  1. I was under the impression that Star Labs was basically shut down after the incident and no one knows that people still work there and that Team Flash was working in secret. Am I misremembering?
  2. I thought this was one of the better live shows that sitcoms have done, usually they are a letdown but I really enjoyed this. They should definitely do it again if it is picked up for another season. Has there ever been a sitcom aired live for an entire season?
  3. I just assumed the brother did it and Ophelia saw him sneaking out and her life will be in danger. Could be red herring too.
  4. You could really tell how much improv they did tonight. Hell they even zoom cammed in on Ron Funches breaking.
  5. Chris D posted on Twitter that the anchor bit went on for 25 minutes at the taping. Can't tell if that would be hilarious or tedious to see.
  6. As for his weight, most junkies aren't multimillionaires. Philip Seymour Hoffman is a prime example of a junkie with money who was quite overweight. At least he had talent and acted frequently which allowed him to not just sit in his room, get high and eat whatever he wanted. Rob has no such ability. He may also not truly be a junkie who has to be high all the time but a maintainer with severe depression who eats the pain away in between fixes or smoking or whatever he is doing.
  7. He took the gloves so Gemma would have to touch the unwashed masses. Next scene shows her hesitating to shake someone's hand before opting for the fist bump complete with smirk from Marcus.
  8. Bianca Kajlich is very similar to Kaley Cuoco with her laughing at the jokes "in world" which I actually love and first noticed on Rules of Engagement. Some people may disagree, but I find that refreshing and keeps the world of the sitcom relatable and more real to me than the simple deadpan reactions or minimal nod and smile most sitcom actors do. They even do it in the background when they aren't being featured in the shot which again I really enjoy. Bianca had a great reaction to the improv'd scene between Chris and Brent in last weeks episode which cracked me up. Chris D'Elia and Brent Morin do have crazy comedic chemistry and I recently heard an interview with Chris and he said all the comics (Chris, Brent, Ron and Rick) hang out at the comedy clubs so the show is basically an extension of that. He said it wasn't even like working most of the time but like a cool hang with friends.
  9. I literally had to stop watching after Keith David's look at Paget Brewster when she said she didn't own a TV because I was laughing so hard. I must have rewound that part 5 times. Funniest moment in the season so far by far, IMHO of course.
  10. Something I just noticed this season, does Joelle Carter have a neck injury or is her body tilted to the left a little? Maybe one leg longer or something?
  11. I thought Derek Theler did a great job in that scene, actually showing some decent dramatic chops.
  12. Did they retcon the whole signing over the house to Alan in the first season with Walden?
  13. So was when she started to cry when Ben tried to pass her to Bonnie. I think that whole end was improv'd due to her not wanting to leave Ben.
  14. I really love this show in all it's over the top glory.
  15. If any of you watch the AfterbuzzTV cast interviews, Roxy had to sit between Johnny and Avery at Avery's request because she refused to sit next to Johnny for the interview. Johnny could not have cared less about where he sat. To me that signals that Johnny is over it, dunzo and moved on. Avery is still harboring feelings and is clearly not over it.
  16. So if she is knocked up and they acknowledge Tyga as the father, does he get charged with stat rape?
  17. Paige seems to be fun, but also seems like she would be exhausting to be friends with. She seems like she always has to be "ON". Not sure how much of any of the show is real, but based on what they present to us viewers, Jonathan deserves much better then Eva and her whackadoo patriarchal controlling family. He is far too good for her (again all based on how this show presents their relationship which may or may not be reality)
  18. I rewound this scene about 5 times. I almost peed my pants from laughing. The slow deliberate movement and the facial expression were just incredible.
  19. That was my immediate thought as well. Oh well, embrace the gutter mind!
  20. I do still like this show however after reading Kat's tweet that this was the show she laughed at the most I had higher expectations and it wasn't even up to the normal bad level of most of the episodes. Makes me wonder about her sense of humor. Like I said, I still like the show and do frequently laugh at it most weeks but this week just did nothing for me.
  21. Starting to dislike Jane a little and I hope her bratty, self entitled, and judgmental behavior gets under control soon.
  22. On a shallow note as someone who doesn't really find Lena Dunham attractive although I do like her show, this was the best I have seen her look. Not sure if her face is thinner or just maturing or her make up was on point but I thought she looked great.
  23. I love John Cleese as far as a performer but I have heard he isnt that easy to work with and I thought he came off kinda dickish overall especially to Taylor. I am not a fan of hers either, but it was clear she was very nervous and I think she is uncomfortable being herself on camera as opposed to quick one off performances and photo op type stuff. She is under such scrutiny and in the public eye far more than the other people on the panel have ever been that she comes off as robotic or fake at times, when I think really she is just a shy very nice person who due to the her "world" is terrified of saying the wrong thing or doing something that may be perceived in the wrong way. YMMV as always.
