    True, but my point there was a lot of friendships between some of these people that do pre-date the show, regardless of how some of them of them choose to identify themselves now, ie, being Teresa's friend versus being Caroline or Dina's friend.

    TBH honest Teresa was close the Manzo family as a whole back then, so it seemed like they shared many friends in common, I imagine.
