, weren't we going to do Maxie/Dillon?"
  17. You mean outside of morbid "how bad are they willing to make this?" curiosity?
  18. Has anyone else caught the most recent Quinn/Liam/Steffy/Wyatt promo? I could swear the wording about the Steffy/Wyatt wedding was something to the effect of "will her future be in jeopardy because of her past?" So are they really trying to portray this as Steffy and Wyatt are this genuine, deeply in love couple, and not a rebound?
  19. I can imagine how that decision went "well, who hasn't been on screen much, so it won't stick out that they have literally never mentioned losing their money to Rebecca Budig's father? That old guy who had a thing for Laura? You know, Franco's dad? And people will, naturally, be up in arms, because everyone loves Franco!"
  20. Am I the only one who wonders if that's a recast? Maybe they're recasting Ivy for some reason? If it's a new role, I hope she's for Wyatt. Let's get him off the Liam's leftovers merry go round.
  21. If it was about TJ, it would just be to glorify the mob life all over again.
  22. I just imagined Quinn wearing Steffy's various wedding ensembles and saying "cha cha cha" over and over again, and, I won't lie, I laughed.
  23. If this show was being written by someone competent who takes time to build up a story instead of rushing in head first and slapping shit together the second they get a new idea, we could have had some build up to someone in town having lost money to Rebecca Budig's father. Or someone in town worked with him and ended up in legal trouble. Like you say, it's not necessary for her to be related to anyone in town, but she should be tied to someone for her reveal to make any sense. I mean, if I befriend someone who is new in town and, months down the road, I find out that she's been lying about her name because her father bilked investors and she wanted to get away from the shame of it all, it's not going to be a blip on my radar. But, if I find out that she's lying and, oh yeah, one of the people her father bilked was my grandmother who ended up losing her home, or, oh that guy my brother worked for who bilked people and left him holding the bag and now he's doing time, then it's going to be more of a meaningful reveal. But this show does everything so half-ass slapped together, making it up as they go along, so there was literally no set up for what the actual reveal was. They did a lot of "who is she really?" stuff, but they never planted a single seed to make the reveal mean anything. If I had to guess, they didn't even know who they were really going to make her until about 5 minutes before they wrote the reveal scene. Much like the Fluke shit, they probably changed it multiple times as they went along, for whatever reasons. And, much like the Fluke shit, it just ended up being annoying instead of compelling. I applaud your optimism, but there are two options here: 1), they're not, or, 2) they are, but they're not going anywhere good. It's probably Alfred. I hope the poor guy's getting hazard pay.
  24. He had so much promise. It seems like anyone with any promise ends up getting sacrificed at the altar of the Moobster. I don't get it. He went from kind of interesting veteran with PTSD who wanted to be a teacher to the world's most inept hitman with no real explanation as to why.
  25. Oh, he can't.
