  1. She really did. She didn't even give Tikky credit for gifting (or should I say, grifting?) her the clothes. Tikky outed herself after Alyssa was asked about it a hundred times on Instagram.
  2. I think if they'd stayed in New Jersey, Hailey would've had an easier transition. The Clarks would've still doted on her while giving attention to the new baby. With the Bates, they're only about the latest and greatest, the rest of the grandkids blend together in an indistinguishable horde. Katie may not notice because it's what she's used to, but Travis surely will.
  3. Most underwhelming non-surprise ever. Should we take bets on how soon they buy a house? No way they're staying in that apartment with two kids and a big dog.
  4. The Daddy/Daughter date would be a cute idea if it was simply John taking the child to do an activity of her choice, but the way they romanticize the whole thing is so gross. It comes across like a sick grooming ritual. Dolling a kid in frilly dress and makeup, John ringing the doorbell like a boyfriend. It's so icky.
  5. Travis and Katie must not have been able to go to North Carolina, hence Carlin calling in the B team (or in Tiffany's case, the Z team). I mean, seriously Kelly and Tiffany third wheeling Carlin's birthday trip is the most random thing ever. With regards to Layla, I saw the video and couldn't understand one word beyond "Happy Birthday." That kid desperately needs real school and speedy therapy.
  6. Lulz! Josie did Kelly's hair tonight. She must've read your minds.
  7. That style of dress looks absolutely ridiculous on a 50-something woman.
  8. That video gutted me. It was especially hard watching how deliriously happy Michael was to finally be pregnant, knowing that it wouldn't end well. I also thought the clips of them telling the families were so sweet, especially the way Tori got so excited and ran over to hug her sister. I thought Michael was very honest in telling her story. I believe she is genuinely happy for her siblings but she admitted it's hard feeling left out. I'm glad she's set boundaries, as I've always worried about the family taking advantage of her. I hope that they're able to become parents one day. I know adoption isn't like ordering Door Dash, where you request a kid and it's on your porch an hour later, but I'm a bit surprised they didn't start pursuing this avenue years ago.
  9. Lulz! They haven't even been in Knoxville for two weeks and they're already fleeing town. Per Katie's stories, Travis surprised her with a vacation. They stayed at Lawson's tonight and are flying out of Nashville in the morning. She didn't say where they were going. So much for Travis concentrating on his music, lol.
  10. I'm not sure, but one thing I do know is they won't last long in that apartment. At the end of their Moving In video, Travis and Katie were complaining about the noise, the constant traffic outside their door, Remi constantly barking, the lack of yard and having to put the dog on the leash whenever she goes out, etc. They tried to frame it positively like, "Oh, this is stuff we're getting used to! It's so different!," but Travis isn't a good actor. He gives away all his emotions on his face and he was annoyed. I predict they buy a house before the end of the year (or go back to NJ when the renter's lease is up). I thought the lack of Easter photos was interesting as well. Did none of the family get together for dinner? Carlin and Evan did that sad backyard egg hunt and Josie and Kelton cooked for his family, but where was everyone else? No festivities at the Big House? Unless maybe they did do something and everyone's saving the footage for YouTube?
  11. I have a feeling it's a combination of these two things. Given the cost of groceries these days, feeding an extra four people for a week each month adds up quickly. Granted, the kids don't eat like adults, but it's still an expense. Evan bragged about mooching Starbucks off his sister, so it's unlikely he gives his parents any money to replenish the pantry. And like you said, it's not just cooking. Someone has to wash the sheets and towels from the guest room, clean the bath, remake the beds, etc. and I highly doubt it's Evan and Carlin. To your second point, it was pretty obvious Mrs. Stewart hated being on camera. She literally ran out of the room in one video. I think she and her husband tolerated it to a point, but may have finally put their foot down. I wouldn't want millions of strangers having any kind of access to my home, including the layout, knowing where I sleep, whether I have pricey electronics, etc. And aside from security risks, the constant filming is rude and disruptive. I think there was definitely some sort of Come To Jesus meeting though, because Evan and Carlin hightailed it out of Nashville after Christmas and haven't been back since.
  12. Hey now, that new Jeep isn't gonna pay for itself! I imagine E&C figured their fans would be eager to see the kids in their Easter outfits, so they used Jesus' resurrection to maximize clicks and engagement. How very Christian. 😜
  13. Yes! It's so annoying. Didn't they just do some big site upgrade? It shouldn't be this glitchy.
  14. That picture made me feel really bad for all the times I was a brat towards my parents. My dad always bought my bikes and made sure the seat was adjusted to the proper height. I was also off training wheels at 5. The bike was way too small for Allie and the fact that she's just now riding a two-wheeler at 9 indicates to me, she isn't getting out that much. It goes to show just how shitty John and Alyssa are as parents. They didn't always have five kids, so what were they doing when Allie was much younger and there was only one or two siblings? She didn't have a tricycle or a small bike with training wheels back then? Did they just sit in the house and stare at the walls all day?
  15. I just watched Carlin's vlog and the way she said "I forgot the gifts" makes me think she bought presents but forgot to pack them. I've done that before where I bought a bunch of stuff at Target or Walmart and intended to take certain items out for my suitcase, only to realize I forgot later. The Stew Crew seems like the type who scramble to the airport at the last minute, so I'm not surprised. She wanted to run out and buy something before the party and Alyssa told her not to. I thought it was very sweet of the girls to make cards and letters for Layla and Zade, but I noticed Alyssa blew Allie off yet again when Allie excitedly tried to show her mom what she'd drawn. Alyssa always gushes over anything Lexie and Zoey do, but Allie gets a split second of attention or she's ignored entirely. Poor kid.
  16. Given the glaring absence of pictures/interactions between Carlin and Erin this weekend, I am dying to know: what went down between them that is so bad they can't play nice at a kids party? I know drama exists in every family, but this fallout had to cut deep. They haven't interacted in years at this point. What could've possibly happened to cause this big of an estrangement? Are they both stubborn and petty? Is one willing to let bygones be bygones but the other is holding a grudge? Also notable that Kelly didn't attend when she normally looks for any excuse to leave town.
  17. I'm assuming he had a party and Alyssa is saving the footage for YouTube.
  18. I just got caught up on the Instagram reels, and wow, that party makes me feel even sadder for the girls. When Alyssa said they were combining the birthdays and renting a venue, I figured it was going to be somewhere kid-friendly. FunZone, Dave&Buster's, Chuck E Cheese, SkyZone, etc. That would make sense, because it wouldn't be affordable to host four separate events. I also figured they'd put in a real effort considering the girls had to share a party while Master Rhett got his own. But damn, they ended up with that sad conference room? With no princess themed activities? And the photo booth wasn't even a photo booth, it was someone shooting Polaroids against a balloon backdrop. I'm not familiar with the Orlando suburbs, but I'm assuming a major tourist area must have a bazillion places that specialize in kids parties. I have a hard time believing this is the best they could do.
  19. The party was only an hour and forty-five minutes? Is that typical for kids parties held at venues?
  20. I saw that. Custom baseball jerseys, custom decorations, fancy backdrop for the pictures. They certainly went all out for a baby who has no clue what it's for and won't remember it. As far as Allie, she's still getting shafted. Neither she nor Lexi strike me as the type who would be into a Princess party. That's the kind of theme geared towards much younger girls, like Maci.
  21. Aside from Carlin and Erin, my guess would be Kelly and maybe Addie or Ellie. Alyssa just posted pics of Rhett's birthday and only John's parents were in them, so I'm guessing the Bateses are coming for the larger event and will give Rhett his gifts then. I'm 99.9% sure Carlin is only attending this thing because she's desperate for content, but it'll be nice for Alyssa's girls to have family there that isn't all from John's side. Carlin posted stories yesterday of them at the grocery store and I was shocked at how small Layla looked next to her cousins. In fairness, the Webster girls have height in their DNA from their dad, but I'm not even kidding, Layla looks no bigger at 4 than she did at 2. I wonder if she's still being monitored for being behind the curve?
  22. I don't know if you guys follow Carlin or BSB, but she posted a bunch of spring dresses to her stories with the caption "The Easter Shop is open." Is it me or is BSB always way late when promoting holidays drops? Like, y'all are just now getting around to Easter when it's only a week away? People are supposed to order and hope there's no shipping snafus so they can get their package in time? And also hope the dress fits so they don't have to rush last minute to find something else? It seems like other retailers are about a month ahead in terms of advertising clothing for a specific occasion. Between this and the mountains of inventory at every cash and carry, I'm gonna need someone to explain to me how this poorly run business supports two families. Because the math ain't mathing.
  23. And she didn't blur out the faces of the other children in the swim lesson.
  24. I hope Carlin at least hires a pool service to clean and do the chemicals. Given the amount of kids she plans on having in this thing, it'll be a human petri dish. Meow Mix, Fundie Finances have always been one of life's greatest mysteries. I've never seen so many people with questionable employment live so high on the hog. With regards to Evan and Carlin, I think they carry tons of credit card debt and spend every dime that comes in. They're both immature and impulsive, which is the personality type that tends to end up in financial messes.
  25. It absolutely is, especially with financial experts predicting doom and gloom for the housing market. They'll never recoup the $50-60k it'll cost them to put it in. I'm sure they're getting a discount from the 'sweet church friend' but it can't be that much. He's still got overhead and he isn't going to take a lengthy job like that and not make a profit. I don't understand why they feel they need to upgrade homes anyways? They have plenty of square footage and yard space for their family. As far as Evan, that's a laugh. If an untrained, amateur filmmaker/editor is in such high demand, how does he have time to float around all day? Shouldn't he be booked and busy? 🙄 And I agree, we do NOT need to know anything about Layla's bathroom habits. Maybe Carlin should discuss the issue with Layla's pediatrician rather than random strangers?
