Didn't know where to put this, but Kenda flew out to LA and did a Nerdist podcast. Chris Hardwick and his fiancee are huge fans of the show. The interview is almost 2 hrs long. Show got renewed for a 6th season and 20 eps. The end has some bonus Kenda marriage advice to Chris and Lydia.

Howard is so entertaining. I loved how Peggy, Sousa, Howard, Jarvis and Dr. Wilkes are working together. I hope they fix Dr. Wilkes and he ends up working at Stark Industries. Whitney got more interesting now that we know she's playing the general public. I loled at Jarvis not wanting to be a disembodied voice.

Much improvement over yesterday's ep. I think my favorite part of this revival is which recognizable guest star is gonna show up next. It seems like everyone that had a free schedule this past summer wanted to be on it. I was cracking up at Chuck's Lester trying to give Mulder a bj. A little Hannibal reunion with Gillian and Kacey tho I don't think they're characters ever met. A couple regulars from Continnum even though they didn't share any scenes together. Rebecca Witsocky is pretty much the best thing about Devious Maids so it's nice to see her do other roles. A reg from BSG. Now both Desperate Housewives Scavos have been on this show 23 yrs apart. Yeah that was weird. I thought Mulder was gonna interrupt with "our baby" but he just let Scully ramble on. The Scully wig in the fantasy William scene looked amazing. Why couldn't she have that hair for the entire time? Even the wig looked much redder in Skinner's office. At least Mulder is looking better in this ep than the last. The fantasy scene were well done and I think that's enough closure on William. Years later and Scully still doesn't have a desk in that basement office. It's so weird to be seeing them use flat screen tvs and smart phones. I'm really not sure what Scully is doing about her job at that hospital. Is she taking a leave of absence to be back at the FBI, doing double duty as a consultant at the hospital. I just hope we don't see the hospital every ep cause it's gonna come off as like a permanent set. I love seeing the 2 of them with their flashlights and Skinner having their back.

I got so many feels seeing those original credits. Overall the story was ok, but so happy to see Mulder and Scully on screen together. Did like seeing the flashback to '47 and meeting the guy in present time. Annet was definitely the strongest actor of the guest stars. I really couldn't take Joel McHale seriously and was unimpressed with his dramatic acting. He just came off so flat until his conspiracy rant at Mulder's house. Loved Scully's reactions to that rant. She was so over it. Heh that Hiro Kanagawa got to be on 2 revivals of shows in the same tv season but is apparently on his 3rd appearance for The X Files. CSM is seriously a cockroach. He somehow manages to survive.

Yeah, I think Forever should've been kept at least to be a winter hiatus show with 10 eps while Castle could end this season. Then if Castle manages to get renewed, they could have the 10 eps winter hiatus that American Crime and Agent Carter have been doing and then have Forever take over Castle's spot back with a full season. It's too bad that Forever wasn't an ABC studio show since that might've help them to get another season.

Yep that would be Trista and Ryan. Trista was 1 of the last 2 women standing on the 1st season of the Bachelor and then became the 1st Bachelorette when the Bachelor didn't pick her. ABC aired their pepto bismol pink wedding ceremony. Apparently they're gonna be on tv again since HGTV is doing some Rocky Mountain renovation show with them. I had totally forgot they live in Eagle County until a couple years ago stumbled on a blog post written by Trista on Vail's resort site. Haven't really watch the show in years but UnREAL on Lifetime is an entertaining look at bts of a Bachelor type show and there's also the comedy spoof, Burning Love that was on E!. That got me curious and had to look up the writer. I knew Amann had the premier and TWP had the 3rd ep with the safe, so it's kinda disappointing to find out that Elizabeth Beall wrote that ep. Wasn't fan of either eps she did that season.

It seems like Sarah Bolger's turn to be all over tv like Bridget was last couple of yrs. Jarvis was cracking me up with the flamingo, but I think it would've been hilarious if he had to deal with a peacock from The Arboretum since they went to Santa Anita Park. Love seeing Ray Wise again and the fight scene with Dottie. Currie Graham makes a good shady guy. Took me the entire 1st ep for me to figure out I'd seen Ana Jarvis on Outlander and already loving the Peggy/Ana friendship. I like how Rose maybe getting more screen time this season since it's a small office. Heh Souza in a Hawaiian shirt instead of a sweater vest. I did lol at seeing the LA river and the same underpass that every LA production seems to use.

Don't really know what programming is gonna get filled since Galavant would be done by then, but I think currently ABC is just reairing Quantico until new eps start in March. With OUAT not coming back to March too, maybe they rather fill that last time slot with a new ep of Castle than a Quantico rerun if they plan for a Sunday 2 hr movie or something. The promo seemed a little promising until the slap. I can't remember if they're suppose to still be separated to the public, but if tptb idea of fun is a physical Caskett fight to show they're still separated then it's so ugh. Of course the official Castle twitter tweeting about getting Beckett back make this dumb storyline nonsensical.

Another review from EW. Figures that the MOTW eps was gonna be much better than the mythology eps. Really looking forward to seeing the Were Monster ep.

You gotta go way back to Star Trek: TNG for well lit directed scenes from Bowman lol. An ep he did showed up on BBCA yesterday and since everything had to have the same indoor lighting it was nice to watch an ep with no weird shadows or angles. Yeah her acting was much more subtle in the 1st 3 seasons and Badass Beckett sort of went off the rails starting around Kill Shot. S4 was the start of where it seemed like it were were swinging back and forth with OTT Badass Beckett and bumbling have no balls but it's comedy Castle even though we get nice moments here and there with the 2 of them.

Also Touch by an Angel and Promise Land spin off. Yeah he and Delta are still married according to imdb. I'm sure entertainment news would be all over if they weren't together. I think NCIS was showing a marathon of last season a week ago and even Sunkrish manage to be unimpressive as a terrorist. He had barely any lines and most of the to was about Tony Dinozo Sr. This show could probably squeezed a couple more seasons if they went back to the old formula of writer and muse with only 10-13 eps a season so that the cast has more time to do other projects. With what AH/TPW has done with only 8 eps, I don't think there's anyone left that can do a decent overall storyline and who knows if Hanning want to take over if he's offered the next show runner if there is another season. Right now this is giving me shades of s8-9 of the X files where half of the main leads is gone. At least the revival has gotten me little more excited since M/S has aged well, dressed better than when they started, humor looks to be back and they enjoy working together again compared to the tidbits we get on Castle.

It seems like no Beckett or Beckett lite eps tptb incentive is a firefly reunion lol. I really would love to see Alan or Jewel guest star too. Last thing I saw Sean in was in last season's Looking. I think Morena is way too busy with Gotham and back in Sep it was announced she was pregnant plus personal life drama. It's a little over halfway thru the filming of the season and these show runners need some time to figure out how to wrap these storylines up if it's the last season or we might get a clunker like Sleeper for a series finale.

So we now get rehearsal footage of the Get Lucky dance. At least it's better than showrunner's interview tho I would've like to seen them do the dance in their Daft Punk/Pharrell outfits.

And Bowman's kisses interruptus direction. It's amusing to rewatch the eps and see that even he doesn't have weird greenish blue tints on some of those bright blue days around the Vancouver area but indoors it's continuously bad lighting lol. So Carter's latest interview had me headdesking and basically both fandoms are criticizing about the same thing. That no one can figure out how to write a mature relationship on screen. We left M/S in the last movie in a good place while C/B were in a good place last season finale. Come back this season to weird separation nonsense. Probably should be glad that Sorkin/Wells are busy that they're not revisiting TWW to break up Josh and Donna. So when is TWP next ep? I'm curious if his solo ep will be one of the better ones since it's been slim pickings and the overall story arcs have been disappointing. Hawley already had a solo ep with Slaughter and now another one coming up. It does make me wonder if TWP will have any good Caskett interaction since the 2 parter was ok til the end but overall very minimal due to the design of the eps compared to the typical ep from the past couple of seasons. On the other hand Hawley's solo ep had no Beckett and who knows how much Caskett interaction will have in the upcoming ep with Castle, Alexis and Haley off in LA. I would like to know how TWP went from doing OUATITW, I, Witness and LFNY to what we got this season so far. It's like I need that Tyra gif of the we were rooting for you meme lol.

So we're probably get an ep more similar to In Plain Sight than To Live and Die in LA. TPTB should've skipped a year since they wanted Alexis to basically work at the PI office so much. Guessing the ep will air in March so her excuse for spring break is go solve a case with Castle and Haley complete with more bonding of those 2 women. Ugh if it's the same type bonding in the 1st ep. So this season so far has revisit Slaughter, gonna revisit LA, and continue to revisit a mythology that made no sense, so at this point I wouldn't be surprise if another Alexis graduation gets shown at the end of the season since Hawley is rehashing previous ideas.

IA, 3 men and a baby plus Emily has been the highlight of the season so far. Now if we could get Glenn back since it's been a while since we've seen him. Scarlett friendship with the guys is good so she can stay too.

Scott Weiland was found dead on his tour bus. Love the Stone Temple Pilots and a couple of Velvet Revolver songs. Dave Narvarro tweeted about it too. I remember years ago seeing Scott in a dress Calendar section main pic for the LA Times on Weenie Roast article.

Ikr? Jonathan Jackson looked kinda schlubby on stage at last night's CMT awards so I wish he would either shave or cut his hair. Just do something. Lennon manage to look like her mid 20s so it was kinda distracting. Can we get Avery and Will to become a duo and get signed to highway 65. With Layla gone, annoying Markus taking over and boring Gunner/Scarlett/Erin on the road, I need more fun characters and Glenn back as somebody's manager storyline.

No one knows and I don't think TPTB care to inform the audience. I think Alexis is still suppose to be living at the loft but TPTB already mangled her living in the dorm and living in an apartment with a boyfriend storylines. Even with the less loft scenes this season so far, it seems like most of Alexis's scenes have been in the PI office or out in the field. I figure Alexis probably spent her nights at Martha's place in the last 2 eps.

I was dying at Hector's parking situation and the guys' reactions. Surprising Dr. Phil was more likable than he's ever been. Paula's love life is so sad that she's idolizing Twilight. I'm hoping that we see Michael Hyatt's character recurring and that we see Rebecca getting better.
