  1. We're not talking past each other. You explained that someone thought that pic meant O/D/R Ray were for sure having a scene together and I wrote that I missed that post, which I did. I thought people were arguing against the possibility. Not sure what the issue is?
  2. MG said that, which made me think Oliver must turn Ra's down since just the threat of 50 innocent citizens of SC getting it was enough for Oliver to turn himself over for Sara's murder. I guess if he does, Ra's is going to make sure Oliver rues the day and all that? I don't know.
  3. Okay. I guess I missed where anyone said it was a sure thing - I must've skimmed a post or two.
  4. Honest question: we know Ray and Oliver have scenes coming up. We know Diggle meets Ray. Why is it so difficult to believe they have a scene together? Not saying that coffee pic is indicative one way or the other, but...yeah. I don't see why this is a stretch.
  5. I don't think Oliver's bad decision making has anything to do with a love triangle. Stirring up O/F drama is a bonus, but the main reason he's acting like a moron is to keep Malcolm relevant to the plot and to facilitate this stupid Ra's plot line. I really don't think this love triangle has created much drama at all compared to the rest of the idiotic drama we're being subjected to outside of it. I hesitate to even call it a love triangle since Oliver has repeatedly removed himself from the ring.
  6. Didn't MG or someone mention Ray and Diggle's first meeting (like it was along the same lines of the first time he met Barry)? They're going to be interacting at some point, and the CR/PB was a BTS pic, not on a set. Since O/D/R are on the PI set, there's a good chance they're in a scene together.
  7. MG= Marc Guggenheim. He's the executive producer.
  8. I have a friend who eats paleo and when she drinks coffee, she drinks it this way. I've tried it out of curiosity-it's actually good. It tasted creamy to me, but no way would I drink it regularly. Or ever, probably.
  9. I wonder if this is the Arrow vs. Atom issue where Felicity gets caught in the middle or if it's really about Felicity and Ray.
  10. IIRC, the question on Tumblr MG responded to about the talk with Laurel was if Felicity would have someone to talk to about her feelings about Oliver, so I think it's probably about him, unfortunately.
  11. Oh, I don't think they're breaking up, I just thought the honeymoon period would last longer than one ep.
  12. Regarding the ep 17 summary: Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Ray hit a rough patch. That didn't take long.
  13. I think a large number of non-comic reading O/L fans are just Katie Cassidy fans who want her to get the guy on the show.
  14. Could be Maseo, but it's definitely not the boy they were tweeting about-Colton's never worked with him. Unless SA's scripted goodbye tweet was separate from Colton's hardest day of work ever tweet.
  15. Yeah, I'm not sure it'll always be O/F, but I'm not going to worry about O/L until it happens. It's a pointless waste of time for me.
  16. I think I'm in the minority, but I thought the Sara/Oliver relationship was foreshadowed from the time she came back to Starling (not necessarily the lunge, but I figured they'd get together at some point). And since Slade/Shado were never a thing, I think that's different. Still, I'm personally not that worried about it -it's a problem I might never have, so I'm not going to get spooked. And if they do go back to O/L, then I'll stop watching. At this point, having something like that kill my curiosity/investment would be welcome.
  17. I don't think it means anything other than he has love and respect for the source material. There's not really a way he could have answered that question without pissing people off - even putting a "but we're writing our own show" would've caused some blowback (besides, he's said as much in previous answers). Yeah, O/L part whatever is always going to be out there on the periphery as long as the show is on the air and both actors are still on it, but I can't even bring myself to worry about it without actual proof on the show that they're moving back in that direction, and thankfully there hasn't been any yet.
  18. I think Roy's legit dying, and the one all the mysterious tweets are about. Maybe Felicity just gets gravely injured and doesn't actually die, die. But almost?
  19. If we're going batshit, I say go batshit all the way, and I would be down with this (depending on how they pulled it off).
  20. She owns that company, or has a stake in it?
  21. I think he's saying that the fandom is right to get riled up about someone dying - because where there's "smoke/smoak" (the tweets/hints) there's fire. And people think he's trolling to make them think it's Felicity who "dies" by spelling it that way. Or maybe it is foreshadowing.
  22. Not sure what it would take to ruin O/F for me as a ship, but I'm not even remotely there yet. I don't care about Ray, I don't care about the stupid decisions Felicity makes in reaction to Oliver with him - I've slipped on my bad idea jeans when it came to relationships more times than I care to admit, unfortunately, and I know the people behind this show are desperate to make him happen and are using her to do it. And I don't care about Oliver being a dumbass as far as it relates to him and Felicity, because him being a dumbass is to keep Malcolm relevant and to enable this dumb ass Ra's Ollie Ghul (thank you, creator) storyline. Granted, a bonus for the writers is that it does create Oliver/Felicity conflict, but Felicity doesn't even make me mad about that, because I agree with her sentiments. I don't agree with the way she's delivering them necessarily, but I guess I can't have everything. I wish they'd talk it out so I could feel better about the whole thing, but I believe that Oliver would still do what he's doing with Malcolm and Felicity would still be against it, so I do have that going for me, which is nice. I'm in it for the rest of the season, if only because I'm too invested/morbidly curious to see where this whole storyline goes and how the teases we've gotten play out (or don't, if history is any indication). If I'm out at the end of the season, it won't be because of O/F. If I'm still in at the end of the season, it will be because of them, I'm sure.
  23. Tumblr: Marc, I gotta tell you. All these ambiguous spoilers, they are killing us. But, get us talking for hours and days and speculating over plots. So, they're working - as a biz major I have to say, marketing wise, you guys know how to create suspense for this show and engage the fans ;) That said, I simply cannot wait for the rest of this season! Hope, we won't get another break cause of the timeline misfit with Flash? PS: I'll cry for days if you guys really dare to kill off Roy or Lance #toocruel Thanks for the kind words. I think everyone involved with the show enjoys social media and enjoys teasing and building suspense. That said, it’s hard to create smoak where there’s no fire.
  24. Well, to be fair, she doesn't really need to point out the greatness of other characters since most of them are pretty well-liked on their own. And yeah, I'm wondering if something happens to Thea or Felicity too. Or maybe that's the aftermath of the death? Or, maybe whatever killed the killee (Roy) injured someone else? Maybe this is where Oliver has to imagine living a life without Felicity (or whatever he said at that con)? I'm really glad to see Oliver's still in civvies since that means he must not have joined the LoA yet. Unless he's already ascended the ranks and instituted a new dress code (MAKE EVERYTHING SHIRTLESS ALL THE TIME).
  25. She's the CW's director of marketing, so at least the propping is her actual job. :)
