  1. How come she gets paid more than Julie Bowen? Don't they have the same status on Modern Family? Seems odd.
  2. Speaking of Nate, wasn't there some thing about Maya knowing something more about A/Ali? Something on her computer? Also, what happened to CeCe? And where is Jenna? What is Lucas up to? Shouldn't Noel Kahn come back out of hiding (was he in hiding?)?
  3. Amazing! If they rid me of Cait-Sith it will be even more amazing!
  4. Wow, how quickly they lost me with this show. Terrible second episode.
  5. This thing with Silent Murder Child Is so dumb and ridiculous it's starting to become kind of funny. It's almost so bad it's good, but they need to kick it up a notch and make it truly over the top and insane to redeem the storyline. It has potential to be so bad it's brilliant (I have no hope in it being actually good at this point), but unfortunately I think it's asking to much of this show and these writers to really go there. MVPs? The Powells, obviously. And Grant Show's muscles. The rest was mostly a snooze.
  6. Why isn't Kevan and The Small Council doing anything about the High Sparrow and his cult? Why can't they break Cersei and Marge free? Get a few men in and kill those nuns for gods sake. Not that Cersei deserves to be rescued, but still. Afraid there would be a rebellion? ETA: I just realised they weren't even in the episode, but it crossed my mind. Sorry for the disruption! So I'm on topic, here's an unpopular opinion. What was done to Shireen was horrific, but I still don't hate Stannis? I hope he slays Ramsay. And it was nice to see Selyse show some feelings for her daughter in the end.
  7. Is Hannibal big in any other country? Except Korea, obviously. I'm thinking three seasons is as much as we're gonna get. I just don't wanna have expectations of any kind. They might even burn off the last episodes on Fridays again with these ratings.
  8. Dry eyes? That's a laugh. Good GAWD, show. Do not scare me like that again.
  9. Wow, that chase scene was AMAZING. So thrilling. Edge of my seat, heart racing, the whole shebang. These characters are really working for me. Props for making me interested in an Indian love story as much as characters running for their lives (especially considering I was expecting more fight or flight than straight up drama from this show before I started). It's just beautiful to look at and the music is fantastic. Even smaller moments feel bombastic at times. I haven't seen anything from the Wachowskis other than The Matrix (only read mostly negative stuff) but they've hit a homerun with this. Daryl Hannah got a pretty cushy job with this considering she's a regular without basically any scenes at all.
  10. Poor Angelique indeed. Although she didn't seem particularly perturbed with Dorian and Lily, but perhaps I missed a cut where she looked bummed out. Dorian definitely recognised who Lily was, I think. I did find the cliffhanger with Vanessa a bit anticlimactic though. The blood rain was gorgeous and horrifying but, considering all the shit happening to Vanessa, when she just fainted it was like, okay, so what? Fainting's nothing to this woman. But finally Wolfman!
  11. Well if that wasn't just the best thing I ever did see. But it seemed like Wolfgang wasn't experiencing the others, but the others were experiencing him? He didn't move an inch. Or maybe he just let them all flow over him.
  12. I usually bust out Into The Wild when I need a good cry. Other movies off the top of my head that makes me bawl like a baby: The Laramie Project (for obvious reasons) Dead Man's Shoes (revenge drama at it's best. That ending, with the reveal... I'm close to tears just thinking about it) Tyrannosaur (Olivia Colman, good gawd, she's the best) The last two are both hard to watch, though. Very unsentimental and brutal.
  13. I wish they'd remake FFVI. That would be epic.
  14. Gillian's interviews about Twitter is confusing me. This looks like it's her posting but at one point she said she had a minion who tweeted things for her and another time (recently) she said she's not on Twitter.
  15. She played a nun possessed by Satan in American Horror Story season 2 and it was just the best of times, so now we all love her.
  16. Right?! Dear lord. Well I just finished and the mystery and Lily Rabe were enough to grab me for at least a few more weeks. I wanna know who/what Drill is! The rest of the characters were cardboard cutouts, though. Oh and lol to the doctor calling for security because a patient walked out of the hospital? Is that really a thing? Although I guess since he had severe memory loss that finding him was the right thing to do. It just made me laugh for a second. "We got a walkout!" Oh no! Nurse, strap him to the bed!
  17. I'm only five minutes in but I gotta ask who the hell would build that tree house for their five-six year old kid?!? That thing just screamed accidental death. I got high anxiety just looking at it.
  18. Oh. Oh yes. Totally gonna happen I think and I feel stupid for not thinking of it. It's got to be someone we care about who can be killed off (assuming it's so terrible the one seeing it will die/be killed by Dorian) so I guess I'll have to start mourning Angelique. That scene was HAWT.
  19. Ugh, the toy plane. Whenever Kate pushed her way into going on adventures it was annoying. Whenever Jack actively shut her out of going on adventures it was annoying. They couldn't win with me. It was always The Worst Moment. Can you just go wherever it is you need to go without having a discussion about who's going for fucks sake?
  20. I don't know what's going on with Scandinavian weathermen lately but everytime I happen to switch on during a forecast there's a hot dude telling me what to expect the next day. The women seem to look more "normal".
  21. I'd definitely prefer it if they hadn't killed Kate. The dramatics wasn't worth it IMO (although a lot of it was still good drama). The only other thing I remember greatly from the season is Celia being truly vile and I just couldn't stand her and wished it would have been her dead instead. Happy viewing! :-)
  22. Hmm, I misunderstood, I thought he said she was dead early in season 1 (before they figured out more about their relationship) not later when he was dating Shannon. No idea why he says it then.
  23. Don't think you missed anything. Probably a retcon.
  24. There's nothing lame about Clue, especially not when Madeline Kahn is involved. I miss that lady.
