Description of scene:
They just rehearsed the scene and it looks like Emma, Regina and the Sorcerer are on the ground. They get up, Jared runs up to Emma and hugs her. And Robin hugs Regina. :)
(I assume she means the Apprentice, unless they're one and the same.)
FWIW, one person says she was told everybody from the main cast -- minus Bobby and plus Sean -- will be filming today in Steveston. Rumors seem to be that Bobby has already wrapped.
I do NOT want a Hook spinoff series, unless it's a prequel, because that would separate him from Emma. Now a prequel, I could get behind.
And, yes, I very much look forward to Colin's future roles. I hope he has lots of really good, meaty ones.
So today is the mega day of filming in Steveston -- 3 p.m. to 5 a.m. I expect we'll get some interesting/confusing BTS spoilers. Tomorrow is the last day of filming for the season.
This may have been my favorite ep yet. I was laughing all over the place. Scary lurking horror-movie Evan with his germs. The chicken drawn in the steam on the mirror. The Chicken Dance music as the blood cells turned to chickens. Grandma with the football phone. Evan in the plastic clothing bag. The "Gaysian" necklace finally making Jessica see the light about Oscar. The way Constance Wu's voice cracked on her shriek of "The airport????" So many great moments.
Emory gems: "She had another suitor -- DEATH." "She was pregnant." "What, I can't have a dark side?"
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the next ep will have a ratings drop after a week off. Of course, I doubt the ep after that will have a big uptick because they went back to watching. Crazy.
Ah, we can all rest easy. The boycott has been called off.
I feel bad for Ginny and Josh, having their characters torched simply to make Regina and other villains look better by comparison. Every character gets sacrificed on the altar of Regina.
What's everybody's take on how the Author storyline is going over with the general viewership? I feel like I'm seeing a lot of grousing and dislike of it, and a lot of general dissatisfaction with the show, but I'm not sure if that's just because I'M doing a lot of grousing about it, so I'm noticing it more.
Ah, I don't watch Sherlock or Dr. Who, so I don't know anything about him. Yeah, if a show queerbaits a lot, then what do the producers expect?
A&E may have said it once, but it seems it needs to be drilled repeatedly into the heads of some sections of the fandom.
Interesting that the Sherlock co-creator has said that Holmes is not gay, for heaven's sake, people! He's asexual!
"People want to fantasize about it. It’s fine. But it’s not in the show.”
THAT is what A&E need to say about SQ.
