  1. Is it just me, or has there been a serious lack of Dutch/Johnny scenes this season? I know we are only three eps in, but *shurgs* I don't know, it just feels like D/J has been missing.
  2. I was annoyed with Cole's lack of communication with Cassie regarding the freezing of time. I was pissed that he made the choice to change things without talking to her. Not only did he take her choice from her, but he also took the choice from her about what to do with their child. I would have found it noble if it had been both their decision but it wasn't so I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. I don't doubt Cassie would have chosen to save the future. She would have struggled with the choice, but she would do it. And that I would have liked to see, both of them discussing, struggling with it, but ultimately deciding saving humanity is the way to go.
  3. I too saw it this morning. I enjoyed it a lot. While I don't think it will be a classic, my mom and I both agreed that if they do a sequel we will go see it. I thought all to ladies, actress and character, brought something to the movie. I didn't find Hemsworth that funny, but the end credits were good.
  4. This sums up the way I'm feeling about this show. It's one of those things you like, but you just can't explain why, even to yourself. I like Wynonna, and Dolls. I flop between annoyance and liking with Waverly. Not a fan of Doc but I do enjoy Nicole and am glad the sheriff isn't a clueless moron. Still, I feel like this show is tell not show. I buy Waverly and Wynonna as sisters with a weird supernatural history but all the other relationships seem to be a lot deeper than I would think they would be based on what's played out on screen.
  5. I've decided I just don't like Kirsten. I don't hate her but I find myself enjoying the show when it's less focused on her. I'm sticking my Camille/Fisher ship.

It was funny to see but I'm still bitter about Drake and Lowell.
  7. I'm pretty sure she would be Peggy's grandniece but Sharon just refers to her as Aunt Peggy. Peggy's death was mentioned on Agents of Shield. The article they showed mentioned her brother, husband, and two kids but said nothing about nieces or nephews. It didn't even mention her brother was married, so no confirmation on whether he had a war time bride.
  8. We watched on HBO too. This movie had potential but there were too many wrong choices made. I also think all the characters were miscast.
  9. See I don't think Camille and Linus work. It's most likely because I just don't feel any thing more than decent chemistry between the two actors. I liked the hints of Camille/Fisher in the first couple of eps, and while I'm not a fan of the story line, I think she and Liam's actor have better chemistry. I'm ok with the sort of reboot of the characters this season but I'm not a fan of the timing/pacing of the eps. It's like we are supposed to believe enough time has passed for Maggie & Camille to discuss/set up Liam, Kirsten to become deeply obsessed with her daddy search, Cameron to kinda move on from Kirsten, etc. But it feels as though only a week or so has passed in show.
  10. For me, this show has become watch when I'm really bored and nothing else is recorded/on tv. Nothing is working for me. Jane/Michael is just blah. Rafael feels like he is on another show completely where he continuously gets screwed by "family". Rogelio annoys me (though I think JC does a good job playing him). Even worse, my favorite ship, Team Villanueva, isn't as compelling as it once was. *sigh* I'm going to slog it out until the end but right now I'm undecided about coming back for season 3.
  11. I still don't like Major. But for me it's more about the actor than the character. I do find he works best playing off Ravi. I can even tolerate him in doses with Liv as long as romance isn't involved because the two just lack chemistry for me. I'm finding I like this Blaine better. I'm not looking for a redemption arc for him, but he was too one note for me. I've only seen David Anders in a few things, but it feels like those characters were all very similar. With the amnesia storyline, I feel like he's getting a chance to stretch a few acting muscles and I'm enjoying it. Ravi rocks but I really hope he (and Major) tell Liv about his deal with VDC. Communication is important people. I hope Drake gets defrosted soon, I like him and Liv together (despite still being bitter about Lowell).
  12. To bad Lucien went rogue, I could have shipped him with Freya. This show (and the mothership which I stopped watching) are very bad about having supposedly smart, powerful witches be not so smart or powerful for plot reasons. This episode alone had Vincent taking down several vampires before not being able to take down the blond vampire. And I wasn't clear on why that was. Freya talking about protecting the bullet with lots of spells, then walking down a dark street, unprotected, with the bullet in her hand for anyone to take. Davina smugly takes on Finn locking him in his vampire form, but doesn't protect herself from counter attack (either by telekinetically tossing him away or a brain aneurism). Speaking of Davina, did anyone else think "how rude" when she ripped that page out of another witche's grimoire? She could have just snapped a pic with her phone. Also, I adore how Josh is really coming into his own, being smart about the bullet, asking to join the Stryx, playing his part at the hotel. Dude has gained a great deal of confidence.
  13. Thanks for the clarification. On a shallow note, that hairstyle looked really good on Caity.
  14. Completely shallow comment ahead... Henry Simmons is a gorgeous man. I've known this for awhile now, but I watched the show in HD for the first time and it really hit home just how good-looking he is.
  15. What's really funny is that there are two jars of cookies on one side of the stove, and two bags of cookies on the other. Yet he's still waiting on the fresh baked. Not that I blame him. It's definitely one of my favorite commercials ever.
  16. Is Sara bi-sexual or a lesbian? I keep thinking she's bi-sexual but I've seen her referred to as a lesbian so I'm confused.
  17. I wasn't moved by the rest of them, but dammit when they showed Mack...well it was a bit dusty here too. I still don't like Hunter and Bobbi together as a couple, though I do like them individually. That being said, I'm fine with Hunter leaving, but will so miss Bobbi.
  18. This show really needs renewing. I'm not a fan of Ana/Xavi but it was still a good ep.
  19. I'm excited for the brother's return, but damn it makes me miss Rebekah. This show is the Originals after all so I'm glad we are getting more than just Elijah and Klaus. I like Cami with Vincent. I could kind of ship it too. I wish they would do more with Vincent though. I feel like they keep saying how strong he is, especially now that he is Regent, yet they keep neutering him. I've decided I like Hayley best when she's not embroiled in Mikaelson family drama. I'm also hoping that if she is gone for three years with Klaus, that they move on from Hayley/Elijah. They just don't work for me.
  20. I've been thinking that it's not just Jane, but the whole season so far. Don't know if it's a sophomore slump or what, but this season is lacking whatever made season one special. I liked the Jane/Petra scenes. Those two have potential to be really good friends. I like Petra/Rafael as friends and want to see them making co-parenting work. Ok, part of me is still hoping there was a mix up at the lab and they aren't really Raf's kids since I didn't like that story line to begin with. But if not, I can get behind them being friends who are raising kids. I've actually hated what they've done to Jane and her love life. She's gone from loving two men, moving on from both men, dating/making out with other guys, wanting a fling with her advisor, to Michael being her one true love, to her being engaged. Full disclosure, Jane/Michael does nothing for me so I might be a bit biased. That being said, I think their reunion was rushed and unearned. If they were planning on getting them back together, they should have shown them at least trying to be friends or giving dating a try. Instead they have picked up as though they never broke up. It feels as though the writers wanted them together just so he can get killed on their wedding day. *sigh*
  21. Silly, Jackson clearly used his time with Hope well and taught her how to survive on her own since he knew if anything happened to him she would have to watch herself.
  22. I'm guessing by the silence in here, nobody liked the ep? For me it was ok. I was fine with Tebow winning. Both displayed so-so lip synch skills (I saw both miss words or their timing was off), but I kept feeling like ND was trying to hard to be fun and sexy.
  23. A lot happens in a short time on this show. I hope it manages to score a second season.
  24. I enjoyed the whole show, but Jenna was the winner for me. I'm not a Beyoncé fan (though I don't hate her), so her appearance wasn't as cool for me as Paula Abdul's was in the beginning. I also felt like Jenna brought more energy to both performances than Channing did. Special Snowflakes were hilarious though.
