  1. I was totally convinced, after the story of the strawberry craving and the red birthmark on the child's face, that the woman eating coal would have a black baby! Clearly, I have a warped mind!
  2. IMDB shows a total of 18 episodes for this year so that would mean there are 8 left.
  3. Ha ha ha .... Liz was wearing Mom jeans!
  4. I agree .... I prefer to read a recap - can't listen to the podcasts (sorry guys!!!).
  5. It's probably called story telling and Cisco will wake up in time to save the day!
  6. Pretty sure this is just an entertaining series of shows that does the job. It's not something you have to think too deeply about, rather be taken along for the ride. Personally, I just went along for the ride and was happy. However, I am personally waiting with anticipation for your show on primetime TV that won't have all those little niggles that you posted above! Seriously, a show cannot be everything for everybody but, in my book, if it is entertaining it has done its job! Just go back to old school enjoy the story for the story and you might enjoy it more, rather than watch for things you don't like!
  7. I think you just have to accept that as all shows are on the one network they want everyone to watch all the shows. Hence the crossovers. Having said that, as a watcher of all the shows I personally love the crossovers as all my favourite people get to interact and I'd be cranky if it was just a regular episode! Accept the CW owns all 4 and embrace the cast mix up goodness! I also highly recommend the other three shows which have changed a lot since they started (just in case you were an initial viewer that stopped).
  8. I could not stop laughing!!! Then she goes to see Mama Pope and she laughed harder than I did! This show is now an actual joke!
  9. I'm just sad that a show I used to love has now jumped the shark so badly that I expect The Fonz on waterskis to be in the next episode. The main character (who as someone up thread pointed out shouldn't be trying to be Chief of Staff AND Command) has now ordered a plane full of basically innocent people to be blown up (just because she was too distracted to tell Mellie to keep it in her pants) and then further compounded that astounding lack of judgement by implicating Cyrus' boyfriend (another innocent person) as the 'brains' behind the assasination! My only hope is that she ends up in somewhere like Guantanamo Bay and her punishment is that her father appears once a day to bloviate at her for at least a couple of hours. The sooner this dreck ends and Shonda brings on the Firefighters show the better!
  10. I'm still trying to work out who was where. Not TWD's finest episode..... so murky and ill-explained! The end of it felt like everyone was on an acid trip (especially Daryl with the purple/green lights behind him!). Such an odd episode!
  11. Australia went mental for the 'cold shoulder'. For our winter just past we had 'cold shoulder' jumpers..... all warm and fuzzy wool but nothing on your shoulder. In -5 degree temps I don't need frostbitten shoulders!
  12. Or should that be fur drama? LOL Where I live in 'sunny' Australia our summer has at least 5 weeks of mid 40-degree temperatures ..... and it is super humid! So disgusting. Then, as I mentioned in an earlier post our winter is colder than -5 degrees (then colder due to wind chill factor). If only I could sew or design or lived in America I'd be a shoe-in for PR, At least I understand the extremes of temperature!
  13. *snort* We get colder than that in winter where I live in 'sunny' Australia. Then the windchill factor makes it even colder! I also was confused that an American establishment was using a temperature I understood! Margarita's look was just beyond fug!
  14. My husband firmly believes that his 'whatever' balls put his hair into the braids as soon as his mask goes on and then magically remove them as soon as the mask comes off. There is no other explanation!
  15. I thought having him and Victor Garber in the same episode was fun. Both were in titanic and they even managed to squeeze in a joke about Victor 'inventing' it!
