What the hell was with Jen gossiping w Maci about the status of Ryans relationship? Does Mavi really need to know that Ryan is thinking of moving out? This new baby should throw some cold water on that for her.

My coworker passed maybe two years after her surgery. She never looked well after the procedure. She looked gaunt and sickly all the time. Seems the medical coverage on the job covers the surgery because there's like an entire community of folks who've had bypass or lap band surgery. Most of the women still have somewhat full faces and a healthy hue.

I am one of those who think far too many patients jump into this surgery as a quick fix. It ain't quite the "fix" most think it is. There is some major rewiring of the body that happens and if the patient doesn't rewire their brains a lot of complications will follow. We lost a co-worker a few weeks ago who was never able to retrain her brain to deal correctly with her new digestive system. Maybe once a month you could find her in the office bathroom vomiting. The ambulance was called for her all the time. She just couldn't stop herself from eating the huge portions and the fast food and the soda. No matter how sick it made her, she just kept behaving like the fat girl she was trying to leave behind. Really sad. Most of Dr Now's patients don't seem ready to make that change. They seem to feel owed an easy out to a mess they've made. If anything I hope this shows that's it's better to not eat yourself into this situation.

Here's my question, why do we see so much damn Tyler? I mean right from the start, it was 16 & Pregnant...and Tyler. Teen Mom...and Tyler. I'm just sick of Tyler. Right from the start MTV has made this dude out to be more than was ever really there. There's no there, there. I will only slightly say that perhaps Marla's refusal to try was really tied into her original hostage trauma. Maybe it was tied into the fear of leaving the house. Seriously, that split she did when her daughter was washing her? Damn! I'm 140 pounds and I think I need to get myself to some hot yoga classes. And how was it that with a nearly 300 pound weight loss, she could still barely stand? My bet is now that the camera crew is gone she's climbed back in that bed and hasn't budged.

Everything about Tyler just throws me off. Main thing being his lack of...libido? Prowess? Those aren't the right words. Tyler just never struck me a "sexy sexy yum yum" kinda guy. Granted, not every man has a high sex drive, but from Tyler I never get anything. You know Ryan is getting it in. You know when it's Gary Time. Tyler? Not so much. She is the one that spun a tale about how they could hand over the baby and co-parent with BrandonandTeresa. I will always believe Dawn saw two uneducated teens that didn't have the smarts or the means to hire an attorney to go over with them what their rights really are in the adoption. One thing that did bug me is Cate expressing her views on posting the video and the chewing the shit out of her nails while Tyler did what he wanted anyway. She didn't tell him to take it down. She didn't go online an remove the video herself. She just meekly stated her case and Butch Jr. did what he felt.
