Regarding Pitch:

I think that whenever Oliver and Felicity get back together - regardless of when it is - there won't be a lot of time spent on it, and they'll probably immediately go 4A-style back into the background - a time when it seems there was the least amount of complaining about them, and the show didn't spend a whole lot of time on them as a couple. Most scenes we got of them together also advanced the plot.

The purples and red seem too upbeat for a funeral to me. Mayor thing, maybe? Although it seems like if that was it Oliver would have his flag pin on his coat's lapel, but this show isn't all that great with stuff like that, so who knows.

I hope Tina has a weapon in that bag, otherwise...damn.

Because it's what she sees when she looks in the mirror! ::and then they'll disappear to a Russian hotel room Susan's apartment because Oliver is living in a basement of a building he doesn't own::

Wouldn't the writers be the ones having Wild Dog calling Felicity "blondie?" Why is the actor getting flak for that?

I think they might be using it as some kind of foreshadowed reason for him doing whatever dumbass thing he has to do (like running back in time. Again.) to undo something bad that happens to her.

I didn't get that he felt one way or another about Emily and/or Felicity in this video - and I'm pretty sure he was teasing with the "absolutely not, don't ask me again." I liked him a lot in this interview - but sadly not a whole lot as Wild Dog.

The writers ignore the fact that Oliver and Felicity ever had a relationship, and made a point to make it a drama-free transition, so they'd probably just throw easy references to (in)significant others into the fold if having difficulty referring to a boyfriend or girlfriend wasn't supposed to mean anything. (Is that about right?)
