  1. Soooooo over it! The fighting on camera, off camera, and sadly here! I want it to stop!
  2. The house was free and clear of mortgage at the time of the divorce. And, no, she doesn’t have until 2026 because investment interest is being lost since the time of the sale. Anna, she bought a 3 Million dollar house is because she didn’t have more than 4 from the sale.
  3. It’s half of THAT that belongs to the kids. In the divorce, the Count and Lu split the house 50-50. He arranged for his children to get his half. That’s 4 million. She could do whatever she wanted with her half- purchased Sag for 3. The idea at the time was not to force her and the kids to move BECAUSE of the divorce. You can’t put a deed in a trust when the beneficiaries can’t legally have a deed. Had she sold the marital home for a home of EQUAL value, then she would need legal documentation that HALF of that new (hypothetical, valued at the same of the original decree) house was owned by the kids combined at 50% of the sale of the marital property. The kids could have then forced her to buy them out when Noel reached 30. The kids received half of the value of the house in the divorce. Alex gave his share to them. No, it’s 4M minus whatever came out of sale for fees, transfer tax etc
  4. @AnnA- here are all the original posts on this subject. There was a lawyer involved in our conversations during this time.
  5. Right. Until she sold it. THEN, half of the value was to be put in a trust fund for the two children. That’s why she didn’t buy another $8MM house. HALF was supposed to be in a fund. The fund wasn’t set up. The kids, at the time of divorce couldn’t have a deed in their name. This agreement was supposed to protect their share. Unless she has $3M-$4M lying around... earning interest, she didn’t uphold the agreement.
  6. Of course it’s the value, not the house. You can’t put kitchen cabinets in a bank. The value is either determined by an appraisal or by the price that it is sold for. (Thus my usuage of the term value.) And, no, unless Lu is a licensed financial professional, she wouldn’t actually manage the investments. It’s not like she can be a day trader for his kids’ money- there is a reason that a trust fund is established. It’s a forced savings, investment vehicle. She might be on the list of people that allow kids to draw from it, but generally, there are 3rd party attorneys that do that.
  7. 1) Aviva’s “Stylist” that was trying desperately to become a HW, or just be on TV 2) Luann’s house during a party 3) hmmm.... Jonathan? Kristin? 4) Both, please. And, yes, I’d prefer Heather to beg me to eat meatballs and for Dorinda to serve the shellfish in sashimi rolls.
  8. Thanks for posting. It does seem like one of their simpler ones. It’s hard to hear the song. Thanks again!
  9. A Trust IS an investment vehicle. According to the divorce agreement, she wouldn’t have the authority to independently invest or manage that money. It clearly states that half of the House value was to be placed in a trust for the kids. The Count essentially gave his 50% of the House to the kids.
  10. There were actually TWO years of Kelli coaching Cassie in poses for the photo. One was the scissor thing. She couldn’t move back. She was in a kneeling pose for this one. The second was Cassie laying on her side... legs not scissored there- that might be awkward for a squad photo (lol)
  11. And then there was the year that Cassie was having trouble understanding that Kelli was asking her to drop her top knee to the floor when she was laying on her side. Kelli had to lay on the floor 3 times before she got it. It’s a new game! Guess who this headless cheerleader is. ?
  12. Carrying over from the episode thread: For those of us in MD/DC/Montgomery Co- who wants to get together for a watching party? I’m right in the middle- 20mins North of DC, 30 mins from Baltimore and Annapolis. I will host if anyone is interested. The finale episode? Maybe at 8pm on Fri since 10 is a bit late to start the party on a thurs? Anyone interested? If anyone from other states want to travel in, that’s fine with me as well. We could have good food, a drinking game (alcohol consumption NOT required) and try our version of favorite DCC moves? Moving over to non-show talk thread to repost and discuss. Anyone interested? If people prefer, I could try to find a public place closest to epi-center of where we all live

  14. THat could be Miranda behind Lexie. Pretty sure that’s Miranda
  15. Do you have a link? I don’t know which one she did.
  16. Yuko was in a minor car accident and had a concussion and whiplash. She’s supposed to be back soon. I don't have Insta-probably the last Hold-out. Do you see Jinelle in the pic? It will either confirm the rumblings around here or put that speculation to an end. I know she’s made some cryptic posts and hasn’t answered questions about them.
  17. It was a sports bar that Peter didn’t own and couldn’t buy because: 1. He couldn’t get financing on his own (why he wanted Ramona) 2. Liquor license follows owner not bar- kool-aid and wings for a great football Sunday spot? Also, his reputation makes ME wonder whether or not he could get a license. (Maybe another reason for “needing” a wealthy housewife? 3. It wasn’t for sale. I can’t find article, but there was one floating out there- owners deny any negotiations for the bar that wasn’t on the market. But none of the facts matter for Ramona... she got an episode and content to discuss. Bravo certainly doesn’t care what’s “real.”
  18. I think Baltimore (specifically Dundalk, Essex, Eastern Shore in some places) has a distinguishable “accent” for some. I live here and don’t think DC-or Montgomery County- has an accent that I can detect. If I’m in another state, I can hear “east Baltimore,” but I won’t hear DC in someone. That’s just me.
  19. Please share a few of camera slimming rules! What can I do to help myself?? Pleeeeeese???
  20. Did she get it two games in a row? I thought I read that she was Game Day Girl the last game? I looked on the team’s FB page and can’t find a running “list.” Not doubting you, just confused.
