The case wasn't half bad. Haley was useful for once being an interpreter and part of the undercover sting with the esl students. Alexis getting the esl teaching job would've been a great idea at the beginning of the season. This COTW should've been place in the 1st 5 eps. They weren't as shoehorned in as much as other eps. Luke manages to out did himself on finding the ugliest skirt suit for Alexis. It seriously looked a middle aged corporate executive wear trying to be trendy. The biggest mystery of the show is how does Luke still have this job. Perlmutter of course is happy about the "separation". I hope he shows up again toward the end and finds out it was a fake separation. That was hilarious that he's a twin and tries to set Beckett up with his brother. They really have given up on Lanie being the bff. Everyone main cast member makes an appearance and Tamala gets her 8 days off. So Perlmutter and Caskett's closest family and friends are only ones buying the dumb ass ruse? Possibly Vikram too, but FBI agent wasn't. It's like TBTP can't even keep anything straight cause nothing makes any sense. Castle's disappearance storyline might not be the worst thing on the show anymore. It seems like they're taking the crappy Sleeper resolution and now expanding on it. Triggering a memory using food is a good idea, except this should've been played over several eps last season. I see Nathan Jon, Seamus and Toks are gonna try to live tweet the West Coast since they didn't make it home in time for East Coast airing. Kinda enthusiastic to be doing 3 straight weeks in a row. it seems like Nathan is gonna try for East Coast airing next week too.

E! online has put up Alisan Porter's audition for Monday's ep. When she started excitedly hinting about the voice days ago, I figure she had auditioned.

Well Becklebee has the scenes up so yeah I don't think he was wearing the ring at the cafe but his left hand is barely visible. He had the ring on in the room while the main credits were rolling and you could see it in the last room with the killer. Going with prop continuity mistake.

Pretty sure they held their glasses while leaning toward each other on the sofa for a kiss in iffy lighting. Basically it looked like any loft wine scene since s5. I never got the feeling he was a baseball fan unless he became a fan after being with Beckett for a few years. I figure Castle and Martha ran in the some of the same circles as Joe Torre and that's how they knew each other. Plus didn't Espo throw a ball at him and he totally missed catching it. It seems like Stephen doesn't do many cameos and most of them are based on his work. I also can't remember him writing any eps not based on his works except for that X Files ep. Yeah I don't think this show is cool enough for him even thought he gets name checked.

Wasn't expecting Seamus to shade Montgomery in the live tweet. Part of me feels like he's over it and just enjoys hanging out with Nathan and Jon on and off set. So that boy Alexis was dating/hanging out playing laser tag at the loft and the other friend from last season is no longer around. Come on TPTB, please Alexis have friends of her own age to hang out instead of someone close to 15-20 yrs older than you. Some of the replies to his tweets were amusing.

LOL Killer is like you 2 are married and are each other's OTP. So basically he and everyone else can figure out they're really not separated unlike LokSat and I guess Vikram. This would've been a nice filler ep and a break for the leads from each other if they weren't so separated on screen for most of this season. Still the separating storyline/LokSat is one of TPTB worst ideas. Just as bad as Castle abduction from the wedding and no thought wrap up. Srsly don't care about Alexis/Haley bonding and going out together. Now if she could go to class or something instead of hanging out at the PI office all day. Oh and hire a receptionist. She wouldn't be so annoying and it would be more natural if she was trying to get ahold of Castle and he wasn't answering. So she came by the office to see if he was there and then called Ryan/Espo or hired receptionist could've been trying to get ahold of Castle and called her instead. Haley wasn't really needed in this ep. The separations of the significant others trying to figure out the puzzle felt too long. Did loled at back to a ending scene of Castle/Beckett having wine at the loft with the fire in the background. I did like the opening scene at the cafe. Alexis excitedly talking about some class to Martha and Castle about his news. Nice that production can actually have them in a place that's not the loft or PI office. Makes them look like they kinda have a life outside of these COTW. With Nathan, Jon and Seamus live tweeting the west coast sitting next to each, I guess they had the day off or no night shooting.

With some added Moby music. I srsly only remember Mulder wandering around in a forest with My Weakness playing. Didn't seemed like CC was presumptuous that he would get a s11 with writing another season finale cliff hanger? Wished Mulder and Scully weren't apart so much since they were apart in that last ep. I really think they needed to do at least a 10 ep season when doing a mixture of mythology and COTW. I hope DD and GA will be able to have more time when their schedules clear up maybe this summer. It just seemed like it's too rushed with too many ideas to fit in. Miller and Einstein was less annoying but if there was more eps it would've been more gradual introducing them and the mythology. It's still would be good mid season mini series with 2 hr season premier and finale. At least with Reyes' flashback they gave a some reason that CSM somehow survived but I didn't see it coming that Reyes would do anything to save herself. I barely remember s8 and didn't see most of s9 so I wouldn't remember much of her personality. Did like Mulder fight sequence with the random guy at his house. Yeah. Only other place I can think it would made sense was after the were monster ep with office props continuity. It was kinda sparse in were monster and founder's had more stuff in the office.

This ep felt like Mulder and Scully meets a 24/Homeland ep with extra mini me agents plus a medley music video. Claire Fisher really needs to chill out. I wouldn't mind keeping Agent McHottie Miller but I wonder what Stephen Lobo would've done in that role and not be random Homeland Security agent. Loved the M/S scenes with them being totally amused by their mini me and Scully's callback line from the pilot. Mulder's trip was hilarious, but I wish TLG actually got lines. Skinner at Mulder's hospital bed kinda reminded me of Triangle but he was more annoyed than amused at Mulder. When Einstein talked about Scully is in love with Mulder, it made me wonder if other FBI agents get a brief on M/S when they consult with the x files. You would think news travels fast in that building with Mulder's disappearance, Scully's pregnancy, Mulder on trial, the 2 of them on the run, consultants years later and now back full time. It felt like Miller and Einstein knew nothing about them just that they work on weird cases.

I'm kinda amazed that yesterday and tonights eps were highly entertaining and had the right amount of Alexis. I kinda liked Castle ideas of the baby shower gifts. it's more fun than the generic shower gifts that probably was in Alexis's gift basket and better than the blah jewelry that he gives to Beckett. The Ryans probably got a lot of the basic baby stuff when Jenny was pregnant Sarah Grace so maybe they would've appreciate something more unique. Russian guy was pretty amusing and enjoy his interactions with the team. Liked that Castle was competent again by figuring out what was going on before. Was surprised to see Kathe Mazur as the Russian who faked her death cause I'm used to seeing her as the competent ADA on Major Crimes. I'm glad Castle knows about Rita and called Beckett on it. Still Super Spy Rita shouldn't have fallen for the fake separation and neither should any of their closest friends/family. Jim is probably clueless about it too. I don't remember Lanie talking about lividity but did loled at her and Beckett's reaction to Espo's howdy. Nice twist that the killer ends up in the worst posting in Russia. OMG will someone turn on some lights in the precinct. Castle was in shadow half of the time in the break room when he had his talk with Rita. Really the only dark scene should've been in that warehouse.

Omg, there was some continuity with the mention of 3XK, the kidnapping and remembering the I, Witness ep. It was nice that the most recognized guest star wasn't the killer. Loled so much at the Hudson University lines. It's about time someone made digs about that university. Locksat nonsense and separation is still stupid and really no one is buying it. Plus all of a sudden Ryan and Espo is totally cool with Castle again. Kinda sad the the case is better and much more memorable than and Caskett scenes. Nice that Laine's one line didn't have lividity and interested in ADA Marcus. Wouldn't mind seeing him back. Since I wasn't around during the live tweets, I scrolled back to Nathan's timeline and saw Tuc in a group pic when I got back home hours later. So was it the OLTL guest stars that were at his house this evening?

If it wasn't for the separation and captain lines, this sneak could've taken place anytime last season as one of COTW exposition Caskett at the loft scenes. Didn't we see that Beckett suit earlier this season. I don't remember wardrobe reuse for her so soon.

Excited to see what Paris and Doyle are up to. Liza looks very Bonnie like so maybe Paris is a lawyer.

I'm really loving that we are getting to know about Mike and Ike a little at time. Glad that Ike was suspicious of Spike cause he was gonna get insufferable with the ass kissing. I wonder if Rebecca is gonna find out at the end of the season about Brian working for Morra and the cliffhanger is gonna be her deciding what to do with that info.

This ep was so much fun. Love that Rose gets to go out into the field and they ended up bringing the scientist guy with a hilarious slow mo walk. Jarvis looked so relieved to get tasked to boil water after having to work on the bomb. Ray Wise was great in the zapping scene. So weird to see Ken Marino as a psycho gangster when I'm used to seeing him as comic relief.

Only thing I can come up with is that Castle was watching Shameless the night before and that's why the name pop out. Unusually weird promo? Most of the time we got the standard it's about the COTW but this was all about Caskett romance. It's like tptb are trying way too hard to beg the fans to come back. Curious to see the ratings tomorrow. Will it hold steady or decline even more?

The COTW was good but the rest of it was a hot mess. Locksat comes across as the dumbest villans ever with this nonsensical ruse. Ryan really looked heartbroken when Beckett told him she had a "boyfriend". He has been one of their biggest supporters, but then the boys don't come off that well as detectives since they seem to buy the fake fight when they've seen them have real arguments in the precinct. At this point I think AH/TWP separation of Caskett storyline is worst than CC separation of Mulder/Scully on the mini series. I did enjoy Martha in the opening scene and she got more lines in this ep than usual. Espo was amusing when he did the whole a capella battle with Corbin Bleu. Laine still has her one lividity line per ep lol. Alexis wasn't as annoying but the random mad hacking skills has got to go. It's like tptb kept going back and forth between Alexis and Haley for computer skills around the PI office.

I did like the ep but it felt like 2 different eps crammed together. We've seen all the Scullys over the seasons that maybe they would finally show us Charlie, but all we got was his voice. Bill Jr. probably wasn't to happy when he found out Ma Scully last words was directed toward Mulder. I could just picture him still seething at Mulder during Ma Scully's funeral. I kinda wish that we had more eps so we could've had a 2 parter and seen Bill, Tara and their kids and Charlie for a funeral scene. Was Charlie suppose to be estranged or some random excuse why we never saw him. I liked the scenes with the lab tech guy. It reminded me of the early seasons when they would get results from random specialists or Pendrell. Poor Gaeta, you got ripped to pieces. Loved the flashlight scene and all the Mulder/Scully scenes in the hospital. Trashman was gross but not as gross as Flukeman.

I think I've seen more promo for Tone Deaf this week than the entire promo from fall. ABC must really hoping people tune in after such a long hiatus.

I loved this ep. So many callbacks. The s3 stoners are still stoners 20 yrs later, the red speedo makes another appearance, the tombstones (awww), Scully's immortality, Queequeg shoutout and her taking the dog with her. Rhys Darby is such a good comedic actor and it would've been hilarious if Darin had written a line about Guy having the urge to be a band manager, but since he couldn't find a band to manage he ended up at the cell phone store. Lulz at Shangela as the truck stop hooker (her words), tho I wonder why they didn't go for an actual trans actress. Loled at Mulder's ringtone and his inability to figure out his new camera app. He was probably so excited to have technology advance so much and can easily get proof using his phone, yet it still doesn't go as planned. Can Fox give us a s11 so that Darin can write more eps?
