I fell asleep while watching but have it on the DVD to finish watching it. But after reading these posts I probably won't as it appears nothing has changed or improved from last season. This show has been bad since day one. How can the writers and producers think this show is good? Do they just dismiss our criticism of the show? Do they think their average viewer is too dumb to get it? I will probably keep watching each week because I must have a deep desire to punish myself for something.

I have noticed that too and I think she has a staffer interview the people and then she sits alone in front of the camera and asks the question so she can redo her reaction to the answers. So her "emotional" reactions to families and loved ones of the victim ring false. And it takes away from the story. She comes across as a Fame Whore. But that's just my opinion.

S07.E06: Swimming With The Gefilte Fishes

It is so hard to watch Jaq on this show. She needs to leave now. Granted Tre is not perfect but Jaq has been gunning for Tre since she got out of "camp". Jaq started the whole argument when Tre and Joe came for dinner when she was surprised nothing happened at the whatever get together Tre just went to (can't for the life of me remember what it was) and got the whole mess of a conversation going. And her almost manic high pitched voice and finger jabbing at lunch with Melissa was very telling. The woman needs a lot of therapy. It almost seems as though Jaq cannot get over Tre dropping her as a close friend (can't blame Tre as I do think Jaq and Carolyn ambushed her at Jaq house) and is out to take Tre down. She is mentally tittering on instanity and it is uncomfortable to watch and will only end bad for Jaq. She should know that by now since the entire cast could not bring Tre down a couple of seasons ago, why does she think she can do it on her own? And next week's previews show Jaq is about to crack when her close buddies Delores and Siggy are not blindly supporting her. I really believe especially with Siggy that they both truly want to help mend Jaq and Tre's relationship. Problem is Jaq just wants to either take Tre down or have Tre publicly kiss her ass and give some heartfelt apology for whatever wrong Jaq thinks Tre has done to her. She has no intention of meeting in the middle and let the past go (which I do believe Tre is way past all this and only brings it up when defending herself). Remember Tre does not need Jaq but Jaq certainly need Tre. -

This! I totally cracked up at this and actually it was the highlight of the episode. -
So happy I found this forum. I can't believe it took me so long! I watch almost all the shows from the Good the Bad and the Ugly on ID. I agree with those that find the re-enactments extremely bad and the actors not even close to what the real people look like or close to the correct age. I watched Pierce Morgan (whom I run hot and cold with him) and his interview with Erin Caffey. She is one cold fish. Her responses to his questions were so off and very disturbing. Her detachment from anything close to human emotions or feelings were so obvious. Not a Joe Kendra fan. I tried watching it but I ended up staring at his huge eyes and did not hear a word he said. I've seen the actor that plays him in the re-enactments but not sure where. He is a cutie and it cracks me up that everyone is smoking in the re-enactments. Can't stand Wives with Knives, Deadly Women (that narrator chick gets on my nerves) Scored and most of the Fear Thy Neighbor. I like A Crime to Remember because they show the real people at the end and the actors are relatively close to what they looked like. Tired of the sexy red underwear seductress shows and the ones that almost show people actually screwing. It's pretty steamy for daytime reruns. Happy I found you guys and adding this to "My Shows" so I don't miss a thing.

S02.E01: XL 2 Sneak Peek - Mission Impossible
gaPeach replied to Kelda Feegle's topic in Naked And Afraid XL [V]
It must be the lack of food and water that is making these normally sane people feel as though their trust has been breach or broken because Steven and Darrin got pissy with each other. Yes Steven should have gone back as promised but if he and Darrin were on the same page and working together it made perfect sense for Darrin to go back and let the group know that Steven stayed back to try his hand using the bow. What is wrong with that? its not like Amazing Race where teams must stay together. Steven stayed behind to try and kill some food for the group. The fact that he and Darrin did not see eye to eye should not have been the groups problem. And Darrin was just stirring the pot when he came back to tattle on Steven for 1. staying (cause you know a promise is a promise) and 2. Even if Steven did say they were all lazy (which he either did not say or I missed it) Darrin did not need to share it. The only purpose of sharing it was to stir shit up with group. And I think Darrin embellished what Steven actually said just to get the group pissed off at Steven because he was pissed. And really? I know the bow was Darrin's but he couldn't just let Steven try it? He had no better luck than Steven had with his spear. In fact I think he got pissed when he bragged that he had 40 shots with bow and Steven pointed out that was 40 FAILS to kill anything. The look on Darrin's face was priceless. And the whole group showing up to confront......er "talk" to Steven was pointless but also very confrontational and had the "ganging up" feel to it. And they must not have been very far from the camp because they got there so quickly, so what was the BIG deal about staying out two days? And asking for the bow back to "secure" it for the group....huh? What was Steven going to do? Break the bow? Steal it to go where exactly? And I felt for Steven sitting there trying to get food for group and here they come all broken up because their trust is broken now all because Darrin came back to camp crying like a little girl......sorry to all the little girls out there. I totally got Steven when he said it hurt his feelings and I am glad he did not go off on any of them especially Darrin who looked like a deer caught in the headlights when Steven said he never said that they were all lazy. Darrin fumbled around looking for some way to rework exactly what Steven said. When that one chick (can't remember her name) said she point blank asked Darrin 3 times that Steven said they were all being lazy and Darrin said yes that is what he said, only to fumble around when confronted by Steven, I thought she would see through Darrin's BS but she didn't. Sigh. Like I said at the beginning of my post I will cut them a lot of flack because these people are STARVING and not thinking logically. I hope they recant some of it at the reunion when they have full stomachs. -

The heat must be brutal there. This group seems to be just sitting around all day long doing nothing really. I would want to build a shelter with a roof over my head so when it does eventually rain I am not sitting in it. I see the do have a portion of the shelter covered but not big enough for everyone to get under it when it rains. Last season I don't remember so many just sitting around and not doing anything. Maybe its the tick fever that most seem to have come down with. Don't get me wrong I could not last even a day out there. The ticks would have sent me packing the first day. Its just not entertaining to watch people starve, waste away to nothing (some of the women look like walking skeletons) and puking their guts up. They look like the cast from Lord of the Flies too. I know wearing mud helps with bugs and heat but they all just look unwashed. -
I don't understand why the whole family had to stay in Juno? Billy and Bam were in for a month. Couldn't the family go back to the "wild" while they served their sentence? Why were they stuck at the docks? Is it the Wolf Pack mentality? they are beyond weird.

Word to the poster who mentioned MJ being the voice of reason about the "surprise" wedding. How can Asa think that is a good idea after dumping Adam right before their wedding last year? Really? And how can Reza not see it as a bad idea if she is so close with both Asa and Adam. Methinks she is friends with Adam to keep Asa in the loop as to what Adam is thinking because it just does not seem as though Asa has a clue about what makes Adam happy. MJ is absolutely right it is a bad idea and I am glad she said so even though Asa and Reza gave her disapproving looks while she was telling them. A wedding is about the two people getting married not just one of them. And again Asa totally blindsided Adam last year by dumping him right before the wedding. And to add insult to injury Asa still went and had a party with his friends. I wonder if Adam even watched that episode. How hurtful that all must have been for Adam.

So, it does look like each week it will be a new port in the storm where are merry band of misfits dock, cause havic and leave. And what does it say when I cared more about the prepper family than I did most of the people on the boat? The zombie mom rocked it out and I really felt bad for her giving her children to this group. Well acted and I actually felt for her. But of course she had to die. Ok so prepper dad just let his wife or his daughter bite him? He was so prepared foir the ZA I can't beleived he just froze when he saw his daughter taking out the mom. He would have put them both down. And he knew when you die you come back as a zombie so he never would have had pills for everyone to take if the zombies started taking over their little compound (which I found to be pretty safe compared to what we have seen on the WD). And was Nick looking to get high or was he looking for the Power Pill the kid talked about? I found the last 5 minutes to be the best of the episode.

It is unbelievable that this kid learned nothing after killing 4 people and getting off with basically a slap on the hand and neither did his mother. At this point the parents need to be charged with something or at least the mother. Watching the original story both parents attitude was this was all in inconvenience to them instead of being horrified at the loss of life at the hands of their son. Which was due to their total lack of parenting. I hope the kid has to serve the maximum they can give him. If he learned nothing from the horrendous thing he did and killed 4 innocent people in the process then there is no hope for him at this point.

We had a rental home where the tenant were there 4 years. At the end of the 4th year they called telling us they had a bed bug problem. I totally freaked out because I watched that exterminator show that was on years ago and they had a bed bug case that was not just a infestation it was a BB apocalypse! We went over to inspect (I would not walk on any of the carpeting in bedrooms) and they were not exactly nasty but they had a lot of stuff in the house and cleaning was not on the top of their list of things to do on the weekend. Anyhow the husband had pulled carpet away from walls, removed face plates to outlets and cut holes in the bedroom walls trying to find the bed bugs. I asked if they thought to look, oh I don't know.....at the BED. The wife said yes and the sides for the mattress they are SLEEPING on was black with the bb fecal matter. I about lost my cookies right there. Then they tried to tell us they had been battling the bed bugs for awhile, trying to say that the bb were there when they first moved in. Um yeah right. Needless to say we did not extend lease and had them move out and had the entire house emptied and exterminated. It cost $1100. We had the home renovated and updated and sold it within 2 weeks of listing. The contractor would not go into the house until it was exterminated and I told him I wouldn't either. And yeah that first visit was a strip down before coming into my house. I did find out that bb do not jump on you like fleas (thank goodness) that you have to be still for an hour to two before they crawl (shiver) on you and bite you. Oh and if I ever plan a trip where I am staying at a hotel I look that hotel up on the web site for hotels with Bed Bugs complaints and book accordingly. I have to wash my hands now this totally creeps me out,

I saw this movie on PPV because I got a free movie compliments of ATT. Thank you ATT! I love anything Kurt Russell and he did not disappoint. Movie did have great character development and was not heavy handed on the gore. At least not to me but I am a hard core WD fan so maybe I am somewhat jaded. Story moved along and did not stall at any point. I will be happy to see it come to HBO or whatever move channel as I will watch again.
-
Count me on as one that would have tapped out the first night with the cockroaches crawling all over me. I can handle a lot but I turn into screaming little girl when I see one of those nasty things in my house. UGH. No way could I have done this trip. And yes another Girl Power episode.

That was just painful to watch. Her mouth reminded me of old Clutch Cargo cartoons......ok I just dated myself on that one. Maybe she had a mouth full of peanut butter.
-
That just cracked me up! This did too.

I forgot about the shorts. What was that about did they ever say? Why did he take his boxers off? Weird.

You, my friend, will never end up on JJ!

What Chef in his right mind eats Ramin Noodles??? I could not believe he would pick that over anything else they might have in the pantry. It just supports the opinion he really is not a Chef or at least not a very good one. The wheels are definitely falling off the wagon now. I suspect at least one crew member gets a one way ticket home next week.

There was a conversation between Carl and Rick where Carl tells Rick he should have killed the Governor when he had the chance. Because he didn't the Governor killed Hershel etc. There was someone else but I can't remember who. Rick started out as a lawman trying to keep order as if society had not fallen apart and it wasn't working. Shane accused him of it too. Rick had to find a middle ground to survive in this world and that meant killing people that would come back and harm you. Case in point (well kind of) is the guy that just had to Stop Running. Rick hit with car and then took him out in mid sentence. And as others have said Morgan has not been in a group setting for the entire ZA so he has a learning curve he needs to get through. Its one thing to be on your own and avoid killing people and moving on. Its another thing entirely to be part of a group that is settled. They want to live there in peace. The wolfs just want to kill them.

There was a dude on this episode? Oh yeah the guy in the background while she gave one of her many THs. The editors definitely liked her. And I too am glad this guy being republican and a Christian wasn't a tool. I think they put them together for that reason alone hoping for stereotypical opposites at odds with each others lifestyle or religion. Glad to see the two get along and I believe most people on opposite sides in real life do get along and are tolerant of each other. He was very understanding of what she has gone through and the scars it seems to have left on her. Some of the guys we have seen in past episodes would have been on her for being weak and would have had no patience with her. I liked them both and the bathroom countdown was funny. Oh and her hair was great in the jungle but not so much when she got back. Did she draw her eye browns on thicker and blacker? Not a good look.
-
But Morgan admitted to Rick his inability to kill his Zombie wife eventually led to the death of his son. We have seen Rick go through this same dilemma by sparing someone's life it killed others. Maybe this is Morgan's journey to finding a medium between mercy and survival. Because I don't care how forgiving you want to be if someone one's only mission is to kill me I see no room for mercy because my survival instincts will take over. Unless I want just sacrifice myself for the good of being merciful to men that have no mercy.....um not going to happen with this girl. Uh Oh no way.

That design has bugged me so much. When have we ever seen a fort build with the supports on the OUTSIDE? I mean I am no engineer but even I know you do not do that. Whatever you are protecting yourself from can either climb up the supports or push them down with little or actually no resistance. So even if they thought the only threat was walkers you get enough of them in a group and they start pushing towards the dinner bell that wall will be down in no time. Put me on the list of those that do not see Morgan as a coward or weak. He has somehow come to believe that all life is precious even for people that are killing and hacking up innocent people. Why? I assume there will be a flashback showing us who taught him those bad ass moves and why he believes in giving everyone 2nd, 3rd even 4th chances before killing them. I also believe he killed that Wolf in the house. After getting the best of the Wolf he kept pushing the Wolf guy back until he did that frustrated grunt/scream and then said "I am sorry". I took it to mean "Dude I have given the allotted amount of chances and you are now out of them and I can see you are hell bent on killing me so bye" and he killed him. I sure hope so anyway. And I do not think Morgan is leaving town. He did not have his backpack or jacket and that packed lunch did not look like it was enough to feed him long enough for a road trip. I am hoping he is getting ready for the zombies headed their way. And didn't he tell Carol that they had to take the zombies out because of the truck falling?

It is so hard for us as humans to believe someone good looking is evil. Case in point (besides this one) is Ted Bundy. I so would have believed his cock and bull story back when I was younger but not now. I don't trust anyone. I give my BF the side eye when he starts acting crabby and work it out in my head if he decides to try and kill me how I would take him down. And my BF is one of the nicest guys next to my dad I have ever known. See this stuff gets you thinking about the darker side of human beings. He so killed her or had her killed because he is a coward. Big Will did the right thing and I am glad he was taken seriously from the get go. That had a lot to do with them finding out who did it without decades going by before they did.

Add me to the list of a crime show buff and having difficulty keeping shows separate. Chris Hanson does a show on ID (I think) that is interesting and I like how he goes out and talks to people surrounding the case. Chris Hanson's show is much easier to watch as compared to some shows like Swamp Murders, Snapped, Snapped She Made Me Do It, Evil Kin etc. Those shows have bad reenactments, the chick that narrates Snapped gets on my nerves after awhile and they repeat or drag out the story so much it makes Keith Morrison look like a speed reader.
