Last couple episodes really picked up. Always an extreme pleasure to see Madame Gao. And Ward's somewhat of a redemption is starting?

They pitched that lip sync to Jaymes, and Jaymes missed. Didn't initially like Jaymes, but Jaymes grew on me... and like the last few seasons, the one queen I like to some degree... first one booted. The curse of CyberJawa continues...

I'm not thinking Joy is as innocent in everything as I previously thought, and maybe Ward is getting a future redemption. He seemed pleased with the article. Also my favorite character. I think the only drag is, everything is just so convenient... if that makes sense.

The guest appearances made the episode for me. Looks like things are picking up. Glad the identity... I hope... is resolved.

I liked that extra bit of development for Clark. I thought it did go on a bit too long though... That ending though, Mojo popped into my head...

The first thing, yes, it's getting really distracting. The second thing, it did bug me a little... in a world of alien invasions, Gods... and bullet proof skin... the man claiming to be an Iron Fist is where you draw the line at crazy town. I'm agreeing with you on all points. Just having the people around, no concern while Colleen beats down her pupils... it took me out of it. My own thoughts: I don't like this Meechum/Meachum(?) power struggle they seem to be foreshadowing to. Or the family will dissolving. Looks like Joy will be on the path to siding with Danny. Right now, I'm liking everyone but Danny. Again, I'm enjoying the series, it's just a step down in quality from the previous shows.

So, a little late but finally started the series. I enjoyed it for the most part, I agree with what's been said by my fellow PTV'ers, really no reason to parrot everyone else, but again, I did enjoy it. The only head scratcher to me is what WatchrTina above mentioned. How does Danny get to NYC? My own observations: Shallow maybe, but you know Ward's a baddie just by his hair. The minute Joy's pouring tea... of course it's poisoned. And of course Harold's alive and... you can guess how the rest of the season will play out. Not liking the fight for Rand Enterprises, or the Misidentification of Danny Rand. Side note on Joy, I take it she'll be the one who switches to Danny's side later on? After the poisoning, I only see an obvious redemption for her. With each new Marvel Netflix I've typically been blown away with each new addition, or each addition was better than what came before, my opinion of course, and again, only seeing the first episode so far, I enjoyed Iron Fist, but I didn't think it was better than, or improved upon anything/the other series, that came before it.

Not this one, mostly from my perception that if we were to meet in person, I'd be assimilated into the glam squad. Knowing someone like Erika, or I feel like is reminiscent of Erika, if by chance I were to know Erika, I know I'd be nothing more than the GBF, which is why my heart breaks for the Glam Squad. They aren't people to her, just an accessory, let's say her Giggy. That's why, to me, at least this one guy, Erica conjures such odious feelings from me.

Continuing the awesomeness from last week. Last couple episodes are my favorites. Revelations...revealed, confirmed. David, David, and the chalkboard... scene of the episode for me.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. I was trying to be spoiler free with "David's Father", I think that's the only info I really know about the character, comics wise.

Going off memory... David's Father having had met this entity we're all saying is the Shadow King is part of the two's comic history. The little speech is the extremely condensed version of this history. Myself, this entity knowing David's Father, plus this entity being this disembodied psychic force/presence stuck in the astral plane is the Shadow King's backstory. Legion is a piece of the X-Verse I am not well versed in, so I'm not that aware of any significance between Legion/Shadow King.

Aubrey Plaza, series MVP. Favorite Episode so far... as said previously, any ambiguity over David's father, or who the big bad is... wiped away. I can't wait to see how/if they show/reveal David's father... Was loving the horror/slasher vibe of the Eye/Kerry plot.

Slowly catching up on the show... Never really had an opinion of Aubrey Plaza, I feel like what I little know of her other work w/o seeing it is more comedy or goofy... but damn, she's the most creepy and compelling thing on the show. Series MVP for me...

An awesome ending to a so-so arc, they really let Daisy and Gemma have it, but can't wait to get to the next arc... Can't wait for Ward, my favorite character... I said it, come at me.

The flashback was the better story. Couldn't get into the main story with the timeline of switching kept creeping into my head while watching. I'm tired of Ivanov, Aida can do what she pleases with him.

I'm a little late to the show... but... The ending was epic. I loved David's sister removing the saws and tools from the room after that first little accident. Again, I barely started, but I'm taking it Jean Smart's character isn't going to be as benevolent as it seems they tried setting her up to be at the end there? A little surprised they revealed the happenings of the big accident in the same episode.

There was a quick "In Memory Of..." with a quick... again, really quick blink and you miss... montage of clips before the episode. I missed the beginning of the first airing... and I always catch the later repeat, caught the repeat and saw it. ETA: Some my fellow PTV'ers already mentioned it. Apologies.

I'm a little exhausted with a lot of the recent cases... seems like a lot of litigants have been "on" and "auditioning", well, for TPC

I noticed, earlier this evening, Joyce was selling skin and hair products on evine. Going to be honest, probably the first time this thirty something guy has been tempted to buy a Housewife... former Housewife... product.

Well, I saw the very beautiful Walking Liberty Half Dollar (1916-1947) that MM was examining. I got to say, if you want to see real American Beauty, History and Art, just look at our older coinage. Nothing against our current/modern president pieces... (which I do collect as well) ... that we've had for so many years, but I love all the depictions of liberty of the coins of eras gone by. Liberty... the coins had a worth and meaning beyond the monetary value. Myself, I never buy bags of coins like the Plaintiff. If I buy from a seller or store, in person or online, I typically buy slabbed/graded coins... I don't really care for the grading, I'm a bit OCD and I just prefer the protective slab/covering on the coin. But I know most collectors like to be able to really feel and touch the coin. I'm with AZChristian, someone probably snatched the coins when Plaintiff wasn't looking.
