  1. Reading this comment is a surprise. I never saw the actress before, but her character stood out to me because her speaking voice is so adorable. I never heard someone talk like that before. ❀️
  2. It was renewed for season 2 πŸ™‚ Also, was it ever established who is the older sibling, Pilar or Victor? It bothers me that I can't figure it out.
  3. No, she was not. But I wish she was. This episode was so much fun. I could watch an entire show about Dina being the boss. I wonder if she will be gentler with Glenn after this episode now that she has walked a mile in his shoes. Also, Garrett's "I don’t bail on work, I half-ass it. There’s a difference." line was strangely relatable.
  4. Rob seems like a better character than Kate Micucci's character was, so If Bonnie has to sponsor someone, well, better him than her. I guess he will be a recurring character from now on.
  5. Watching Grace's gradual transformation into a weeaboo is just glorious. I pray to God she will get green highlights πŸ˜› Shannon continues to be charming. Her constant oversharing is so adorable.
  6. Greg talking about it being his pleasure if Tripp was going to get pleasure with his daughter was kinda funny but otherwise eh, not their strongest episode. They needed to flesh out the Oliver - Cooper conflict more, it remained very surface level and the idea of Cooper tagging along with Oliver should have occurred to them sooner, it's not exactly an out there idea.
  7. Abishola's proposal to Bob was so sweet ❀️ And Christina's meltdown about being alone was hilarious πŸ˜„ I thought it was a good episode. I don't quite how are they going to pull off going to Nigeria though. Will COVID become a thing in this show and it will prevent them from flying there? Abishola's ex husband will be sure to bring some drama.
  8. Abishola made it clear last season that she is not willing to engage in pre-marital sex. Of course, it is interesting that in this episode she did not want to get married at all. It implies that she wants Bob for the emotional support, rather than full-on sharing everything kind of love.
  9. They exaggerated to make a point. From what I have gathered from interviews, it seems like the rest of the season will not be so heavy. It's back to business as usual from Ep 2.
  10. Great news! She is better than Amy in every single way.
  11. She is throwing around big words and social justice warrior propaganda just like Jonah often did in the earlier seasons. It's so off-putting. I don't turn on the tv to see something like that.
  12. Forrest trying to introduce Wade in the "right" way at the beginning of the episode was hilarious! πŸ˜„ This episode was so cool, Shannon is just adorable and it was so funny when Wade finally found her but he had to leave because the security guard was coming XD.
  13. This was a really good episode, the writers team did a great job. I don't like how obviously they are setting up Jonah and Nia though, like geeze. At least give us some mystery.
  14. This was not their strongest episode. It's not the ladies's fault though, it's because of the new boyfriend. He is really annoying to watch. I hope he won't appear in many episodes. The joke about Bonnie betting against herself so she would have 100$ to start her new life with was funny though. πŸ˜„
  15. Dave appeared on a Talk show to promote the upcoming season. He talks about it in the last 3 minutes, although he only reveals details about the first episode of the season.
  16. I like that they are not beating around the bush, nor are they doing the will they won't they thing. Looking forward to another excellent season!
  17. Well, we all know what Sarah Dunn is like, so there is no need to be surprised. She was able to create the Katie Otto character so perfectly because she lives and breathes many of the characteristics of Katy in her real life. Still, this is one of the best shows on Tv right now. I desperately hope the quality will not collapse under the new management.
  18. IMO that repeated DO YOU WANT TO MARRY ME ANSWER RIGHT NOW YES OR NO , attitude was extremely unfair & off putting. You can't do that to someone, she already had so much to deal with.
  19. If any of you watched Sex And The City, Amy's stance in this episode was pretty much exactly that same that Carrie had with Aidan in that show. The female just not being ready for the big commitment (and also deep down knowing the guy is not right), and the guy rushing her way too much. In hindsight with Amy having a bad first marriage, it actually makes total sense that she would be weary of getting married again, unless it was really really right. And she sensed that the whole thing was motivated from a bad place, by the move and covid, rather than true love. So her behavior was understandable. And then when Amy went to Jonah with the aqua socks and they had that conversation, she was really trying. Jonah was a bit cruel here, he wanted too much too fast, but that has been consisent with his character since day 1 of the show, it totally fits. Just think of how he behaved in the Cloud 9 negotiations (in the episode where their attorney cut her hand). Other than that, Garrett's goodbye message to Amy was so sweet ❀️ I liked how he behaved in this episode, it is tiring after a while when someone is aloof all the time.
  20. The way they addressed Christie leaving in the cold open with both Bonnie and Adam being moved to tears was so heartfelt, sweet but also funny! I loved it! They even went back to look at the plane ❀️ About Marjorie's health problems. Doesn't that just make sense? When you take drugs and abuse alcohol, they put a strain on your body, your internal organs have to work harder to function properly and keep you alive, it makes pefect sense that with aging your body collapses more than it does for a person who leads a more sober lifestyle.
  21. It was so sweet of Bonnie to throw that party for Tammy. And her jab at Margerie with the cat snack-related never have I ever question was just hilarious. πŸ˜„
  22. Wow. It's like they just did not film or air the last 2 episodes of the previous season, and just decided to pretend they did, and go forward with the material they wrote for season 5 anyway. We should have seen the process of Katie becoming tired of the lasagna business and selling it. We should have seen Taylor change her mind and get into college because of Greg's position at the local college. We should have seen Anna Kat and Franklin officially become an item. How can they skip all that? Doris becoming a cougar? We should have seen the events that led up to that. As it is, all these things are just coming out of the blue, and why? Why didn't they shoot those episodes? Anyway, Mariah's cat park initiative was hilarious πŸ˜„ Time really is up! And also Katie's narc joke with principal Ablin. Overall it was a strong episode, I just wish they didn't skip all these important developments.
  23. She really is leaving. Tomorrow's episode is her last one and then bye bye forever.
