Edited to add: Maybe Tom was the yacht guy now that I researched a little. There really isn’t much info on Nick except an article from last year says he relocated to California and does real estate and Airbnb. He always wore shirts on the show advertising his business ( I can’t remember the name now) but I think it was something to do with yacht maintenance or something like that.

Luke not being attracted to Kate is ok. Not everyone thinks everyone is attractive and that’s ok. What’s not ok is telling someone you are basically repulsed by them. Kate has done nothing to him to deserve that kind of treatment. He is just a mean person and the things he said in his talking heads make it seem like he’s so resentful he didn’t get whatever fantasy he thought he was going to and he’s taking that anger/disappointment out on her which is not fair at all. But besides that, he’s basicalky just a total douche bag and I’ve never seen the word douche fit someone so perfectly as it does him.

I don’t really understand what was so much better about those make up bags than the million others you can get. On that same note, I really didn’t see what was so special about the dresses compared to the million others you could get for half the price. I love my Lands End dresses and they look better/cuter than those, are great quality and when you have a coupon code they’re half the price!

I actually wouldn’t mind if they were phasing him out. I don’t not like him I just don’t really like him either I understand it and it’s hard to explain. Something about him is awkward to me and I have like 2nd hand embarrassment watching him. Weird I know! Hes also the shark I would least want to have a deal with. I know he’s successful, I just don’t see him being the most successful shark to partner with.

Oh ya and another thing I don’t remember them really explaining or asking about. At the beginning it showed that he was shot in side of his back but her story was hecwas coming at her so how would the shot have gone through his back/side?

I thought there’d be more comments on the crazy Carlsbad lady and the fact that she had a baby through ivf during her trials. Like seriously wtf? I don’t know if she was abused or not but her “crying” of whatever the hell it was on the stand was one of the fakest displays I’ve ever seen and I watch all these shows so I’ve seen some really bad acting by defendants. She was batshit.

Ok so Joey was murdered in a upper class apartment complex after a night of partying. All of the true crime shows I watch have sad elements but damn this one really made me sad. Maybe because the dad seemed like such s family man and was so overcome with emotion. It just seemed so senseless and didn’t make any sense why it even happened. if you watched do you believe the way that the first guy who admitted said it went down is the truth? I do because I thought the murderers lawyers were grasping at straws with their explanation of why their client wasn’t guilty, but I do wonder if the other guy was maybe a little more involved in the actual murder then he made himself sound.

Ya I’m sore I watched that one but already need my memory jogged on the details. I watch so much true crime too but 48 hours reporting and the stories is one of my favorites for sure. I look forward to it. I wish I could remember the title of the one lady Saturday with a young man names Joey. I’d start a thread for that episode.

Ok thank you for this. This was bugging me but I just felt like I couldn’t say it even though I wanted to. It has nothing to do with anything but when people described her as beautiful I wondered why I was not seeing this. I don’t think so and it’s not because I’m all that either. Not just saying this because she’s a woman either if someone had described Darin as handsome, I’d have to comment the same. That shady shit with Darin makes me give him the side eye even more too.

I hope they at least called the gas company or fire department when they said that laundry room smelled like gas and not to light a match. Oh it’s ok, we’ll just walk away and let the whole neighborhood blow up.

I was hoping this topic would show up. I have such mixed feelings about the Darlie case. I don’t think anyone should say how anyone else should act under grief and stress. I hold my feelings in around others abs break down later by myself. I probably wouldn’t act like people expected me to either. The sock down the street really throws off the theory that she did it but it just seems so random that a person would come in and stab two kids For seemingly no reason, however people shoot and kill people for no reason all the time so you can’t really say that some crazy person didn’t just decide to kill because they felt like it either.

I really wish Hildi wouldn’t have come back. Seriously asking, has any of the people on this show like ever really liked her design? She just seems to be ridiculous just to be ridiculous, and she’s rude too.

I still don’t completely believe he’s innocent though. But ya all that shady lying shit happens way more than I’d like to believe I’m sure, especially with a jailhouse snitch!
