  1. I FF'ed and I'm definitely not sorry. The B story taking up a whole episode? Bad move production! You're going to bleed viewers.
  2. Just a helpful hint: When host chat is only 10 minutes, it's not a live show, host chat usually lasts about 20 minutes.
  3. Wow, I replayed that scene about 5 times. I knew Deran's wheels were turning in his head after Smurf's 'runt of the litter' "congratulatory" speech, but I wasn't expecting that. He basically summed up Smurf in 5 explosive minutes. Smurf looked like she wanted to kill him. I'm worried about Deran. The wrath of Smurf is going to be fierce. This show is sympathetic to murderers like Pope, and awful fathers like Baz, it will be interesting to see how reformed Deran's fate plays out.
  4. Just to be clear, the book isn't racist, it's about racism, and yes the story is incredibly sad.
  5. I work with an Englishwoman, she's in the next cubicle. When she infrequently uses the "T" word, I can't help but crack up! I may be in my 50's, but my sense of humor is in the sixth grade.
  6. Isn't it possible there's nothing blackmail worthy in LW's diary? That's what kind of show this is. Line crossing happens every episode to different groups.
  7. We're only two episodes in. Dean is the brother of the main character who may or may not piss off, not one, but two crime organizations. I'm sure Dean will have a lot to do. Totally agree with you there. With a cast that includes Nash and Preston, her inexperience really shows.
  8. The irony flew right over her head. She's unwatchable.
  9. To be fair, I don't think Andy understands the meaning of many things.
  10. Agree 100%! Unless the storyteller is talking shit about the guest, hands off!
  11. I don't know about anywhere else, but in NYC the mayor lives in Gracie Mansion and works at City Hall.
  12. I already saw an excellent report on David Grann on CBS Sunday Morning, so I'll only DVR the episode featuring Eddie Izzard. Just to see the idiots on the panel try to keep up.
  13. That is not what's going to happen. Julie will talk about the latest compelling Kardashian antics (and by talk about I mean read off of blue index cards), turn to the audience and say "What would you do?". I cannot see EL signing up for that bullshit (and sitting next to Sharon) on a daily basis.
  14. I can't see her doing this, it would be such a step down. Although I do agree, a Latina would be a great choice.
  15. I don't think there's anything typical aboout Selena. That about sums it up! My favorite line was Marjorie reciting the title of Selena's foundation/library.
  16. Keep an eye open for Broad City, very funny show.
  17. I would like that too, but only referring to any classic Y&R storyline, those that actually featured Kimberlin Brown.
  18. Could be anybody! Sugar, Mike the security guard, a relative of Sheila's, some unknown entity. I don't see why B&B has to suffer because of Y&R's ridiculous plot developments. Several years ago on OLTL, a major character (Victor Lord) came back to life in a horribly written, poorly executed and atrociously acted storyline. A year or so later, after the dust had settled, a character had referred to the storyline as 'remember when that crazy guy posed as the late Victor Lord?' OLTL knew how to correct the situation, and that's what B&B is doing here in not giving credence to any of those stupid Y&R Sheila stories.
  19. It does sound like a great title. Next month on TLC 'The Jeremiah Development'.
  20. I still don't get the significance of the title of the episode.
  21. I almost never comment on an actor's looks, but his hairstyle is not becoming.
