Glad that Mom drove away. That storyline was getting tiring. I really wish Halstead would drop the undercover stuff. Who really expects to get a confession of any use as soon as doc wakes up? I too expected Maggie to donate her pee. The show is starting to do romantic pairups and I wish they would not. It has been so much better without them. If they would let 1 or 2 relationships develop organically from a deep friendship that would be ok. We won't get that though.

I, too, thought it was stupid to confess the van towing right then. No reason to. She could have confessed down the road assuming mom really got more stable. Or not. I thought she was going to respond to the clean up with "you know, Mom, I'm going to go ahead and get your van back tomorrow" instead of slow walking it. Not confess.

I was SO happy Iman won. I've been away from paying attention to this show for several seasons, but Iman brought me back. There was so much joy in his freestyle--I went back to rewatch after he won, and it just made me happy. Even though I was watching by myself on my DVR I still found myself clapping for him. I loved his partnership with Daniella and her choreography was amazing.

bring back snarky, funny Devin. The one we have now is ughhh I'm now dreaming of a daily that is Survivor style--where all team members must get across some obstacle before anyone can start on the puzzle and Emerald is destroyed since it takes forever to get 5 across compared to 3. . . . I can dream. It is NOT cool watching challenge after challenge where the the team with more players wins--and there is no disadvantage to having more. So, so, boring. I also don't get all the supposed angst on do we send Big T down like she wants, because if she wins she will infiltrate. Well, if you pick Emy or Tori, they will pick Big T--and if Big T wins, Big T will infiltrate. It's not like there was a real option that means no risk of big T infiltrating. . So, so boring.

S07.E06: When You’re a Hammer Everything’s a Nail
RedbirdNelly replied to DanaK's topic in Chicago Med
totally agree. Also, this is the 2nd time they've made him go undercover--the previous was with the FBI I wish they would just give Halsted medical storylines for a while. -
my ideal finale would be Iman, JoJo, Amanda and Suni--but what I really cared about was Iman. I was so relieved when he was voted through. I just love watching him and really hope he wins. I am not the biggest Amanda fan but I was moved by her last dance.

ER reruns still meet any medical show I've found but I will say Chicago Med is better this season--waiting for that to end but they added some new cast and so far much better. I always liked Carter. Was he perfect, no, but he was a good guy. His relationship with Benton is one of my favorites of the show.

I assume they didn't say "i'm avoiding her because I cheated on Owen on our wedding day" because I really think we're supposed to pretend that never happened--think of it as Grey's Bobby in the shower/it was just a dream storyline (old Dallas reference) Even with the assumption above, I felt that line on dodging her MIL was really off. Most moms are very protective of their children. If I thought my child might pop out in a dress and that my MIL might not be ok with it or might make some remark I found harmful, I would MAKE sure I was there to intercede. I would not risk it happening without me there. No way. Otherwise, it was kind of a dull episode. Why do we get so many with Glasses?

I'm a fan of Devin for his commentary. I loved him last season asking Josh to answer math questions and trolling big brother. However, he is really getting on my nerves. I want Tori or someone to ask him how he defines selfish--because from where I sit, he seems to think it means "play your game so I win." This is not a 7 people take the money home show. If it was, he would have a point that she should play to protect Emerald enough for her to get back on and kick out Amanda. But it is not. He also keeps acting like he single handedly picked who was still there. He did not. I am so thankful for Amanda. If she had not won, imagine how dull this episode would have been. Thank you, Amanda, for creating some chaos. So glad Emerald lost a number.

the Leslie Jones part was the best celebrity part. I loved all her moves to get rid of John

I echo those who are surprised by how much better this season is. Please don't mess it up show--part of what helps I think is not everyone is dating or in relationships with no chemistry

I was very disappointed in Prajje. First Sabrina mentions she hasn't designed for men before but Prajje also has not--so she agrees to do the male design. Prajje thanks her for taking one for the team but being a total jerk to her. Octavio also--a jerk. Bonus points to Bones who was so calm with Anna who was very bossy. Normally that pairing would unravel but he adapted really well.

adding that watching characters on a show grieve is not fun and gets tiring--esp when they are constantly doing it since yet another person died. Weird to me they didn't just have him move away.

It was surprising that Jo managed to not mention sleeping in her car. I started watching Station 19 to follow cross overs better. It's my show I don't have to pay attention to (had it on while doing push ups; figure not seeing the screen wouldn't really matter). It's not very good. This is probably the first crossover where watching Station 19 filled in some gaps. Normally it doesn't matter at all. If you adopt a child single like Jo did, I would hope you got a will in place from the get go. As it happened for me, we signed our wills and our oldest arrived about 12 hours later. If Miller did not actually put it in writing, the Pru storyline is going to be especially bad. There would be no basis for her to go with Bailey/Warren and to act like there was would be silly. I am so disappointed, again, that they advertised a death but yet Glasses lives. At least if you are not going to kill him off, kill off Helm. I wanted Winston to tell Owen's sister we're not starting until you leave. It was idiotic for her to waltz in there for so many reasons. Minnesota storyline is so dull. I mean who doesn't want to watch supposedly super surgeons stand around and inject stuff and try to come up with new exciting way to inject things. I guess that's how research medicine works. Not.

my favorite part was Josh taking head moment where he said he had a "josh moment"--for him to be aware of Josh Moments just cracked me up. I love Devin for his commentary but I hope he was aware how stupid his argument was--as in he knows it's a lousy argument but he feels he's got to give it a go in case everyone is stupid enough to fall for it. If not, he was essentially telling them that they had an obligation to let Emerald win. Ruby and Saphire are supposed to just send each other home until Emerald gets to run the final. It's silly to call people selfish in a game where there is not an option for the remaining players to just split up the money. It's not selfish for each player to try to win the game.

This! I was hoping he was leaving the show to move to CA so that we'd be spared the Hughes love storyline but was expecting him to die

I enjoyed this episode: 1. love Janet and loved hearing her songs. 2. Iman survived. He is my favorite. He's so much fun to watch and I really want to see his freestyle. 3. Tyra is bad but I thought this was one of her less bad episodes and her first outfit esp looked good on her.

I have no idea what they were thinking with that vote--why over-vote for Tiffany? why not put most votes on Xander, some on Tiffany and either get him out--or get Tiff out when he plays and no longer has the idol? tossing a vote or 2 his way while hoping he played it made no sense. Shan can't help herself I get. I like the fact she plays hard but she so over does it. Could Ricard be more dumb eating the papaya? no, getting a reward doesn't mean you never eat camp food again--but you don't immediately come back and eat the food!

It's HIPAA and it doesn't apply here--unless Tyra went to Suni's doctor and got him to violate HIPAA by disclosing her medical condition without permission

It seemed weird that if you are only going to do a few makeovers, one of them involves changing makeup only. ho hum. I give positive points for the use of an INXS song in this episode. #INXSforever. I felt if they were going to do a sob goodbye, they would show us a few shots of her dancing in past seasons. I can't remember who half these people are. I only watch this show--I don't follow people on instagram or anywhere else. Despite generally not knowing who anyone is, I have always remembered Gina. I think it was because they tried to stick her with a mean girl edit her first season which seemed based on nothing--so I started rooting for her and actually remember who she is. I was happy for her to get point. A cliffhanger on "are you trying out to be a rockette" is so silly. We're all on pins and needles. Not really.

I loved Anna's print. I echo those who see talent in Katie but she is not right for this show. I like her spirit. It seems like she is someone who has embraced her creative side and I admire that. However, she is not a designer for high end clothes or contest designing. I think she does nicely with her own stuff (based on what they showed) where she doesn't have to meet some rules of a challenge that do not fit her.

watching a team of 6 keep winning against teams with 4 or 5 players, where numbers help, is not entertaining. It is laughable to see Emerald crow about how awesome they are as if they don't have 2 extra players. I don't see why the show set it up this way. It was a given numbers would start to get uneven--why allow it to continue? the first time Corey went to the lair, I wanted him to lose. This time I wanted him to win so he could shake things up. Of course he loses this time.
-
that was hard to watch. I wanted John to spend more time dunking on Facebook--that at least would be less depressing

I started watching this show years ago and then stopped paying close attention. I've paid more attention to this season and I've rewound my tv to rewatch a dance 2 times--both of those Iman/Daniella. I know he's not the best ballroom guy but I love their performances and his attitude and warmth. I hope he makes it to the final. Daniella is killing it with her coaching and choreo.

I agree they should wear the same outfit--those uniforms are just my least favorite
