I've no doubt they *have* been discussing an Arrow: Legacies continuation, especially if they thought SA would only be doing the first half of a full S8. They certainly made sure to populate the FFs with all the kids etc. If The Originals can get one over the next try at a SPN spin off anything can but meh, I'm really not interested in the fight out of this dystopian future and I wonder how many others would be as well.

Nope Arrow deserves a good villain as it starts to wind up after effing Diaz for so long.

I think it's kind of impossible to predict anything at this point, especially with COIE and the FFs backing the present day into a corner and the new villain only just showing up. It will be depressing if EBR leaves or is in like 2 eps and Oliver has to pretend she's run off or they've split up and then he dies. Though hopefully that's a worse case scenario. Just hope that with all the wishing that COIE changes stuff that they don't get tempted to Sara Diggle Mia. Because that was the most lasting change about Flashpoint on a different show.

Heh it does, like clockwork. It does get a bit convoluted, but everything is about the show at the moment. I guess the theory is Mia is born and hidden and Felicity showing up in the FFs this season is a way to have her alive if EBR had told them she was done but before it was agreed this was a very limited final season.

I think she will, unless she's even more done than SA as it's such a limited season. At least for a few episodes and goodness knows what state the FFs and the timeline of leaving SC will be in by then. She might only appear in the FFs I guess.

Yeah, the second he heard about the Olicity bench he went out photographed it and put it all over his SM. They might find it frustrating and us being too intense sometimes but the guy enjoys publicity. Plus they're some of the fans most likely to buy his wine or still fork out money for him at cons. Though I guess that last one might change if the show ends in complete tragedy.

I could see SA pushing for a birth scene because of his IRL young daughter. Which was why he was so excited about the awful BMD. I could see them showing Mia's birth as part of a consolation prize for Oliver/us because he's dying or still pushing the tragedy of it all because he's not and they want a gotcha. Could go either way.

His action movie career got derailed when the TMNT film he was in tanked beyond belief and his self funded projects have been iffy. His wine company seems more novelty than anything else. I thought for those reasons he would stay has long as possible but after the relentless pushing of NTA, introducing Emiko and the Legacy!FF kids the writing was on the wall. He comes across well in the video. Grateful but I think just DONE even if he doesn't have any (public) projects lined up.

I'm not happy about the high possibility of Oliver dying without seeing his kids grow up etc but I'm just depressed at the possibility that he might sacrifice himself and the FFs still remain intact. Unless Sara reminds Rene what happened to the last "Mayor of the Glades" because now she has a Timeship.

Hopefully Oliver gets at least a bittersweet ending which they always give to LOT, like @BkWurm1 still hoping for a Nolan trilogy ending and/or a more hopeful future. I do think COIE is going to be more complicated than just swapping himself for Barry and Kara. Very ok with it ending with SA and not dragging on with the noobs or FFs.

I do hope they're lying about the future not being changeable because even if Oliver sacrifices himself within the next year it doesn't help the city and everyone hates him etc. I can't make the future make any sense any other way but then again that hasn't ever been a strong suit of the entire Arrowverse. If he has to die soon, it should at least be bittersweet and not just to save Barry and Kara's asses whilst his city becomes apocalyptic. That said it wouldn't surprise me if the COIE is a worse deal than death. Really not into Rene and Emiko's retread of S1, if Oliver does die and Felicity disappears in the current present time they won't be strong enough to anchor the show and even though I think KmN is so much better here than in Shadowhunters the FF people can't either. Diaz is BBQed (hopefully!, finally!) should never have been more than a 1 season villain. And so many things they set up were dropped for him. HIGHLANDER! Diggle can come off the naughty step now or maybe he had the goa'uld removed. But what the F is going on with JJ/Connor? Do they adopt an orphaned kid in the near future? The same actor was their bio son in LOT.

Just a depressed one from me because that's exactly how it will go down. I think they use JH a lot because she's cheap, "enthusiastic" about the show, they needed another insta!BC and she kisses ass a lot. I don't think there are very many in the fandom that are her character's fans specifically but as long as she's attractive and kicks ass I guess there are a lot of viewers who don't care either way. Having both her and KC on the show is redundant but I kind of think they'll be the ones still clinging on even when they've switched the lights off.

Having just been ill and done an unexpected binge watch of S4 then S3 I can say both come off better when you aren't waiting week by week and it's already over.

I suppose there's always Sara inviting her onboard after the big BOP but as I said. No Thanks. LOT doesn't need those fandom wars (which make no mistake would happen) and even if they drop characters this season as @Sakura12 said, they actually have a ton more regulars and supportings that are their own or only barely connected to the rest.

Yep LOT does amazing by many leftovers, even Wally got a bit of closure. To be fair if any show could do well by any Laurel it would be LOT but nooo, Sara has a lot of stuff to be going on with and has had Laurel as her "in the background" sometimes front ground for so long. Hey BR wants Felicity to join the Waverider (done worry he's currently in a thing with his off screen wife) can we have her? Still don't want BS. Or E1LL back.

No, No, No BS on Lot. They did that already in the finale of S2 of LOT, which was the best KC ever worked. If it does screw with LOT, I will be annoyed because Sara has worked so hard to become so much more. If she props up DD or BS I will be so angry. Especially if it means she's not there this season around just after 10 seconds (on Arrow) after her father's death but plenty there for potentially an Arrow DD/BS team up- with her own team on hiatus I suppose.

Something to do with E1Laurel? Not sure what given they're working so hard on making BS a thing. I don't know if it will end up with lasting consequences or simply just be a big gimmick of an episode.

They can borrow that from LOT. They even call them "memory flashy things". Or there abouts. I'm not triggered by Felicity and Siren's insta friendship. It's just par for the course with Laurel in so many storylines,

Jake/Amy is pretty popular (and well written) and I love both ships. Shrug. I mostly find it annoying that there's very little support for Olicity in official media accounts.

Whilst I can appreciate wanting to celebrate with out One Blue Lord and Saviour, I did think it was a slightly strange choice, given everything on the show right now. Chico explains it.

Yeah, I do get concern because pregnancy and babies aren't often handled very well but it's also not their worst plot (hopefully) and when you've finally quit watching a show and how no intention of actually watching the episode....now is the prefect time to disengage.

I don't see why Iris can't be pregnant this season just because Felicity is. The shows have parallel storylines all the time including adult daughters in/from the future and weddings.
