Congratulations!

Mama Chloe is being treated for pancreatitis, and is frequently wearing a onesie to help dry up her milk, because she needs dental surgery and treatment for kidney problems. Aura, the little one with the cleft palate was naughty yesterday. After the majority of her feeding was in, she bit the bottom 4.5 inches of the tube off. An x-ray confirmed it wasn't in a dangerous position, but she got some subQ fluids and a little squishy food. Today, the vets removed it via endoscopy. The little stinker seems to be quite proud of herself.

Finnegan is going through a growth spurt and thinks he's gonna die of starvation! LOL He was so tiny when we got him and he's gonna be a BIG boy! And he's so sweet and funny. He's a joy. Right now he's eating like teenager with a hollow leg. Thought I'd add a picture of his first day with us.

Still wrong.

The birds are dealing with our mosquitoes, thankfully. The bluebirds just fledged their first nest and will shortly start brood #2. The swallowtails are still working on batch #1, and the hummingbirds have shown up. Can't wait for their nests. They're so tiny!

Maybe we'll get a half-hour follow-up? I don't think we'll ever know for sure whether or not he was eaten because it took too long for the search warrant. BUT the only DNA of his found was on that serving tong? So, maybe, but not provable. Just good advice not to accept exotic meat from the guy you go mooch pot off of. Or buy your own damned pot.

Oh, yeah, I've heard about the Brit meaning of fanny packs! LOL. Pissed usually just means mad over here, fag means gay and will get you raised eyebrows, and shagged means had sex.

We used to have a MacDonald's at work and people would consistently ask for unsalted fries and then filch a packet of salt. They knew why, didn't protest, but also didn't do anything to reduce the amount of salt they used. We eventually didn't renew their contract because they wouldn't work with us.

Grief? Realization his daughter was a monster who had also accused him of molesting her, and he was getting no support from his wife? I can think of multiple, non-guilty reasons.

My brother and SIL's Golden, Daisy, does this low-rumble when she's feeling playful. The first time I heard it, I wondered if she was growling, but it's pretty funny now. If my brother rumbles back at her, he can get her so excited she starts bouncing on her front legs.

I've been noticing a noxious trend for people to only solicit info from people who look and think like them. Don't turn off your brain! We only grow when we are exposed to other experiences.

I laughed at the kitten fluff, because Grandpa Mason was completely unimpressed.
