  1. Yes that's Randy. He needs to survive so he can sell candy to the non undead.
  2. For real!! LOL Stringer, Avon, Prop Joe and Marlo who is right there would tsk tsk Ghost LOL
  3. And neither does CBS apparently LOL I wonder if they know CBS will be cancelling them if KC is being so pissy and throwing shade.
  4. Chappy sounds ::air quotes:: pissy ::air quotes:: LOL
  5. I got my TVGuide yesterday. There is an article about 7 rules for the new season. One rule was about ownership. Since more and more people are streaming, it is better for networks to have in house produced shows because its the owner who profits from that medium. It may have even said that is the case with DVR as well. I will check it when I get home. But anywho, if I am understanding it correctly, CBS would only make money when people watch PoI live.
  6. How has CBS ruined this show? According to you, this is show is a "well written, well acted and directed" masterpiece. How has CBS ruined that? CBS is in the business of making money. If their profit from this show is dwindling (and presumably it is considering the dwindling ratings) it doesn't make business sense for them to keep the show especially if they can find something else that will give them more profits. There has got to be something in it for CBS for them to keep a show on their network.
  7. I just started watching Daredevil over the holiday weekend. I am four episodes in and I am loving it.
  8. Becky mooning over Tim had me grating my teeth. I did however come to enjoy Becky and I really liked her and Luke. I also loved when Becky stayed with Mindy and Billy.
  9. I loved seeing Coach as we heard Moma Smash and the daughters' reactions to the news. Seeing how badly Smash wanted to take care of his moma and buy her a nice big house and then have that dream shattered was heart breaking. Then seeing Smash's work ethic off the field (how well he did at Alamo Freeze) and seeing him be rewarded with the scholarship and given another the chance to "take care of mama" was a very satisfying moment. Smash deserved that second chance.
  10. I think Tim and Tyra should have been written off after season 1 or at least graduated from high school. No way do I believe they were sophomores in season 1. I didn't have a problem with Tim quitting college and coming back to Dillon. The way it played to me was he only went because Billy and Lyla pushed him to go. Then Lyla ended up at another school and there goes Tim's "motivation" for going to college in the first place. I didn't care for Tim's crime spree but I was happy with his ending. He was in Texas (Texas forever) and it appeared he was becoming a productive member of society.
  11. I'm watching season 1 now and I still get giddy when the detail discovers that Lester is natural police and not a hump playing with his miniature toys. I actually thought Lester would go along. Though he wasn't as bad as McNulty, I think Lester was arrogant as well. He was definitely natural police, as was McNulty, but he also had an ego. To a point, I think Marlo was to Lester what Stringer was to McNulty. Again, Lester wasn't as out there as Jimmy but I think they were a lot alike.
  12. Is there something specific that Ms Anna did or said that you saw as negative? She came across as stern but that in and of itself isn't a bad or negative thing. After it had come out that Randy snitched, she was concerned enough about him to worry about him being home alone. She also went as far as thinking about moving Randy to another school. Regarding Kenard, I think he was a psychopath (I hope that's the correct term). I forgot which episode it was but there is a scene of Kenard trying to set a cat on fire.
  13. I robs drug dealas ... that wasn't no temp murder ... I got the shotgun, you got the briefcase. It's all in the game though, right And then he PAYS for it LOL
  14. Though he didn't get the break that Namond got, Randy had advantages too. He had a nice roof over his head. He had food on the table. He had clean clothes to wear AND he was a business man (I loved that about Randy). Most of all, he had Ms Anna who cared about and watched over him. As Michael said when Randy complained about being on a leash, at least you got a leash. I would even argue that given Delonda, no amount of money or power from Weebay was more of an advantage to Namond than Ms Anna was to Randy. Randy had what was the most important thing. He had an adult who wanted what was best for him and who stepped up. The money and power weren't as advantageous to Namond because of Delonda's mindset plus the fact that Namond didn't have it in him. He wouldn't even take his package back after Michael gave Kenard that beat down. I think Colvin was on the money when he told Weebay that if Namond stayed out there he'd be in jail or the grave soon. Namond's advantages played no part in him making it out. He didn't get noticed by Colvin because he had money or because he was Weebay's son. But for Namond being disruptive in class, he may never have crossed paths with Colvin. Namond got out because of who he is and I don't mean being WeeBay's son. Colvin saw past Namond's talk and saw the boy who wouldn't lay a hand on Kenard even with dragon Delonda breathing down his neck. He saw the boy who just didn't have the street life in him. I agree. As Colvin said, full up of corner talk LOL. That Colvin/Weebay scene is one of the best of the series. I loved all the boys, even Namond. All of them equally deserved to get out.
  15. Carol a lying liar that lies?! Say it ain't so!!! Regarding Pete, I wish he would have been killed while trying to attack Jessie or in a fight with someone. Slicing Reg played like an accident to me. I mean how different would it seem if cray cray Rick had pulled the trigger and killed someone during his cray cray outburst? Would Rick be judged by the same ruler and be considered a danger to the community for doing the same thing Pete did?
  16. And he waited until Deanna gave the go ahead.
  17. I'm pretty sure he told Lori about Morgan but I don't recall seeing him telling anyone else.
  18. LOL I thought well at least they patched him up. They might kick him out but they were going to take good care of him while he remain within the walls LOL
  19. You on it! MORGAN IS HERE!!!
  20. I think this is giving Rick too much credit. Sure he's the leader if you will but the group has played just as much a part in their survival and Rick's survival. If the idea is that they are only alive because of Rick, when the group was separated disproves that. I think the majority of the group is just as tough as Rick and it could be argued they are tougher considering Rick is the only one who has gone wacko twice LOL I was so happy to see Morgan and this episode may be the first since season 3 that I will watch again. I was giddy when he opened the episode. I was extra giddy when he helped save Darryl and Aaron. I want to see Michonne and Morgan fighting together. M&M, now that I could ship. I actually thought Glenn was going to kill Nicholas but I'm glad he didn't. Hopefully the show won't drop it and address Nicholas' temp murder of Glenn next season. I did roll my eyes to see Glenn come out OK after all those walkers closed in on him. Yeah Glenn is awesome but it was ridiculous that he made it out alive when he didn't even have a weapon. But YAY! that Glenn still lives. Glad Rick is coming across as semi sane now. They better watch him though considering this is the second time he's gone to crazy town. After watching Lennie James on TTD, I love Morgan even more. I didn't know he was British so when I heard that accent ... yeah I love Morgan.
  21. Not sure how Rick telling her that he would sit by and let any other battered woman continue to get beat adds reassurance to her that he would intervene on her behalf. He already offered to help her. Needing to know that he would only do it for her and not for some other poor woman who is being battered makes Jessie look horrible.
  22. Why exactly does Rick need to "take care of" Jesse and her sons? Its not as if when Pete is gone, Jesse will struggle to pay the bills and the bank will come and repossess her home. Also if Pete is gone, Jesse's family will need less resources not more. When Ed was killed, no one stepped in and took care of Carol and Sophia.
  23. Once Rick ran the man down, he was no longer an immediate threat to Rick or his followers, though I don't necessarily agree than Bob escaping his captors automatically meant he was an immediate threat to them. Once Rick had the bound Bob on the ground he could have easily hauled him into the back of the police car, a place designed to contain criminals. If he didn't want to include Bob in the prisoner exchanged he could have left him in the car. He even could have secured Bob somewhere to keep him immobile, which is something we know Rick knows how to do. See Merle.
  24. I would love to see this happen but I'm not holding my breath.Someone said CDB aren't murderers. At the very least I think Rick is. He runs down a man who was running away and who had his hands bound behind his back. Then he gets out of the car and kills the guy. If that isn't murder I don't know what is.
