I agree there were many factors that influenced her decision but the optics were bad when it appeared that her decision to leave was after she came to the realization that she would be frozen out by Kody.

Janelle and Christine both seem to have their priorities skewed. For Janelle, it should have been the forced move to Flagstaff ignoring Gabe's prospects of scholarships (both academic and athletic) for the sake of helicopter mom, Robyn. For Christine, most women I know would have given up on the relationship over Kody's behaviour regarding Ysabel's surgery, NOT the realization that she would never again enjoy the wet pencil stub.

The alternative to joint tenancy is tenants in common which would mean that the person that passed could have directed their share of the property to whomever they chose. Would be interesting to see how the titles are registered.

I recall that scene. Looked like they draped fabric over cardboard boxes to give the apperance of a podium. If this was routine for them, surely they could have rustled up some sort of lectern for him to impart his words of wisdom.

There as nothing wrong with her self esteem when she was able to lord it over Janelle, Christine and their kids. She became cocksure of herself and miscalculated the impact bringing Robyn into the fold would have. "Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown"

I think the major issue was running the services to the lots. Janelle may not have been prepared to undertake this expense on her own. Then Kody threw a monkey wrench into the plan by deciding he wanted to subdivide the 4 lots into 5. This could not happen until all the lots were paid off. In any case, I doubt Janelle could have got zoning approval for the tiny casita she proposed building.

Is anyone else experiencing a switch from white to a black background on this site? It changed for me today and I find it very distracting and hard on my eyes.
