  1. I didn't like that he was given the title the Source of All Evil. Because I don't understand how it is even possible for something like him to be vanquished. But the half faced source seen in Charmed and Dangerous was a simple demon. I didn't like how the continuity kept changing. He was very much the devil in season 1 - 3 and a simple demon in season 4. Big mistakes they made 1) Making him the devil/source of all evil to begin with, if they planned on having him vanquished. 2) building him up as this all powerful evil, only to vanquish him in a very stupid way, he should of been locked up or imprisoned forever, not killed. 3) Showing him at all and his face.
  2. Doesn't surprise me the ratings were that low, I was expecting it. What does CW think. Oh well, next week will be back to normal. CW could of just as easily scheduled the crossover episode a week later, I mean they have in the past aired two episodes into December, and some past crossover's did air in early December. Oh well. I'm curious if SPN/WS will have some sort of crossover event. Knowing CW, they will likely program it in the same week as DC for a mega CW crossover week lol funny that Buffy and Angel did these, but they never did any true crossovers having both teams together, as the shows progressed they stopped doing them altogether.
  3. I'm shocked Ketch is back. *sigh* I was happy and satisfied with how he died, and the British men of letters arc ended. So looks like Mary once she comes back will have to face him again. We already have Lucifer around, why does the show keep overusing it's villains. A reason I appreciate the first 4 seasons, YED and Lilith stayed dead. Nice to see Kevin back in the AU, I'm hoping he is the first and many other familiar faces show up e.g Abaddon, Rufus, Ellen, Jo etc. I wonder if Rowena is actually alive. She deserves a much better death than the last one, So maybe third times the charm for her to stay dead if she happened to return. We'll see.
  4. Anything from the DC and Hon panels come out about the spin-off or pilot with Kim and Briana? I haven't seen any of the panels they did in the past few weeks leak online yet? Curious if they gave any insights?
  5. Definitely agree. Most fans are going to be confused. I guess in a way if you primary watch just Supergirl, you can just skip this crossover on a re-watch. I mean if you skipped it, it wouldn't impact the rest of the season, seeing as they don't bother to mention the crossover episode's in episodes proceeding or after the crossover.
  6. Is Lena really born in 1993. I saw this on the Arrowverse wiki that she was. That can't be right, so Lena is only 24 years old. The actress Katie was born in 1983, so she is playing someone a decade younger than her real age. So Lena is younger than Kara. This show has a bad track record when it comes to ages.
  7. Yeah Kim Manners is greatly missed, and if he was still here the show may have been better with his influence and even the X-Files revival too if he lived to see that return. I'm curious how many writers will shift over to the spin-off if it happens. Unless some writers spread between both. It depends on if SPN continues with 23 episodes for S14, or both SPN and WS are between 13-16 episodes each.
  8. I wonder if Donna is going to move to Sioux Falls, or is she going to remain a supporting character like Cas and not be in all episodes. I can't see all six women being in every episode. Bobby lived in the town too, so I fully expect him show up in flashbacks or even a past case like he did with Rufus. I just know Bobby's history has a connection to this town too. I really hope that sherif from benders returns. I'm surprised she wasn't at the sheriff's retreat in 911? I could see Jack showing up on WS from time to time. Knowing CW they will pair him up with one of the girls as a love interest. I hope not, but this is CW. I can also see Cas showing up. I don't think the boys have to pop up so often, if they needed help maybe the boys sent Jack or Cas to help, maybe even Mary if she isn't dead by then.
  9. When the show started I thought it was marketed as a Buffy show for men. I mean, the show in itself has so many things that appeal to the male demo. Its' just the cons are filled with girls. I honestly find conventions in general are geared towards women than men, or men just don't like doing it. Correct me, If I'm wrong. Yeah, I always took it that women just attend conventions more than men do. Most men just feel embarrassed to attend these cons, because the women are the majority at them. But I never saw SPN in general as a show geared just to women. I know and see plenty of men who watch.
  10. I hope so too. It might be confusing for viewers. They have to include these on every shows dvd/blu ray sets. It will be completely confusing not to include them. Like last season, the supergirl/flash crossover is so confusing for supergirl only fans, going where is the flash episode. It will just be so weird that the wedding occurs on Supergirl, just because her show is the first to air in the week. But I guess that is how it goes for Supergirl to be on another earth. Aww cool so it is truly a 3-hour movie. So they will be doing it that way. I guess if your just a Supergirl fan it will be confusing and only and same if you only watch certain shows. Like I said before, they definitely have to include all 4 episodes on every show's box set, even if it means the season sets have an extra disc to accommodate them.
  11. Well since the crossover starts on Supergirl, then I'm wondering if all the Supergirl cast sits it out, or if they just appear in part 1 on Supergirl. I guess it's going to be weird for fans who just watch Supergirl. Because the wedding occurs on Supergirl for Barry and Iris. I guess the way the show's air is part in way it is this way. But are we certain for sure it's really truly a 4-part story, and not having part 1 being the POV of the Supergirl cast before the wedding, and Arrow the point of the view from arrow's show, with Flash's show the wedding and Legend's the aftermath and resolution. Because it starts on Supergirl, and since she is on a different earth. I very much doubt, the plot doesn't get moving until Arrow when we are on earth 1. Because Supergirl being on a different earth makes it difficult to get the plot going. So in a way it still will forever feel like it's not her story, with just Kara and Alex jumping into a different show. The Barry and Irish wedding won't occur on the first hour on Supergirl of course, and will still be on part 3.
  12. Aww thanks. So looks like we will see her in the AU, but pretty certain she isn't freed. Otherwise she would of been on set for the latest episodes filming now. And she wouldn't just disappear and take off again after having returned, but it wouldn't be a surprise if she did. Or perhaps Mary decides to stay in the Au to help the humans and doesn't leave for now. With Michael Gone, maybe she wants to help them. Because if Jack is successful in opening why would she not leave, unless she is dead and or the rift closes before she makes it out. But wouldn't surprise me if she stays trapped. Because they kept saying how we will meet plenty of other dead characters in the AU. And only Kevin has been confirmed and appeared. So we may meet more in the back half. Aww so we do see Kevin Tran next week. We have gotten so much Jack for the first half, that his character is most likely going to be less frequent in the second half. Seeing as so far he misses only 2 episodes according to this spoiler sheet. I'd be surprised he appears in more than 13 episodes. That leaves only 6 episode's for him to appear in the rest of the season, but he might be in more than the usual 13 for supporting cast.
  13. I don't recall a boycott too from anyone. Very curious about thanksgiving next week. How the ratings go, since it's the first time ever they have programmed then. Curious why they didn't skip the week and extend mid-season final a week later to Dec 14 as they would always normally do.
  14. Well it won't work, as as far as we know Mary is still staying in the AU world and won't be freed yet. Because Kevin and Bobby are expected back, as are other's but neither have showed up yet. And I haven't heard of Sam Smith on set. Whatever Jack does is the problem that will happen for the spin-off build up. I'm wondering if she will stay trapped much longer until the last 7 episodes or later?
  15. I wonder if CW is going to program during Olympics, it didn't in the past. But because they are programming on thanksgiving, I wonder if they might try doing it again. I'll be honest in that I hope they do, because I haven't liked how a majority of the CW line-up takes a whole month off in April past two years. I'm one who prefers less breaks closer to the end of the season, and would rather have those breaks during Feb/Mar. If Wayward Sisters does well, I wonder if CW will renew Supernatural for Season 14 and pick up WS in February at the same time. Or will they wait for a few months before making a decision on the spin-off. I know the Originals got picked up almost immediately after the backdoor pilot aired.
  16. Yeah that's probably right. I guess I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, because the show has been on for 13 seasons. So most of the crew comes and goes. So even if they hired someone who's whole job is looking at consistency, even then it's hard to keep someone like that on a show for over a decade.
  17. That is crazy. At least they could of put more effort in the photo choice. Would love to know Dabb's thought on this.
  18. I started rewatching, watched S11 final and first 6 episodes of S12 for the first time since it aired. Something I didn't notice first time. Towards the end of Mama Mia when Mary is looking through John's Journal, there is a black and white photo of Bobby and several men presumbly Bobby and John from what might be the Marine days? So John and Bobby now meet this way before hunting. Really??? I remember because I watched a video with Sam Smith at a con a while back, and she mentioned John and Bobby meet at the marines. So the canon has changed again? Bobby and Mary never meet before, and even if they did and didn't know the other through passing when Mary was a young hunter. Bobby still knows what Mary looks like.
  19. Good point, unless Oliver isn't a Queen. He could just as well been Oliver Merlyn in this world lol but nah I think he doesn't exist.
  20. I believe they may have just booked more time on the crossover, as in instead of 8 day filming it is 10. Perhaps Midvale was done so Melissa went on vacation and relaxed so she wouldn't be exhausted for the crossover. But wouldn't that have been episode 7 and not 6. I think perhaps episode 9 might be more Reign heavy, given that is her big episode. So maybe we get less Kara in it. But the entire cast had time off for Midvale really.
  21. Exactly. That is just how it is when a school year goes across two years, always going to end up with some starting a school year at a certain age and some halfway through. I have known some people who graduated high school at 17, because their 18th birthday occurred a few months after graduation. So it isn't hard to think Alex was one year older by age number at that point, until she turned 18 shortly after. Yeah I'm not so sure she would do it again. I also wonder if the backlash in real life will prevent the character appearing anytime soon. Which it shouldn't since both actor and character are different. But I wonder if Clark's backstory is going to be so heavy from the smallvilleverse in Supergirl. It already has done a few things already.
  22. Same here, that is what I thought too. Cat mentioned Kara's age as 24 in blood bonds of season 1, however since this aired at the start of 2016, and was a cliffhanger of the previous year's final - it can be assumed she would turn 25 in 2016. So yes, she is now 26 and turning 27 next year. So I do think Alex will be turning 29 next year, and she is currently 28 now. Perhaps Alex was about to turn 18 not long after the flashback occurred, and she should be a senior in high school at that point. Kara was 16 and was in 10th grade?
  23. The timeline is accurate. But I'm surprised Alex is only a year older than Kara. I guess I only thought she was a little older because Chyler is 35, not that she can't play someone 7 years younger than her real age. She just struck me as somebody much older than Kara.
