The Bachelor Season 24: Spoilers and Speculation
valen replied to ApprenticeFan's topic in The Bachelor
From the previews, it appears that Madison is a virgin. She says she wants a husband that has the same religious views as she does. I cannot, by any stretch of the imagination, see how Peter fits that description. The previews he shared on his IG show the other women being angry that he has sex with someone in a hot tub. There are a LOT of women still there when he does this, so there is no way that she doesn't find out. How can she choose him? The windmill, etc. No wonder her dad tells him no. I liked him, but he's just being gross. I wonder if he's crying at the final rose because she is the one that says that if he sleeps with other girls, then she's done. -
I think the stakes are higher now and that leads to more emotion. He's a "celebrity." If you are chosen, or at least make it far into the process, it can mean tens of thousands of dollars. It ups the anty. Most of her IG photos have this look. It's incredible.

She is contractually obligated for at least a year. She legally can't say no.

People from Auburn are saying that Madison wins. Her dad does not give Peter permission to marry her on the hometown date, but there is speculation that he does receive permission later on. -

I can't imagine that if Peter chooses a woman other than Hannah that she is very happy right now. From the beginning, almost all of the promos and discussion have been about Peter and Hannah. There are windmills everywhere. Even in LA shopping centers. He did comment that he didn't want to discuss the windmills anymore because it might be disrespectful and uncomfortable for a possible future wife. That's the only time I've seen that discussed though. The whole thing, and certainly EVERYTHING today, has been about Peter and Hannah. She even tagged him on an IG post wishing him a good experience and he answered her back. I pray, for her sake, that she doesn't make a go for him and he doesn't choose her. It would be so humiliating. -

Peter said today that there is no way to spoil the end of his season. He is proud that his will be the first in a very long time that isn't spoiled. He may very well have not chosen yet. His IG has been full of his vacation with his family in Las Vegas. -

Hannah S. has an IG post that indicates she makes it to F2. I guess that sort of thing is okay now? -
In the episode where Phineas helped on the video game case, he told the team that he was nine years old. He's too young to be Ari's, although that would have been another nice twist.
-
Holy crap. I too thought it would be Odette. I got it when he said “pretend waitress.” I noticed her terrible waitress outfit from the last episode. We watched them back to back tonight, which helped. Phineas is 9. They mentioned it in the video game episode. He’s definitely not Ari’s. The writing on this show has suffered over the years, but tonight? Tonight was an instant classic. Poor Phineas.

I was thinking he lived in Atlanta, but I think you're right. It was the girl he was dating that was in Atlanta. Steve has confirmed that it's not a "normal" ending, but that's it for now. He does get it down to two. Then, something weird happens, which I feel is not even weird anymore because it almost always happens. I kinda hope she is with Peter. They seem like a good match. They certainly are promoting it. Hannah has pointed out in interviews that she was on DWTS so she couldn't have possibly have interfered with his season, but.... that seems like, to me, a way to throw people off. She keeps telling people to watch in January. -

I saw that Reality Steve has said that it is not the typical ending. There are two finalists, but it does not end in the "normal" way with one girl rejected and one receiving a proposal. He does not know if Peter is engaged or even in a relationship. I continue to think that this has Hannah B. written all over it. Maybe he chose to wait it out and date her in the real world. He posted an IG story last night. He's in LA right now. So is she. -

I too went to Auburn! War Eagle! One of Peter's hometown visits is in Auburn, and apparently Hannah was there the same weekend as guest at a wedding. It's all starting to be weird. -

A description today said that Hannah B. will host one of Peter's group dates, which sounds like a terrible idea. The women have to talk about their wildest sexual encounter in front of a live audience. How terrible. Then, supposedly, Peter finds a "distraught Hannah" backstage and she reveals something to him. Have there been any interviews where he says he fell in love or is engaged? All I've seen is him describe it as "the most insane experience" or something to that effect. -

Whew. Some serious trash TV possibilities right there. It is hard for me to imagine that people think that with social media and technology today that their secrets won't come out. Jed is proof that they will, and his secret is nothing compared to this hot mess. Also, Hannah B. posted a video of all the Christmas ornaments she purchased in all the different countries she visited during her show. She focused on the windmill and made some comment about how she thought the ornament would be all she got in that country, but she was wrong. It is interesting to me that they are playing her relationship with Peter up so much. If he really "falls in love" and gets "engaged" it seems like they would focus on that. I wonder if he ends up with no one and they are playing the long game of a reconciliation with Hannah B. It is also interesting that suddenly there are so many Auburn and Alabama grads on this show. Even Jed's ex Haley went to Auburn. -
I don't think Tyler should be mad at Hannah. There has been lots of discussion here about how she treated him, he was second best, etc., but he doesn't seem upset with her. In fact, he continues to support her and, it seems, to seek her out a bit. There seems to be a good deal of hate towards her, in part, because of Tyler. However, he is commenting on her social media and mentioning her in his. He texted her on her birthday. She seems to have moved on from him. Maybe he's just being friendly. Maybe he wants a bit of the attention that she has right now. Maybe he is genuinely interested in her. I don't know. It is interesting to me though that she is bashed for wanting fame and the limelight, but he seems to get a pass. Don't get me wrong. I like Tyler. I follow him on social media. It's just interesting to me.
-
They both should have apologized to the other. He did. She didn't. I also think, given their friendship, it would have been nice of her to give him a heads up that she was going out with his girlfriend's son. It was all weird. She seems to have regressed in maturity.
-
Bishop is terrible. She never apologized to Torres. She is by far the worst part of the show for me, and I used to really like her. Her whole weirdness about Ziva was terrible too.
-
Tyler doesn't seem to be mad at Hannah. He's been commenting on her IG feed, posting about her and the Alabama/LSU game. He's not just being nice. He's actively interacting with her.
-
I got the impression that she didn't expect the ex to react in that way. I think it's pretty gross to say it's only okay to do it if you do it with me. Even Luke wasn't like that.
-
Right, but since it also involves Hannah, I wasn't sure. Either way, it's already posted, so it's no big deal. I just didn't want to accidentally spoiler something. Thanks!
-
Where does information go about Peter's season if it's been released to the media? There is information about Hannah and that season, and I want to make sure I put it in the right place. I read that article on Hannah. The part that stuck out to me was the first boyfriend that wouldn't take her back after he found out she slept with someone else. While they were broken up for a significant period of time. What a jerk.
-
I don't think she referenced her daughter specifically.
-
It's not a bad thing to be an influencer. I don't blame anyone for making that money. In general, I think Tyler has taken the high road, which I find very impressive. That's why him talking about his boners surprised me, particularly if he has a girlfriend. I can't imagined she'd be thrilled to hear him talking about getting turned on by another woman, but maybe she doesn't mind. They weren't criticisms of him. Just observations.
