  1. I think it is more Berna was talking to other people in the game about making moves and CT's game relies on keeping under the radar as long as possible without telegraphing his plans. Seems to be working for him more often than not so if his rookie partner is doing that stuff behind his back, I get why he wanted to get rid of her.
  2. Personally happy about this as I think despite flaws overall he was the best showrunner. I do wish Jodie would have been able to work with RTD as I have no issues with her, only the writing and storylines have been subpar compared to the best under RTD and even Moffat. Moffat was a great writer, but not the best showrunner in my opinion. Anyway this news has brought some excitement back on my part and am looking forward to seeing if RTD can recapture the magic of the early days (of the reboot obv)
  3. No clue what will happen on the show, but off the show Amber moved on to some kid like 10 years younger and even got his name tattooed on her body after 2 weeks of dating.
  4. Remember on Rivals when Sarah did handwriting analysis and said CT was a psycho due to his writing? LOL
  5. Supposedly Amber went to the medic and was complaining that her eyes were burning and she was having issues seeing. Esther threw wine not water confirmed by Tori on the official challenge podcast. She went AFTER she made up with Esther so some people took that as Amber trying to get Esther booted but there doesn't seem to be any proof of that and just seems to be paranoid Amber hate to me. But that is why Esther was pissed again. They made up and Esther thought that Amber was trying to get her booted by going to the medic. I can't stand Fessy so him getting booted made me happy, but I still think the reason was bullshit. There was nothing shown that is deserving of a boot in my opinion. If spoilers are to be believed however, this particular season had a lot of issues with alcohol and there were a lot more drunken fights including with security and hookups that are not being shown and they got put on alcohol restrictions. Fessy was supposedly in a fight that involved security earlier when drunk and he had been warned already. If true that would make his deactivation more reasonable.
  6. I can't link it as I am at work but that new Dear Evan Hansen promo with CT and Aneesa was pretty good.
  7. Armie Hammer is not big enough in my opinion. Has the height but not the mass needed. Based on the most recent reason of Titans compared to the prior ones, Alan Ritchson clearly bulked back up for this role as he had lost weight in the past few years compared to some of his earlier roles.
  8. Is there a thread for Episode 2? I can't see one. Nvr mind.
  9. I did like they made him flawed and kinda a bad person and not just a perfect gay savior trope that can do no wrong.
  10. I believe Nam had COVID pretty bad and was not healthy enough to come back after the 2nd quarantine as stated above. Unless I am mistaken, he didn't just test positive, he was actually sick. Theo in addition to his eye being a liability, he has some problematic issues with women I think. Either in person or on social media. So even if he was fully healthy, he might not be on.
  11. The reason Devin keeps getting picked is he has one of the best social games going. No one targets him because he isn't much of a threat, yet he is friends with a lot of people and is well liked by the majority so him being a house vote so early is not likely. So anyone attached to him in the early goings is pretty safe from being voted in by the house. Of course the "Agency" can pick anyone so being his partner wouldn't help necessarily in being picked by them but if he likes you and he has friends in the agency, they aren't going to pick his partner.
  12. Agree on Cavill. Disagree on Antje and Ray. Almost anyone could have played Faora in my opinion and I actually preferred Jovian Wade in Doom Patrol as Cyborg. Not that I thought either was bad, they were both good but not perfect to the point were I couldn't imagine another actor playing the part.
  13. Not sure where to ask this but here goes. Does anyone know if there will be any airings in 4K HDR like Season 1 was on DC Universe? It looked really good and will be a step down if there is only a broadcast 1080p version.
  14. I believe I read somewhere he started smoking at age 8.
  15. Ave is the assistant to the manager not the assistant manager in my opinion.
  16. I am thinking that due to the higher budget of the show now including the amount of the prize, they need more episodes of each season and longer eps to sell ad time for in order to make the product viable from a TV executive point of view.
  17. Regardless of semantics, the show is done. It doesn't make sense to constantly reference characters on other shows if they are not airing in my opinion. The only reason to do so is if you are positive of a potential appearance as some point and with the show no longer in production, that seems highly unlikely although I concede it is possible. Personally I would prefer to just keep Supergirl in her own off-screen world. If they do a crossover at some point, references should be kept to the characters that are in active shows and will appear and any others should be kept to a minimum or not referenced at all. Again this is just my opinion. For me I hate when references to other show characters are made when they won't be on the show. There is no point and just makes viewers ask questions the show cannot answer.
  18. Plus isnt Supergirl cancelled and completed filming?
  19. Hope has always been super strong as she is a werewolf.
  20. Beth will be invited to everything as she has that status. She is one of the original OGs and one of the most important cast members in challenge history whether she is liked or not. Kendal does not the same status despite being a fan favorite. Alton wasn't invited either. Production is not a fan of his apparently. He is a diva going back to his original seasons according to insiders on spoiler sites. Oh and Jisela is apparently friends with some higher up in production or at MTV which maybe why her sense of entitlement is sky high and why she is featured so much.
  21. Kendall said on Twitter she was not invited to the reunion. It seemed like they only invited the people who made the final. Jisela's ego is off the charts. I mean all of these people are narcissists to some degree or they wouldn't be there but she definitely stood out. She has no grounds to talk about coasting. I still haven't forgotten she quit in her elimination and got called out by TJ. She can shut up about people playing smart and avoiding eliminations. You are supposed to do that. If you don't it is because you failed. Derrick annoyed me too with his ranting at the end. We get it, you are competitive. However he is never winning an individual final or a pairs final unless he is paired with an elite partner who can do math and puzzles.
  22. Well not really real time. Her show went on for several years after the minor quit the show due to her actions. Her drug use worsened over time and ratings fell. But it sure affected her long term. But it seems to me it was more the drug use and other behavior than that issue based on the fact that the show wasn't immediately cancelled. They were willing to recast the kid role and keep her employed after the incidents and if no other drug issues were involved I suspect it would have been overlooked just like some of the men. For John Paul Steuer too. He quit acting as a result and ended up killing himself in 2018. Not saying it was directly related but it was certainly in the pot of things in his life that led to his struggles.
  23. Just wanted to add that Brett Butler from Grace Under Fire had instances on her show that eventually led to cancellation because she was flashing and being inappropriate with her underage male costar as one example of while the VAST percentage of flashing bits is male, there have been women who are guilty of this. I am sure she thought she was doing it as a joke too. I could be wrong, but another example was in the movie Just One of the Guys, the lead ended up doing topless last minute flashing and the actor in the scene was not prepared as he thought she would be wearing something or pasties. I might be mis-remembering the actual movie but I know I heard it on a commentary track of some comedy movie and they wanted to get the actor's real reaction. From personal experience I have seen more women flashing than men as a joke during parties when I had zero interest in seeing it which has nothing to do with the power dynamics of a movie set but I think it shows that there are people who do not realize that others may not feel the same way they do about nudity and the way it can make others feel when it is forced upon them. Of course as someone who was abused by women physically and sexually from a young age, I might be more sensitive to it when a women does it than a man. Like I have no problem with nudity if that expectation is set such as a nude beach or something. Having girls flash me and grab my hand and put it on them as a joke at parties is not appreciated which happened multiple times when I was younger. Because I was seen as sexually non-threatening they thought it was ok. And yes this is how I was referred to by women most of my life. I was often seen as "one of the girls" despite be a hetero male. Conversely I have laughed and at the time had no issue with seeing guys teabag each other unsuspectingly as a joke. Someone recorded one party where this occurred and whenever our group of friends (male and female) got together, by the end of the night the women were always the ones wanting to watch the tape and laughing the most. They even ended up taking it from the person who recorded it and would pass it around their own group of friends. At the time nobody thought anything of it. I wonder if the guys who got teabagged or the women who laughed and traded that tape around it feel differently now. Of course NONE of the above applies to a workplace and if it occurs anyone who is uncomfortable should feel empowered to state they are uncomfortable and then it should NEVER happen again. I am not in favor of immediate punishment for a one off incident of something that is clearly an attempt at a joke but if it is clear it is a pattern or an ongoing issue then it needs to be taken care of swiftly and with permanent consequences. Long story short fuck Noel Clark and John Barrowman is on the ledge for me. It sounds like he was made aware that what he felt was a joke was not and has changed accordingly. I could be wrong and if so fuck him too. But from what I read it has not happened since and I want to believe in personal growth and people evolving in their attitudes and beliefs on how their actions affect others. Just my opinion. I am probably in the minority on this.
  24. Hasnt Atom Eve been shown to be able to make plants grow as well as make a treehouse out of living trees? Those are considered organic material unless she can only not affect sentient organic material? Makes no sense but whatever.
