  1. My son and i are in DC for a Nats game and had to leave for the game!! Damn!!! Saw her first "3" given for a wedding that was not quite Hawaiian enough.
  2. It reminds me of the middle schoolers i work with: "He disrepected me!" All! Day! Long! Then again these folks sound and act like middle schoolers.
  3. Yes, and folks like my mom, who passed from COPD, would skip any celebrations without A/C as she literally could not breathe in such muggy conditions. We can't control the weather, obviously, but we CAN control the comfort of our guests as you said. Don't ask people to sit in the rain during the ceremony (one bride did that) or in the sweltering sun to eat. I still lurk on a few message boards and I am astonished by the number of brides who, after putting in $$$ into a dress, favors, invites, shoes, jewelry, etc but refuse to rent a TENT for you know, shade. "Oh my guests won't mind!" Yeah...they kinda will. I was shocked Cammie won as she was such a snot!!
  4. What also did the princess bride in a castle was I believe there was no A/C and it was in the summer and it was HOT. I bet they toured it in winter, fall or spring, empty but come July, and fill it with 100 people.....that would be uncomfortable for a lot of folks. I would have scored her low on that even though I hate princess themes as well. She probably knew darn well there was no A/C but wanted that damn Princess theme over the comfort of her guests.
  5. I laughed too, then seeing his HUGE behind waddling around. Like a PP said, his tears mean nothing to me. Nothing. Annie should go back to Thailand, alone and have David send divorce papers. Kentucky is a no fault divorce state, it is not that hard to get unhitched. RUN ANNIE, RUN!!!
  6. Yes it was an ambush - who starts out with such conversation: "Yeah I heard you clapped and cheered when our daughter left for work. Is it true you hate our darling daughter?" Then River walk around, post fight, trying to look all punk and fight-y. No, Sideshow Bob, you are not tough. Here is Chantal, looking down at Linus:
  7. Okay, I seriously starting choking on my Baked Ruffles on this one! Thank you! Chantal, you are too draining and exhausting to discuss anymore. You have no one, really to blame but yourself. You lied, then lied some more and wonder why everyone hates each other. Your allegedly high class family is low class, your brother is weird. And not in a good Johnny Depp kinda way, either. Like a mean weird. JORGE: Holy Hannah just your annoyingly huge pie hole. "If it not this it is that with you" or something like that. Dude, your wife did not overtip the server, she did not bounce a check. She wants to stab you in your sleep as you lied about your net worth, you lied about a home, you lied about KNOWING you had a child and avoided responsibilty for ten years. And then you think more MONEY is gonna help? You can't buy class, dignity or integrity and you have none, you never will. You are a giant Man Baby who was coddled by his sisters and probably his mommy and now you are being called on it. Nicole - way too chill in Morocco - something happened behind the cameras. Azan's sister was PISSED and I don't blame her.
  8. I hate hate HATE those "apologies" as they are not apologies!!! "I am sorry if me calling you a fat waste of space offended you!" Try again! Oh Molly......you just don't get it, do you?
  9. I agree - I am the person who worked in the 97% Muslim school (again!) and Muslim men from Africa tend to be very demonstrative with other men and kids, not other women, even their wives. I think Azan just likes May in a fatherly way and it is a nice distraction from having to touch Nicole. Yep - to have your mom systematically pick a man over you AGAIN and AGAIN is a hurt that never heals. I can hear her in a few years: "That was in the past!!! Let it go, y'all!"
  10. I bet she had plenty of people telling her not to marry him, not bring him home to be Hazel but she was all ""Y'all don't know him like I do!"
  11. Wordy McWord Word. With all the ruckus over both these families (and yes there is plenty to go around) Chantal's own family FAILS TO SEE OR ACKNOWLEDGE THESE FACTS. It is much easier to point the many elitist fingers at Pedro. He is no catch but let's put blame where it belongs!!!
  12. That ad just ran! Why would you give a ring or rings to a four year old? Give him fake ones and give the real ones to the officiant.
  13. Nicole lives in Manatee County? Am I the only one who finds that oddly funny? No? I will show myself to hell, thanks!
  14. Okay - not sure if it has been addressed here but I am puzzled by the commercial for American Family Insurance (I think) where the son is telling Farmer Father that he is leaving the farm and Farmer Father is all grumpy and pissed and won't talk about it. Refuses to talk to son before son flies away. Turns out there Farmer Father mowed the words into a crop circle saying "PROUD" into the land. Okay, do we love it because dad eventually tells his son he is proud? Or, like I originally thought, was dad kind of an ass as he won't express himself? Suppose sonny boy never looked out the plane window? Suppose he had his phone tucked away?
  15. Per the poster who said on Monday mornings she listens to others talk about their higher pursuits......come sit with me. When my in laws were here visiting two years ago, they (and hubby) found a PBS special about some frozen caveman found in Greenland or something, and they were going to autopsy it and study it.......yawn. I went to another room and watched "Match Game" as it was sooooo boring, lol! This show is my Match Game. So what you all are telling me is: David had an opportunity to have a job, where he would only "work" sporadically and have a roof yet he turned it down? Yikes. Annie, run....now.
  16. YAY!!!! Thank you for the update! How they ever found four friends who are planning their weddings so close together I may never know!
  17. I don't think the order of the weddings shown are the order in which they got married in real life. Yes, I have noticed this because I have no life! I do agree that Kitty had been exposed to too much Danielle - she is the worst to me - brash loud and not ashamed of those traits.
  18. This whole situation is so vile because Chantel LIED to her family and Pedro tried to talk her out of lying, say "No baby...tell the truth." Neither of them put their families first but Booby, especially, lied her ass off and NOW she wants to put her family first? Her family should have been grateful to Pedro for wanting to be truthful bu instead they point their poison arrows at him. Now let me be clear: He is still a total tool who has been putting his mother and sister ahead of his wife and they should get divorced and he should head back to the DR ASAP, or just out of Atlanta! Mine, too!! I am a sped teacher, and one of my classroom rules was "Don't Ask About the Ipads" as kids were/are OBSESSED with them. We had many MANY kids in the behavior dean office because they would not stop talking about the damn Ipads!!! Okay, off soapbox now.......
  19. Geez, get to a Goodwill and get them for cheap!! (I love Goodwill, just saying I have gotten some GOOD buys there!!!) I worked at a temp service too, working as a receptionist at a car dealership. I actually loved it! Annie - like other posters said: go to Thailand where you are poor but at least you are with your family.
  20. "I had so many outs.....I had so many outs....."
  21. No kidding!! They can get an electric frying pan, a toaster and a dorm fridge and go to town. Maybe a toaster oven thrown in there too. Maybe washing dishes in two Rubbermaid buckets will help Annie to realize the bloom is off the rose for her........
  22. I watched a few minutes of Ryan on Youtube - Ryan, please shut up! He was, to me, clearly auditioning for a radio DJ job or something as he was ON ON and ON!!! Yes, I love my country too but tone it down, less can be more. He struck me as the type of groom who thinks a wedding and reception is equivalent to a frat party. No, no they are not.
  23. I thought I heard Chris say to David: "There is not kitchen but it is a roof over your head."
  24. I live in MN and there are people who live in storage places there as a caretaker; not all but some do. I am perplexed by the lack of kitchen, though.
