"... except when I'm on the side of my Baby Mama." Sorry, I couldn't resist. Even though I loved this episode (for all the reasons others have stated above), it was still shadowed by the knowledge of what Oliver did (or didn't do) in 408. I thought the Oliver/Laurel scene was fine, although I didn't see the point of it other than bringing up the time travel thing. Later in the episode, Felicity gives the same "it's not your fault, it's the fault of DD" speech to Oliver. So really, the only point of the Oliver/Laurel scene was for Oliver to tell Laurel about Barry's time travel in 408 - which just seemed out of place in this episode.
