He could’ve been instrumental in making Spencer palatable in dealing with Esmé. Raging Victor loving Spencer is not for me. CANNOT with obsessive Lucy. Scotty’s speech for Cam. 🤣 I could get behind a Robert-Diane investigating duo. They seem more on the ball than Anna and Valentin. ”She’s probably having the time of her life” referring to Epiphany when we know the actress has passed, is very cruel dialogue. Glad there’s an in memoriam episode.

“Sequins burn under the armpits” is a sentence I did not expect to hear. 🤣 ”You don’t want to take your shirt off, go be a roofer.” Agree! The ball masks took a month to make? They have 9 people working on costumes, so much stuff in inventory and yet we see such ugly things. 🤔 No Sally, no Adam, no Elena, too much Victor, Chelsea, Billy, Nate. Won’t mention the two detested characters here (N&P) because I don’t mind them. Peter Bergman sure is a crier. 😂 They gave Jeanne Cooper’s dressing room to Amelia. Mmm… The Kristoff St-John stuff was nice, he is definitely still missed by many cast members.

Anyone watching the nighttime show? It’s fun so far.

Lenz was very young when she acted opposite PAS, around 18 maybe. She talked about that first work experience on the podcast she shares with other OTH stars, and it wasn’t necessarily comfortable for her to be doing love/sex scenes with a much older man at that age. Looking at the GL and ATWT casts, there were so many amazingly talented actors, I still miss both shows very much. Looking forward to Monday’s Cam/Esmé scenes.

Is Phyllis planning to fake her death and frame Diane? The character has been so obsessed and unhinged for so many months, I can’t follow her actions at all. I think the show knows they have a good thing going with Susan Walters and wouldn’t kill Diane, but who knows. I wish they would’ve done something else with Stark then tying him to Phyllis. He could’ve been an interesting character.

Count me in as being super disappointed in the “Masked Ball”. With characters from the past coming back I was hoping for flashbacks. They flashback to the day before all the time, but no past scenes for the 60th? “I’m having so much fun.” - Tucker spread out on the bar. 🤣🤣 The turtleneck was bad though. Jack always looks good in a tux and Elena looked gorgeous the 2 seconds I saw of her at the end. Nikki looked like the Devil in that dress and standing up next to Victor with the red background only made it more apparent. Why do they keep dressing Sally like she’s not pregnant? There was no pregnancy showing AT ALL and a woman who supposedly knows fashion would’ve gotten a different dress in time for the “event of the year”! Sheesh. I loved the character during the many years the actor was on, but I’m starting to find the constant references to Neil super creepy.

Today, I switched it up by watching the last 10 min of the show. (Not on purpose, got caught up watching USA/Canada events.) Happy to see stylists are working on dressing Genie up differently - a miss today (the necklace looked like it was chocking her and the pattern of her cardigan/top was not flattering), but I still appreciate the effort. Best performances from Ms. Wu not letting Sonny’s threats phase her and her tall and handsome security guy who gave Dex the “go ahead punk, make my day” look. 🤣 Can’t wait for the Cam / Esmé scenes next week!

This. 🤣🤣🤣 I watched the first 10 min of the show and then stopped. Nothing there for me to enjoy. Better luck tomorrow (I hope).

Epiphany was Liz’ mentor? That feels like a re-con to introduce more angst into the closure story. I had to step away from today’s ep because the storylines annoyed me so much. As long as Spencer is all about the baby in a very manic way, I can’t watch him. Brooklyn and Chase - rinse and repeat ad nauseam. And Gregory, you’re the second character hiding a severe illness from your family in a few months and seemingly delaying getting help over it, and I’M 100% OVER IT!!

“You’re the poster child for getting carried away!” 😂😂 Echoing what others have said, I can stand to watch Sonny’s scenes now and liked him with Kristina and then Dante. Well, Valentin you took forever to say YOU were the one who was seen by untrustworthy folks and Anna Does. Not. Bat. An. Eye. WTH?!?

Finally Jill left the laptop to mingle with the characters! It was clear EB really enjoyed his scenes with JW and I loved the face she made when Victor told her something along the lines of “she didn’t know what she was doing”. 🤣 Although I have to say if it weren’t for Victor saying it, I would agree 100%. The arbitration scenes were excruciating, with both Devon and Lily looking snotty and acting like children. It was nice to see Mishael Morgan back nonetheless. I thought the same thing! I wish Audra would leave Elena out of her scheming. A medical podcast about JT? Out of left field is right. The character is dead-dead now, right? I watched the eps out of order (oops!), Stark bringing up Nikki’s stripping days was hilarious! Oh, Traci you way too trusting silly woman.

Lucy’s actions annoyed me to no end today, but angry self-righteous Valentin being caught before Lucy and Anna made me laugh and laugh, even if it was by Shoehorned Carly. 😂 Kudos to the costume dept who made Lucy look like the original mousy Lucy and for that fetching hat Anna was wearing. Even Maxie’s clothing looked appropriate, for once. Bobbie waiting more than a year after Luke’s “death”, to confront Victor was a result of the show’s weird timing and wasn’t done well enough for me to care. Spencer throwing all caution away to fix his baby rabies is an annoying storyline I can’t get behind. Does he even realize he’s signing Esmé death warrant and perhaps others’ as well? Gosh, that boy. He was relatively nice to Bobbie though, I’ll give him that.

I know Alexis is an alcoholic, but shouldn’t she also assume that a man Gregory’s age could be having a stroke or another medical event? Poor guy. Trina is brilliant. 😁 Nina wants Willow to survive so much she’s willing to throw Liesl under the bus. Not a good look.

Of all the couples, none shined brighter to me than Adam and Tucker. I could watch these two all day. Which was great because it helped me recover from the Victoria/Nate creepy shenanigans. On is his own though, Adam desperately trying to get Victor’s approval for the 10th million time is not a fun watch, at all. No show tomorrow and Friday. I’m fine with this pause because the stories are boring right now, but I will miss the snark here. 😭

I was in another room yet heard Spencer loudly screeching that his brother shouldn’t be in jail. Tone it down, dude. That kid only knows how to drink milk and poop; he couldn’t tell the difference between jail and The Ritz. And going on about how Esmé was the reason Cam was leaving instead of congratulating him. When even Joss thinks you’re too self-involed (!) get a clue. I enjoyed the side eye Trina gave him though. Run, Trina, Run!! Then the Spencer Self-Entitled show moved to Sonny’s penthouse and made me take Dex’ side. Dex!! The cardboard bodyguard! I did enjoy the Laura, Kevin, Esmé, Ace scenes though. Well done, everyone! (No spoilers, but I’m now 100% sure Esmé is faking, wanting to hold on to her son as a bargaining chip, even if she cares for him.)

Joss trying to stop Bobbie from asking Cam to perform at the Nurses’ Ball raised my blood pressure and I walked away from the scene so no idea how B. responded, but I did hear a “come together”. Also annoying, Cody feeling guilty for screwing Mac around. However, the grief scenes with Felicia and Kevin and Kevin and Mac were so well done. Nice writing and performing by all involved. I had tears in my eyes throughout. Best friend…😭💕 This is why I can’t quit this show. So much history and heartfelt performances from oldies, even if they’re been spread thinly over a lot of fertilizer.

Great job Billy “Bloody Useless” Abbott, because what we needed was for Phyllis to become even more stupidly dangerous, as Stark’s accomplice. Show made Sally so stupid! Why couldn’t she just let Nick handle telling Summer? And just what I was desperate to see, a penis measuring contest over a baby. 🤮 🤮 🤮 I guess the Jack and Diane thing with the retrospective scenes, was to be seen as completely romantic, but all I could think about was how Jack will end up broken-hearted, no matter what happens with/to Diane.

Never thought the sentence “well, there is some decomposition” would make me laugh so much. 🤣 Good job with the acting, GF! Oh, Robert - you still got it! 💕 Great makeup job on Finola! It’s easy for me to like Liesl because I was on a GH break when her character was doing her worst, and then watching only 1-2 a week. I highly recommend it. I also like the actress’ work, especially her mother-daughter relationship with Britt and her current relationship with Nina, and she can even do comedy when warranted. Essentially, I’m for keeping the best talent and flushing out the rest (Michael, Dex, Drew, etc.). That includes re-casting and/or changing characters, if needed.

Me too, but something easily treatable. She has been tested for Huntington’s before and she doesn’t have it, right? Right?

Uber expensive watches stop when you get hit over the head? 🤔 Glad we’re now set with the Nik thing. Does the Dex actor have new teeth? I’ve never seen him smile so much. Oh, Liesl 😪 Snap out of it Nina, and show your aunt some empathy. I’ll try to forgive you both for saving ingrate Willow.

Caught up watching the Friday and Monday eps. Baby Jensen Ackles!!! 🥰 Glad his acting has improved over the years, but it was great to see him with baby AZ. “Different people”, indeed. 🤣 That doesn’t mean I want current salt & pepper scruffy beard Eric back with Nicole though. Been there, done that, again and again. Walk away, show. Unpopular opinion, but I enjoyed Paulina’s talking to the urn skit. I like Megan and the way they’re styling her. So nice to see something different than a blond older woman wearing pastels. Anna is everything! I’m very happy to see her on more often.

We all know that won’t happen either. Double sigh.

If Nik isn’t in the tack room closet (we all know he isn’t) and the padlock is still on, he had help getting out no matter what state he was in. Austin is again my no 1 suspect, as I still don’t get why he would just help Ava, who he barely knows, cover a murder. Loved Liesl’s talking about at the stem cell revenge scenario over Carly. 🤣 Because she came out and said it though, she won’t be a match. Sigh.

After the weird scene with Ava and Austin, I’m starting to think Finn found Nik and is helping him recover. It makes no sense at all, but then very little about Nik’s “death” makes sense to me. I would love for this to be the case, but I feel it’s too good and complex a storyline for the show. Crossing my fingers that I’m wrong. Yes! It’s an especially good time to move something heavy after being stabbed in the gut. On another subject, I’m adding my “not a fan of TA’s Trina” opinion to the mix. In watching her scenes, I see her as a high school student still, fragile and overprotected by her parents. Not as a young woman, going to university, enjoying art and being able to share a friendship with dangerous and world weary Ava. Dressing her in a cute pink gown at the wedding and having her act like a spoiled brat wanting answers from her mom in front of everyone, did not help. It’s almost like the show is basing her character on her petite stature instead of who Trina was.
