  1. Am I the only one who get the impression Scheana's parents and Brock do most of the work in caring for the baby?
  2. Katie's new "Karen haircut" doesn't help her fishwife image.
  3. I floved when they showed the clip of Schemer talking about what she going to name her future daughter a couple seasons ago, but I was sure there were other names, too. I am sure it's no coincidence. BWAH! Her father does too, I think he said. BTW, what was Brock doing with that baby? It looked like he was holding her up by the head!
  4. I added a thread for last night's episode ("Welcome to Rachella") without noticing someone had already created one with the wrong title. Can you merge them under the correct name, please?
  5. I had several hours to waste last night and found it. The movie title wasn't Straight-Jacket. It was Dark Sanity. Here's a review: https://eofftvreview.wordpress.com/2019/09/28/dark-sanity-1982
  6. I almost didn't recognize him without Lucile.😀
  7. I'm not sure if this quite fits the genre, but I watched a bunch of 6-minute long segments hosted by George Takei from Comcast on-demand called something like True Terror. I was surprised that George was a lousy narrator and the segments were way too short for more than a cursory coverage of the subject. Subjects covered: Air Force pilot vanished over Lake Michigan while pursuing U.F.O. Feet wearing jogging shoes have been washing onshore in Salish, WA since 2007. Bad things happening near the wreckage of the HMS Terror. Hooved footprints found in fresh snow. The Mothman. There was an update segment but each 60-second part was basically "Nothing new to report!". 🙄
  8. Did anyone catch the "extended footage" version last night when they showed the Toms discussing the name of their new bar with sexy businesswoman Lisa Vanderbucks and FI Tom said they had considered calling it "Lisa's Legs" so they could say "I can't get a drink until Lisa's Legs are open"? 🤢
  9. Once again, I found my attention wandering... Randall won the tournament. Big shocker. Have I been in quarantine for too long and missed pickleball becoming a thing? It's not new to me because the place my personal trainer works has been selling pickleball sets for several years, but that's really the only place I ever heard of it before. I never heard of playing Jenga with homework assignments on the blocks before now either. It seems like overkill to me. Raquel is forced to make a toast and has a melt down. I'd say more but I'd feel bad for doing it. Raquel is testing me by wearing that Strawberry Shortcake outfit in her talking head segment, dammit. Lala and Schemer have a babies' playdate where we learn some flag-raising things about him: he divorced his wife five years ago and hasn't seen his other children for four years since moving to America to make more money for them. Karen convinces Shwartz to confront Flat Iron Tom about him steamrolling him but gets steamrolled again. I've said it before. FI Tom needs to consider becoming a party planner. He's got a talent and a passion for it.
  10. No, it's a newer one than that one. Please don't make me remember it. 🤣 Oh, I hate that commercial with Elton John and that other guy, but don't you pay for your food upfront from those delivery services? DAMN YOU JIMMY'S JOHN'S! 🤣 Yeah, it had a DJ and a lame guy breakdancing to it.
  11. I stumbled upon this show by accident while channel-surfing and heard someone say "Tallahassee", which caught my attention. I recognized the roller skating rink they all went to and found it amusing that it was empty and brightly-lit. 🤣
  12. I enjoyed this one. It's been awhile since we've seen Quagmire and Brian together. I knew how thew Chris and Stewie story was going to end, but it was amusing. to see it play out.
  13. There's a new lame Liberty Mutual commercial that a hate out there. I have no memory of it, but I hated it. I hate that one. The gist is that the woman is writing a play or story and drives around to help with her "writer's block". Unfortunately, all she did could come up with was a rip-off of Cinderella.
  14. My condolences. 😢 Wasn't Rick Flair, former pro-wrassler in their commercials? They were amusing at first but got old. Lil' Nas X looks like a pale imitation to Elton John, who dressed outrageously first and better.
  15. My friend who follows the Finding Bigfoot people says they're really just promoting camping gear and stuff. None of them expect to actually find Bigfoot because they go out into the woods with a couple dozen cameramen and support crew, stay for about an hour, and then go back to a hotel in town.
  16. How about replacing the question mark with the episode title, "We're Back Baby"? I think that's the standard format. 🙂
  17. Yeah, we used to do that with our tire swing all the time. 😀 I did a cursory Google search and someone said that head popping out is Travis Scott. 🤣 Seriously, tho, I learned the owner of that shop just happens to have a video editing and FX business on the side. 🤔
  18. Can you fix the topic title, please? You have the ability to fix it.
  19. Today, I saw the haunted Pinata store episode. Sorry, there is no way that cannot be a hoax. If you look closely at the footage of the hanging pinatas spinning around, you can see the twine they're hanging on unwinding from being all twisted up before the recording began.
  20. I found myself channel surfing about halfway thru. Not a good sign... Has Flat-Iron Tom ever considered becoming a party planner? He seems to have a knack and love for that. How bad is it when you are stymied by Randall asking simple questions about your new business venture? 😲 Did I see a cat on the counter? Once again, Lala acts tough but then crumbles like a cheap folding chair. How much did sexy businesswoman Lisa Vanderbucks pay FI Tom to say he wished he were a pony at her farm? Now we know why Charli doesn't eat pasta. 🙄 Did Lala seriously think her "book" would break the NYT Top Ten list? 🤣
  21. I didn't realize they were spoofing movies, either. Mostly because I remember they already did The Doors.
  22. Unfortunately, we seem to have forgotten in only 20 years. Why don't they ever play that one any more? On a semi-related note, I was watching some 9-11 programs on one of Discovery's family of channels and did not appreciate them cutting to their garbage programming and the continual popups for same shows. Nothing like hearing someone talking about how their loved one died and it cutting to "On this week's new ep of `I was a 300 pound mail order bride`...". 🤬
  23. It's a double insult. Marilyn Manson is a poser who tries far too hard to be "edgy" and "shocking". Lil Nas wishes he were as "edgy" and "shocking" as MM.
  24. Shout Factory TV has been playing Elvira's old show, Movie Macabre, and they played this one movie about a recovering alcoholic who has visions/hallucinations/flashbacks after she and her asshole husband move into a new house, unaware there was a unsolved bloody murder previously. Everything online claims it's Straight-Jacket but it is NOT the Joan Crawford movie! Does anyone know the real name?
