I think it'll be magic & mysticism. There was a lot said in the SDCC interviews about this element being introduced on the show. PB also hinted that Quentin will be involved in the last scene of 4x01. We also know that DD is already in Starling City when S4 begins. So my guess is that the last scene will involve DD and Quentin. Maybe DD will offer to resurrect Sara in return for Quentin doing something for him and, as incentive, conjures up Sara's spirit or ghost.

SA said in one of his SDCC interviews that Oliver would be a different person going forward - different from the Oliver of the past three seasons (and certainly different from pre-island Ollie). So hopefully when we see this new - more emotionally healthy and happy - Oliver with Felicity, we'll see a great relationship. They've certainly earned it.

Going on last week's mission first and saving Sara second might have been the right decision to make as a leader for the greater good, but that's not the point. It's Tom's double standard when it comes to his family versus the rest of the 2nd Mass. If it had been one of his sons stuck in Sara's predicament, he would've gone to save him first and then gone forward with the mission second. I know he told Pope that he would've done the same thing, but I don't believe him. For all the talk about hard decisions from Weaver and Anne, Tom has never had to make hard decisions because he always acts according to the following priorities (in order): 1. Save his sons. 2. Defeat the Espheni. 3. Save others. I'm not sure that Anne and their child Lexi even makes the first cut. I think Tom loves his sons more than he loves anyone else. It doesn't matter if Pope would've done the same thing as Tom. Pope has been set up to be the selfish asshole and the bad guy. Tom is the leader of the 2nd Mass (and now the rest of the 'Mason Militias'). He is supposedly the hero and the good guy. He should be applying the same rules to all of the people that he's leading. Now Tom is leaving the 2nd Mass & the mission (to Weaver) and running off to save Hal. No surprise there. The Cochise story was just filler. The Masons put more effort into saving Cochise - who's "almost like family" - than they did in trying to save Sara.

Lincoln is an Inhuman. IIRC, Coulson put Skye in charge of forming a new team of Inhumans that would work for SHIELD. Since Lincoln has become friends with Skye and wasn't killed off, it makes sense that he would be a part of Skye's Inhuman team and whatever they do next season, as well as a possible love interest for Skye.

I just posted the extended LoT trailer that was shown at SDCC over at the LoT forum (some fan asked MG about it on tumblr and he posted the youtube link). It sounds like everyone thinks BR was killed in that PT explosion, but then he turns up and explains that he was just really small.
