I didn't say all used car lots were run by scammers, did I? -

There are plenty of non-fundies doing it. As long as people are desperate, scammers will prey on them. -

People who can't get credit to buy a car anywhere else. Businesses like that depend on people being desperate enough to pay astronomical interest rates, then often falling behind. The car can get repossessed and sold again; lather, rinse, repeat. -
Maybe Jill doesn't want to look at his jacked-up face, either.

In all fairness, in their area, OSU shirts are probably sold at Walmart, alongside Arkansas Razorbacks gear. I live in Michigan, where I can find UM and MSU shirts cheaply at just about any store. No college bookstore prices for me.

FFS, Jill, go to Walmart and get some cheap sunglasses for yourself and your kids.

No.

That look isn't 1985. It's more like 1945!

That isn't Nurie with Kendra -- it's one of the other Rodriguii sisters, I think either Renee or Kaylee. I agree that she has no chance at anything. The look in her eyes is so desperate. I hope Abbie can help John David recover from his shitty childhood, as much as he can recover while essentially remaining in the cult.

I maintain that Jill Rod makes her daughters dress and groom like that, because them looking so awful makes her look better. Jill dresses and grooms more modernly, even if she does overdo it.

Continuity error: When Mark and Jen met to hammer out a divorce settlement (right before they ended up in bed and Jen wondered what Craig would say), they agreed they'd both stay in the Chicago-Milwaukee area until Rachel graduated from high school. So how did Jen end up in St. Louis like two seasons later, when Mark found out from Rachel? I always thought Jen was unnecessarily bitchy, even factoring in Mark's many flaws. She had lousy haircuts, too.

Good grief. I have a renewed horror (and sorrow) at just how awful the Rodriguii girls look.

And if fundies think being topless is involved, it goes to illustrate their naivety. They could go to a mastectomy shop or a decent bra shop (NOT VS or the mall), and a good fitter could take one look and guess their size. No undressing, measuring, or touching involved. I think it goes to cost and many men -- not just fundies -- thinking properly fitting bras are unimportant because they themselves don't wear one.

She's an okay actress (better than Michael Michele, but then again, so is my cat), but she's not spectacular. She could have had a great career on ER if her ego hadn't gotten in the way.

The junior college program from which my LPN aunt graduated most certainly does have college requirements. You can't paint all LPN programs with the same brush.
