I agree. I like that it's possible to understand both BLQ's and Lulu's points of view here, while also acknowledging that they've both made some mistakes along the way as well. But Lois and Gloria are just flat out wrong, and have been pretty much from the time Lois found out her teenage daughter was pregnant. BLQ and Gio are the two people Lois should have been prioritizing and centering in her decisions the whole time. And she absolutely did not do that. Everyone involved in this story has the right to be very angry with Lois. I hate soap custody storylines in general, for exactly this kind of shit. Why would Michael need to see the kids so infrequently when he lives about five minutes away from where Willow is living with the kids? As a mom, I get not wanting your kids away from you for long and all, but Willow chose to leave her marriage. That decision comes with consequences. It would be one thing if there was ever any indication that she thought Michael was anything but a good father. But she has never made a single comment to indicate she thinks he's anything but a wonderful father to their kids. But soaps make custody issue so "all or nothing" that we end up with this stupidity.

Oh, good, Tom Arnold is back for some more wacky airport hijinks. But, wasn't he the pilot? Why is he a chauffeur now? Is Finn's request going to be "please don't bang my wife for old time's sake before you die"? I can't wait to see the confused "WTF??" faces on Brooke and Ridge, because they both know what a complete grudge holding bitch his daughter is. They could make Will an even slightly interesting character if they want us to care about two women fighting over him. Is the advice he's looking for "hey, mom, my girlfriend won't put out, but there's a crazy killer who has been coming on to me. Would it be OK for me to bang it out with the psycho behind my girlfriend's back while I wait for her to be ready for sex?" Oh, God, my Hope/Carter engagement speculation earlier this week was right, wasn't it? With all the spoilers combined, I'm getting Carter proposes, Hope accepts, and Brooke is looking to throw an engagement party for them. It will be hilarious if, while Ridge is hesitant, Steffy jumps right in talking about decorations and catering. Another thing I'll laugh at - Sheila finally realizing exactly how much of a psycho she actually has been her whole life, now that she sees her granddaughter playing the part of her Mini Me.

If I'm right, and they did have sex, Carter was pretty shitty to Pepe today. That whole "nobody is going to come between us" part of their conversation would really make him a dick if they did hook up the previous night. And, really, he's a dick even if they didn't, because he was perfectly happy to have her fawning all over him when he was well aware how she felt about him. On the other hand, Pepe is just ridiculous, acting like she needs to sign off on Carter getting back together with Hope. He doesn't need your permission, Pepe. You don't need to understand or approve. "I'm the one you come home to at night." Home, Beige? You mean his father's house? But, really, this is exactly what I want for Beige and Hobo. I don't want him back with Brooke, but I also don't want Beige's happiness. So, let them be together while he pines for Brooke. Let her have her hollow "win" by squatting at his daddy's house with him. And why is she still hanging out in some closet at FC after she's done doing her daily drop in to make sure he hasn't left her for Brooke yet? Do you not have a job and office to get to, Doctor?

All I could think when she was bemoaning her lost opportunity with Jason was how if that had gone down that way, she wouldn't have had Morgan, Joss, or Donna. Does she really want to wish away three of her kids for Borg dick?

I almost spit out the water I was drinking when the hobo said "same" in response to Beige's "I love you." Then they hugged, and he looked absolutely miserable. With all that overwhelming passion just oozing out of his every pore around her, it's easy to see why Beige feels so confident. And it's hilarious to hear Beige saying that the only reason Katie, who works at FC, would be there is to talk up her sister, when Beige is the one who keeps showing up to the office she doesn't work at to keep an eye on her hobo. Because, you know, she's totally super confident that he won't leave her for Brooke. Again.

Yep, Carter and Daphne definitely had sex. I'll be stunned if that's not revealed at some point down the line. I'm also still pretty convinced that JMW's maternity leave is going to involve some specialist in another country who has an experimental treatment for Liam, and Steffy accompanies him there. Then Finn will end up spending time with Luna and Sheila while Steffy is gone. What's with Ridge's Harry Potter glasses? And can Brooke please grab a hold of some self respect and dignity?

I forgot to mention one of the other things that bugged me - how he said that Hope was like a daughter to him when she was little. What a shitty thing to say. Like she was only worthy of that when she was a kid.

I honestly don't even care how convoluted it would be, but I want Michael to somehow know about Drew and Nina and announce that in front of everyone at the Nurse's Ball. I also want him to go off on his mother for pursuing this custody case behind his back, acting like he couldn't possibly know his own mind on the subject or needed protection from making his own decisions. I also hope they're not fully committed to what they're doing with him until they see what kind of chemistry NuMichael (whoever that may be) has with various people. Molly and Cody are way more charming than they have the right to be, based on their writing so far. I'm chalking that up almost entirely to JK's charisma. I am assuming that Molly is going to find out the truth about Ric's accident soon, and that everyone in her life knew and kept it from her, which will lead to her turning more and more to Cody.

Ridge is such a dick. And if Brooke could ever manage to put her kids over the hobo's dick, she would have called him out on that snide "self awareness" comment, and for not apologizing for his own part in all of this. But she couldn't even muster a "don't you have something to say to Hope about the things you said to and about her?" Also, in my head, the subtext of Ridge's disbelief was that he knows his bitchass daughter never stops grinding her axes. You just know he was thinking "really? She hired Hope back? That doesn't sound like my daughter at all. I should talk to her mother, old whatshername, and see if she knows anything about this." Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but we didn't see Pepe leave Carter's place during yesterday's show, right? I think we're going to see Hope and Carter get back together, unfortunately, but down the line, we're going to find out that he slept with Pepe last night. And he, of course, will not man up and tell Hope that. Pepe will probably go back to Paris and then show up in a few months or so pregnant with Carter's baby. My guess - Hope, since she's all about embracing life, and with Liam pushing her to commit to Carter, will agree when Carter proposes way too soon. Carter will fast track the wedding, because he's desperate to be married, and Pepe will interrupt the wedding with a visible baby bump. Right around the same time, Liam will get his miracle cure, and Hope will reunite with him.

I laughed when, right after Lulu hung up, she got a text notification and the picture was there. I couldn't text someone a picture I took a month ago that quickly. Carly is coming across like she knows Michael is going to be pissed at her when he finds out all she's doing, but she is going to do it anyway, because she knows better. That's why she doesn't to call him and talk to him about the custody hearing, because she knows he'll tell her to postpone it or call it off.

I had a similar thought during Liam and Finn's scenes today, that they'd find out Liam isn't dying, but keep it from the women for a while to get them to strengthen their relationship. Because both of their lives would be easier if Hope and Steffy were getting along.

If Carter has an ounce of respect for Pepe and himself, he'll turn her down and send her on her way. It would be incredibly shitty to have sex with a woman he knows has a crush on him right after he heard something that makes him think his relationship with the woman he claims to love is over. I'm no defender of Pepe, and I honestly hope they do have sex and that Hope finds out ASAP, but it still makes Carter shitty if he does it. That preview of her telling Steffy she's leaving makes me think that either Carter turns her down and then shows up at the office reunited with Hope, or Carter sleeps with her and then finds out Hope wants him back, so he tells Pepe it can never happen again. With the way he was going on about wanting kids so much, I had a suspicion that he does hook up with Pepe, and she ends up pregnant. My biggest hope, though, is that the day finally changes over, so we can stop being subjected to whatever the fuck Steffy is wearing. We've been staring at that mess for a week now. Make it stop.

Again, Carter did a shit job at paying attention to the context of what he was overhearing. I just want Hope to find out he went directly to Pepe without bothering to ask her what was going on and be done with him, especially after Liam's big closing argument for Carter was that Hope is the only woman for Carter. And Carter is fully on board with the revisionist history of the takeover, where it was all Hope's fault, isn't he? I'm still annoyed that Steffy told Beige. I know her excuse is that she wants her support or whatever, but that's what Steffy's Husband is there for, is it not? And the world renowned psychiatrist was really flummoxed by the concept that some terminal patients want to be alone to die? Meanwhile, AN and SC have sold the hell out of their scenes this week. If you'd told me a couple months ago that I'd be invested in the two of them again soon, I would not have believed it. But, here we are.

Like she hasn't thought she had an opening this whole time? Color me surprised that Beige hasn't cracked and told the hobo by Tuesday. Me, reading this: "what couple has been on the outs...oh, motherfuck!" Don't do it, Hope! Let Pepe have him. As awful as Steffy is, she and Hope will always be more mature than their mothers. I wonder what kind of food the show has decided to have them throw at each other this time. Because all of their fights have to be as idiotic as possible. Yay for Brooke, but that gagging sound you hear is me reading the last spoiler.

I'm assuming she had to have falsified the birth certificate, otherwise, Gio would have eventually found out his real birth date. He wouldn't be able to get a license that had the fake date on it if his birth certificate didn't have that date. If BLQ gave birth in a hospital, they would have issued a birth certificate at that point for the correct information. So, a birth certificate for a baby boy with the correct information probably exists out there. To get Gio's with the fake info, did they pretend he was an unattended home birth? Even then, a quick google search tells me that to get the birth certificate issued, they'd still need to provide some evidence - proof of medical care during the pregnancy, witnesses to the birth, etc. Absent that, if they tried to claim that Gio's mom didn't get medical care at all throughout the pregnancy, there would probably still be some proof required. Physical examination of the mother and baby, for example, which would not work, since doctors would be able to tell that she hadn't recently given birth and that Gio was older than they were claiming. I've probably given this way more thought than the writers have.

So, Lois fabricated Gio's birth date by three weeks? How does that even work? Did she falsify his birth certificate? Is that not a crime? I swear, if we end up with Liz thinking Lucky is hooking up with Kristina... Dante's anger at Gio is just so stupid. Yeah, he's technically an adult, but most people his age don't have the life experience to always make the right call in some situations. For a college kid, seeing someone get really drunk and just need to get some water and sleep it off is pretty common, and it makes complete sense that that is where Gio's mind went. Cody is older and has more life experience. He's naturally going to be ore on top of the situation. They could have tried coming up with, you know, a good reason for animosity between Dante and Gio. Donna is adorable, even when she's being used as a prop in a stupid storyline.

So, now that she's told Hope, Steffy has broken the seal and thinks it's fine to tell her mother? She was right to tell Hope, but there is no reason Beige needs to know. And it's kind of shitty to tell her and then tell her she can't tell Ridge. (Also, I bet Beige resists for about 45 seconds before she tells her hobo). "We'll be there for Hope, too." Ick, no. Stay away from Hope, Beige. Watching all of the scenes and flashbacks over the past few weeks, it feels clear to me that while Hope and Steffy are both the loves of Liam's life, Steffy is his friend love, and Hope is his romantic love. And I'm not saying that to take away from Steffy. Liam loves her with all of his heart, but their vibe is more best friends/family. That's the way SC seems to play it, in my opinion, too. Carter is just an idiot. First, when is he going to do the math on how much Pepe seems to "know" about Hope, and how all that she "knows" is clearly propaganda from Steffy's agenda. Then, what he overheard at the end there, he should have caught on some context clues, like Liam telling Hope that she has a future, and the make every moment count line. And, instead of even taking a moment or two to think over what he heard, or waiting and talking to Hope about what he heard, he's almost certainly going to go running to fuck Pepe. Contrast that with how Hope reacted when she saw Carter and Pepe kissing. She didn't run off to kiss or fuck someone else. She talked to Carter about it and heard his side of the story. That flashback of Hope, Liam, Beth, and little Douglas! They were such an adorable little family.

My super outlandish theory of the day is that when CM started in the role, he was really Drew, but some time after Drew ended things with Carly, he was kidnapped and NotDead Morgan took his place. And he has come back with a grudge against his family. I'd pinpoint the first time we saw MorganDrew as his hookup with Nina, who he hooked up with specifically because she'd been his father's wife. Then he moved on to Willow to hurt Michael. Like I said, super outlandish, but there it is. And I remain convinced that, if he isn't Drew, whoever he is absolutely took over after Drew/Carly was over, because, of course, Carly wouldn't have fallen for a fake Drew. She's too brave and smart for that, you know.

CW did a good job of Nina looking like she was trying to fight back the bile when she had to pretend to support Willow's love for Drew. This custody storyline just gets dumber by the scene. So, now the custody suit "Michael" filed is going to be heard with him unable to be there, and, more importantly, unable to be there to take care of his kids? And if the judge is inclined to say the kids aren't safe under Drew's roof, Willow is even dumber than we thought if she doesn't agree to move the kids out of Drew's house to retain custody. Of course, that wouldn't be the first time this show had a supposedly devoted mother who wanted kids more than anything in the world jeopardize custody of them to be with a guy who is not worth it. Has Drew even checked in on Kai since the surgery? Did the writers forget the part where he had his hand in that? How has it still not occurred to Kristina, given the timing and all, that Alexis might have an inkling about her causing the accident? Just a total coincidence that her mother decided to try to have her committed right at the same time as she cut Ava's brakes and almost killed two people? And her continuing to go on about how grateful and happy she is about Molly sticking up for her is pretty gross when she knows she almost killed Molly's father. Oh, good, that preview of Dante ranting about Gio again. For fuck's sake, show.

The way Carter said "do you mean that?" after Brooke was telling him how she knows he's a good man, I honestly had a moment where I expected his thirsty ass to just start coming on to her. I was laughing at how hard Steffy's working to try to get Finn to tell her she did the right thing. I hope that Hope convinces Liam to tell some other people, like Bill and Wyatt. (And that's not just because I want Wyatt back). I also hope she has zero time for Carter now.
