I go back to her making Tom a story which is why this was revealed on air. This is how reality shows work and if Lu hasn't figured that out yet that's her problem. In a perfect world Tom would have kept his lips to himself and if he didn't Bethenny would have told her in the privacy of some other location. But this is a Real Housewives show and that is not how they do things. Now a real bitch move would have been Bethenny making a toast at the engagement party she didn't attend and announcing the kiss at that point with a slideshow of the photos.

The difference in your scenario is that this hypothetical friend was not on a reality show about her life and introduced this man as the love of her life who also dabbled with two of her friends. The publicity was there already and unfortunately for Luann, being on the reality show means you take the good with the bad since she has zero editing control. She could have decided her personal relationship with him was not fodder for Andy (who my husband calls Satan) and then this explosive story would have never made it to air (Page 6 yes, but not on air). Toms bad behavior was going to come out with or without Bethenny but having Tom on screen with Lu meant it was going to be filmed. I don't think HOW she told the story to Lu was an asshole maneuver but taking a bit of glee in it IS an asshole maneuver. But scandal aside, this was the best thing that happened to Lu because she really has nothing interesting going on to showcase. Her kids are out of the house, she lives in the Hamptons and they filmed over winter, her scenes with Sonja were kinda meh, and one can only watch her pick up pirates so many times. She should be thanking B because without this Tom stuff we wouldn't have spent tons of pages talking about her. She got her apple one more year and this year she may not have to hold out for more $ and miss scenes like this year.

I was speculating that being the tattletale she knows ALL the secrets so she must be kept happy. Plus perhaps her experience with Josh was worse than others? Either way I smell a payoff. How else can you explain blatant favoritism for the least charismatic character on this shitshow?

Um that is what her headship is for! No need to make the little lady think on her own. It might cause her to sweat and ruin that banana curl she fought so hard to create. Or she just might have some impure thoughts. This could also explain why the boys have no goals/job/responsibilities. They have to be around in case the girls need rescuing from a stubborn roll of saran wrap.

As well as the Producers as we learned from that tell all special thing. In these series there is the 'love to hate' cast and the 'get this human stain off my tv' cast. I would say Vicki is more of a human stain variety.

Me too. I was very disappointed in Heather nodding her head in agreement and commenting on what Vile Vicki was spewing while playing in the mud. Vicki, queen of extramarital affairs, needs to let this go or someone is going to start dragging all of her toothless affairs out of the closet. Get on it Tami! A bit of schadenfreude. It looks like some epic shit goes down. I would most appreciate if V is not allowed back next season. She has zero endearing qualities and I cannot even get a chuckle out of her falling down stairs, peeing herself, or being hit in the head with a football anymore. She is a giant suckhole of gross who should not be making decent coin from this show.

I realize this is OT but it was good if a bit uneven. I am giving it another whirl. I was thinking about the preview where she is shading Shannon/David's marriage it reminded me about the brouhaha with Laurie and the letter a mother in law (or ex wife, can't remember) wrote about Babe's 1st marriage or some shit like that and rather than give it to Laurie she sent it to Jeana and then it went public. V is NOT someone ever I would trust with a secret. She even told that drunkity drunkster gf of Billy's about Davids affair. She needs to keep her trap shut or lose all her friends. Oh yeah, she apparently has already lost them since only Production was with her at the hospital.

The only excuse that it could possibly be is head injury. She knows damn well V didn't deserve these women visiting her after how she treated them. Or she was just trying to seem like she cared. I used to be sorts meh about V until a couple of seasons ago. Now it is almost a visceral reaction when I see her. The more I know the more I think she is a shit person.

Because she had just come from the hairdresser (used to be one) and you can't lean back in the bowl wearing a neck brace. I have tweaked my neck before and lying back in a shampoo bowl while the hairdresser lifts/scrubs/massages your head is the last thing I COULD do. She doesn't even care enough to take that lie from beginning to end! You have to LIVE that lie. Can't be all willy nilly about it. Besides I doubt a hairdresser would wash and style someone with a neck injury. Too much of a chance to make it worse and she is NOT worth the liability. They didn't even get their shop name on the show! I don't think there is something called a CA gay voice (lifelong CA resident) but he is from Michigan so I would bet his voice was the same there. I would call him soft spoken though. I also find him attractive but he seems short of stature and I like 'em tall! He looked like his mom and sister but those looks work better on a man. I don't think Heather and Tamra know each other in THAT way but I am thinking Heather knows if she goes against T it could be very bad for that cultivated persona Heather has created.

I am new to this show. Friends have been trying to get me to watch all seasons and finally did it since I love ghost stories and the Roanoke part intrigues me. I found it entertaining! I am also a fanatic of the Investigation Discovery shows. Interesting to hear about Paranormal Witness. I don't like that they want to embellish stories.
