  1. I don't get your meaning here, are you going to send him some articles on how to do the perfect crunch, maybe suggest a good juice fast? ;) Or can't you??
  2. If snarking is wrong I don't wanna be right! I bolded some of your thoughts, because you put so well into words what I think. I have no idea why they did the Thunder Down Under challenge - the menswear challenge is always the one challenge that produces the most boring, and often the most poorly executed work, IMO. They have a menswear challenge every year that I've watched and even with male models or average guys the clothing is still sub par (I feel that for menswear the tailoring has to be perfection), but then to try to have them do clothing for those guys that were huge and then to have to make the clothing tear away was just ridiculous. It's part of everything I think is making the show go south. The menswear challenge is always a cluster fuck, even when its just "design an outfit for a guy" and you have male models. Thats bad enough, because a lot of the designers have great ideas, but can't really sew and tailor to perfection. But they had to go even further in an effort to make the challenge gimmicky so that the clothing produced would be even worse. Instead of just producing interesting mens wear it had to be a) a good look for male dancers b) tear away and c) designed for men who are not proportioned like the average man. My point is, its all become gimmicks, which has resulted in uglier clothes coming down the runway. IMO, the runway show should be the most important thing. If you want to add additional drama, thats fine, but not at the expense of the runway show. You want crazy sponsors, fine, but not at the expense of the runway show. You want to have guest judges I've never heard of, fine, but not at the expense of the runway show. I like drama in my reality TV, but the magic of this show, for me, has been to see the creativity and the gorgeous clothing being stomped down the runway. Without the runway show, this basically becomes a less entertaining Real Housewives show. Now - post rant. I'm not a fan of Amanda, her words say "self deprecating" her tone says "I'm just so awesome, don't you wish you were me?" and so I don't think she seems genuine at all. And she was in that whole "mean girls" group in her season, and from my perspective she was integral to that group and was giving constant bitchface, so in my book right now, she can suck it. But I'm open to change - and I want to like her, because I have a giant crush on Adam Levine (yes, I realize that doesn't make any sense, but when it comes to him, I lose my logic)
  3. Heh! This made me laugh and I'm in a terrible mood - thank you
  4. The thing with Tanisha is, its always the same schtick "I'm a big girl, I have a pizza, someone get me a cookie!" Tell a new joke already, geez, we get it, you're fat, you like food. I think it will be interesting to see Redd try to "outfunny big girl" Tanisha I wasn't a fan of Jada's but I'm turning around. Or maybe the rest of these girls are so ridiculous it just makes me like Jada by default. When is Britt ever gonna shut the fuck up. Bitch, just shut up about laying people out, and kicking their asses. You were in the house for almost the entire time, and only managed to beat up the one girl who wasn't going to fight back. And Britt talking more shit about how Jada is "twitter brave"....bitch, whatever, you're the one who talked all sorts of shit about beating bitches up in the house and did none of it. Whatever. Can't agree with what Aysia said to Diamond. I agree that Aysia should stand up for herself, but wrong is wrong, and Aysia and Blu were wrong for what they did to Diamond. When you're wrong, you should just admit to it. I wish Tanisha would call Britt out for being a total fake Dalalia cracks me up
  5. OMG - why does the life coach have to be at the reunion, so booooooring.
  6. Liz to Suri: "Do I look okay?" Suri to Liz: "That's exactly how you look."
  7. I think thats my problem too, I've never really seen someone high on coke (well, that I know of). Because of that, I respectfully refer to the opinion of everyone else. However, I think Mimi is on something. Yes, Joseline lifts weights, works out, takes boxing classes, and just may be a man. She has been looking better this season, but there are times when you can still look at her and get a manly vibe.
  8. Where did he do that, the restroom at the local Arco gas station?
  9. You are much more creative than me! There is a reason I only watch the show, and buy my clothes from those with much more creativity than me. :)
  10. I think she really likes Derrick, and hasn't been told "no" many times in life, and I think it could spell disaster if she decides she really wants to spend more time with him. I mean don't they do interviews and stuff as a group? so would it be possible for Derrick and Victoria to meet up again?
  11. Ugh, dont' even get me started on Thee-Thee's "cyberbullying." When the hell did talking shit to a grown woman on twitter become cyberbullying. I can't with her. I think they got those people off the street and just promised them a hot meal. Benzino was another one who had me rolling my eyes. Does he know he is like 50? With sunglasses and a paisley jacket on? He reminds me of those 60 year old women in Forever 21 trying to find a club dress. Just...no. I think Erica sees the writing on the wall, I mean seriously, at this point she doesn't have anything going on. Especially now that O'Shea is out of the picture. I know she wants to be above it all, but thats not what I watch LHHATL for, so she needs to figure something out. Being "above everything" gets you where Ariane is...supporting role. I want to see Mimi spin her sex tape too - but thats my worry about Simone. I don't think she is going to question her hard about it, just throw her some softball questions. They need a Perez Hilton, someone who isn't scared. I'm not a particular fan of Perez Hilton as a person, but I think he does a good job of hosting the reunion shows. He would call Mimi out on all her lies. I don't think Simone will, she will just let her wiggle by with all her whisper lies and indignation. I just couldn't help myself with that audience, and then I was like "maybe its just me?" Why isn't Thee Thee helping Benzino to dress like a grown man? Oh wait...I've seen how she dresses. The two of them need a wardrobe intervention. Ariane looks gorgeous - I wish she would stop being so lame. Mimi looked really good too, and totally agree about being glad Rasheeda wasn't doing that high ponytail. She is so pretty, but she does not help herself with some of the hair/makeup choices she makes. Ugh - Erica with the prom dress and the head chain.....its your one big chance to be on TV....why that outfit? I used to think Joc was cool, but he seems corny to me. And after that whole "pimento cream cheese" thing, I'm sort of done.
  12. I think he hit her, and I'll point to two pieces of what I believe to be the strongest evidence. 1) The blackout - I remember them showing almost everything from last year when Scrappy, Momma Dee and Erica got into it. They have shown countless other altercations or fights on the show. This show is built on that drama. I don't know that I can ever remember the show blacking out anything before. So IMO, for them to actually black out something, it had to be pretty bad. Not normal fight bad, because they will show normal fights, they will show these girls throwing drinks on each other, they will show fights, so for them to black it out it had to be something really, really bad that happened. They never even explained it. I think if he had done anything else they would have shown the video, because it would have been juicy video. And I think if the producers didn't think there would be a huge backlash by showing a man on a reality show hitting a woman, they would have shown it. 2) Momma Dee - Momma Dee has been rough on any of Scrappy's "eggs" or whatever. She was rough on Classiq! Erica even though thats the mother of her grandchild. She won't be nice to the only one of Scrappy's women that she has good reason to be nice to, but suddenly after whatever happened, she is sitting there kissing Erica P's ass? "Making sure Scrappy will listen" to her, and claiming that he "wasn't raised that way". Scrappy had to have done something so beyond the pale for her to be talking to Erica P the way she was. She never felt the need to kiss up to Classiq! Erica when that fight went down at the party, and you know that Momma Dee thinks Scrappy is the best thing around, so for her to be apologizing for Scrappy, and saying that "thats not how she raised him" makes me think it has to be something big and bad that he did on camera for her to behave that way towards Erica. In Momma Dee's world, Scrappy doesn't do enough to control these women, and he is just really the cat's meow, and so much better than these women he associates with, so I think for her to apologize for him means he did something that was indefensible. And I think the only thing that would rise to that level would be if he hit Erica P.
  13. Personally, I think the worst suits went to Mitchell and Sean. And if I had to pick an absolute worst, it would have had to have been Sean's. The corduroy was an awful brown, and other than using the lining I can't even imagine a way to use the material in a way that would have been fun or interesting.
  14. I think the person that truly needs to be worried is his wife. Victoria does seem a little needy, and I get vague whiffs of "Single White Female/Fatal Attraction" from her. She doesn't just like Derrick on a superficial "looks" level that she could throw off after the show, it seems to go deeper than that. It also doesn't seem like she is playing him, it just seems like she is really attached to him. And IMO.....high level of attachment + used to getting what she wants = potential for disaster.
  15. Yeah, I don't quite understand how Angie's list hasn't folded, unless there are people out there who just have extra money, but I say, go buy shoes with that extra money! Don't pay for Yelp by another name!
  16. Or perhaps he was auditioning for another role (maybe a movie role in the hiatus) that would have required a little weight gain?
  17. But would it ruin anyone's game at this point? He might just end up looking like a bad sport, and if I were Derrick and Frankie thats how I would sell it. Donny is sour grapes because he lost, and our tasks were generally meaningless and only effected the game to protect the rest of you still here. Of course, Derrick is only trying to put food in his daughters mouth, so anyone who got upset with him could be ready for that defense. I mean, how dare anyone deprive Derrick of putting a little more food in his daughters mouth, just over some silly pranks that only resulted in other houseguests getting evicted. I mean, since they are all still in the game, if I were Derrick/Frankie, I would argue that everyone still in the house somehow benefitted from Team America, so they should really be thinking Team America for helping their game.
  18. Part I was tonight. It was good, but you know they are saving the best for parts II and III
  19. Heh. When she said that my eyes rolled so hard I might have seen my brain.
  20. I sort of thought her family did have money? I don't know that it was ever spelled out, but I assume her parents put the funeral together. I got the impression that she came from a traditional family, and her being gay caused conflict which caused her to leave the house. There was a couple I thought was crying a little loudly and holding each other, and I had assumed there we her parents. But maybe they spelled out her situation in another place and I forgot about it. She seemed so different from the other street kids, which gave me the impression that she chose to leave two parents who loved her, but couldn't accept her.
