  1. Agreed. Besides, it is not like we see them in t-shirts that much anyways. Shouldn't be too hard. I remember on Charmed they used to cover up the actresses tattoo's in the earlier seasons, then stopped that in the later seasons. Maybe it takes a lot of time and money. Though i guess it depends on the person and what they need to cover. Maybe since Jensen's not that colorful will be easier, and only shirtless scene's require a cover-up. It isn't like we see Dean in singlets so much or very short t-shirts that it will be noticeable. Me either. If only CW cut SPN down to 13-16 episode seasons, the boys might want to stay on longer with a shorter load. But CW won't do that. It might be the one thing that see's them wanting to continue for more years, with less episode's to do a year. They are getting older, so they might not want to keep doing 22-23 episodes a year forever. The actors on X-Files came back because it was a shorter order, and them cant do that sort of show anymore in their 50s. I can't see the boys still doing this show into their 50 with 22 episodes a year. If the spin-off was the show that aired in it's timeslot as a replacement show or filler or something to keep the timeslot with new content all year round.
  2. AMEN. :) I like the way you label the characters, The Perils of Poor, Poor, Pitiful Piper and PhoeME and Her Fantasy Men. That is brilliantly true. I might have liked the show more if they went down this path. At least it would stay true to the series and canon and not complicate things with hybrids with Paige, Wyatt and Chris. Even though the series would of most likely ended after season 4. Had this happened, The Source would most likely go back into the background for good and never seen again. Why would he come after them if he got Prue killed. He has gotten his win, no need to wage war with just the surviving sisters. I agree I loved Charmed Again and even Hell Hath No Fury, I just didn't like the introduction of Paige being throw into it - it was so forced, with reasons we all know why. Hell Hath No Fury would of worked so much better with just Piper/Phoebe/Cole/Leo without Paige even in it. Too bad they didn't delay Paige's introduction until the third or fourth episode of season 4, and kept those early episodes with just those four, if they had to introduce Paige. When you watch Charmed Again, the episode is fantastic. But the plot runs too quickly introducing Paige, and the new power of three. I really was unimpressed with that. I was thinking that the two hour opener when it originally aired, would only focus on mourning Prue and Paige would only be introduced in little cameo's, with that third episode going all out on her backstory and who she is.
  3. Your right about that in regards to Mary. I do hope they have better stuff for her in S13, since she didn't get killed off by Lucifer in the S12 final, she must have more story left. I just hope she survives long enough for John to make a return.
  4. Sigh, too bad they were denied. But yeah the crossover's makes sense, unless they flew out actors for those, which would be hard. Even though SG's show never had any crossover's except cameo's last year. The only thing about being in LA, is all the wonderful actor's being more available. And not just Cat, but it's sad how many actor's have been lost because of this move. Guess that's just how it is.
  5. Your exactly right about that, had they known how long the show would go. They may not have died, it felt like they died to serve the story and possible ending of the series in season 5 at that point. So much wasted potential for these characters. If it were me, and they knew the show may have lasted longer. Ellen, Jo and Rufus would of had longer life on this show as recurring characters through the seasons. But had they been around, we may not have gotten much more than Jody and Donna. Heck the spin-off series may have well just focused on Ellen, Jo, Rufus, Jody and Bobby if he lived instead lol Exactly. Jo, Ellen and Jody are my fav female characters, I actually even like them more than Mary.
  6. Exactly, all of this is why I wasn't a fan of her later on. I admit I didn't mind her in season 7 and 8 though. I just feel Charlie got too good too quickly and too perfect, had Jo survived and lived through season 10. I could buy into her getting better with another 5 or 6 years under her belt. I can buy Jody, given the field of work she does, she could pick it up over the years. Charlie just got too perfect too quickly. Yeah Charlie's death was her own doing.
  7. Whatever happened to those Supernatural Companion books. Also they had some The Essential Supernatural [Revised and Updated Edition]: On the Road with Sam and Dean Winchester. But never continued that one with season 10, 11 and 12. Sigh.
  8. Oh I'm pleased to hear they decided not to recast her out of respect - didn't know that. But this setting fits the original Meg so much better. Guess it is possible. If they ever wanted to bring back Meg, as in using the original this is the best time. I also forgot about Rowena, although I am still angry that she got killed off horribly in the real world and the actress wasn't even in her death episode. I hope she does pop up again too.
  9. I really hope Doggett returns. Too bad miller and einstein could of never been introduced, and we gotten Doggett and Reyes together. If Robert Patrick returned in season 10, then Reyes story might have been done differently. I still am not pleased that if Gillian really doesn't return. They wasted wrapping up the mythology with bookends. and all standalone episodes in the middle. Why bother, two episode's is not enough to handle mythology episodes. They need proper 2-part episodes to do it. So I look forward to the monster episodes now.
  10. I really hope so, really love those characters. They died way too soon. It would be cool to meet him, just so fans can have a face to his character. I wonder if they could bring back Meg, as in the original Meg. Since they can't get Rachel back. Unless Meg is in a wheelchair in this AU world.
  11. Yeah loosing Cat really was the biggest loss for this show, and it sucks because Cat playing a big role in the series is merely only a small part of the series when it get's to 5 or 6 seasons. I have to admit, I actually liked the balance in season 1 better than 2 or 3 so far. I actually hope the alien bar disappears, that was my least favorite new location from season 2. I miss the cafe from season 1. The Alien bar feel's too Arrow for my taste. Supergirl is meant to be a bright and lighter show. I doubt we will ever get Cat again in a regular or even proper recurring role, and I very much doubt she will appear in more than 2-3 episodes a season physically seen in person. The way they phased her out of Catco and her new role which can be seen on television screens or skype (which can all be filmed in LA in a studio which mean's Calista doesn't need to fly out). Shows me, that Cat will never play a big role in the series now. She will still continue to appear 2-5 times a season. Too bad the tax break for LA happened once SG moved production, we lost far too many actor's because of the move.
  12. It sucks Supegirl keep's loosing or ditching characters every season. Maxwell Lord, Lucy, Snapper and Lillian has disappeared. And loosing the original Kara's birth mother with recasting. Also Maggie going soon. One big problem with the move in production from LA. So many actor's don't want to commit to filming in Canada. It's too bad, because LA got a big tax break right after SG moved production.
  13. I hope we get to see AU Ellen, Jo, Rufus showing up. I'm curious if we could potentially see Ellen's husband alive, or even Rufus' family. With how things are playing out, I wonder if Mary is stuck in the AU for longer than mid-season. I'm wondering how they are filming the AU. The J's might get so much time off with the WS backdoor pilots filming, and material for the AU filming too. They might not be needed on set for 2 weeks or more.
  14. I'm embarrassed by what the show turned into later on. It became a former shell of the great show it used to be. I think it is such a horrible show once you get past season 4. Sure you have some great episodes, but those are not enough to keep my interest. Which is why I have to separate Charmed into two show's. Season 1 - 3 or 4 and Season 5 - 8. If you told me to rank Charmed among other shows, I can't add Season 5 - 8 in the mix, otherwise Charmed ranks very low. Now Charmed Season 1 - 3 and 4, that is a show I gladly rank in my top 10 all time best shows.
  15. I actually think CW might not go forward with any possible Charmed reboot. I just remembered CW has a backdoor pilot from Supernatural in the works that will include female characters, on a female sheriff with raising and training young women who went through supernatural tragedies, they are a family but not actually related. Like the Charmed reboot being about three women not related in the failed reboot earlier this year. So now I doubt CW is going to actually go forward with anything they have planned for the Charmed reboot. Both will be competing for a spot next pilot season. I do think Supernatural's spin-off will get picked over the Charmed reboot redevelopment. Unless they seriously want both shows to run at the same time, which I don't think will happen. We might doge a bullet with the horrible plans of rebooting Charmed. I just hope they don't plan to redevelop the Charmed reboot.
  16. I think Barbara Hershey's character could be the new Deep Throat, Mr X or Marita maybe? If she is recurring, otherwise will only book end the season. I still think one of the other 8 MOTW's will have some mythology focus like Red Museum, Wetwired or Demons. Not a true Myth episode, but enough that it moves the plot. I hope they don't would of much rather seen Doggett and Reyes teaming up with Mulder and Scully than these two.
  17. I remember seeing these, but I never finished them. I will have to check them out again. :)
  18. I think Kim Rhodes will be the lead. I mean she is after all been on SPN for nearly as long as Mark Shepard has. She has been on it for 8 years, so I do think she will be the lead character, Patience will be the odd one out, but I like it because we need someone fairly new for the show to some new blood. Oh, I didn't know that. That makes sense then about Misha. So he might not be on the spin-off in a recurring role after all, but I wouldn't cross off a one off guest appearance though. No that makes perfect sense, Missouri could be killed off on the Wayward sisters real pilot. After all they had Mary and jessica killed in SPN's pilot. So why would they have all the wayward cast loosing somebody already even before the show starts. Maybe she might survive and be killed off early into the Wayward Sisters first season instead.
  19. Yeah I am expecting her father and Missouri to die in episode 10. I hope it isn't episode 3, because I would like to see the boys interacting with Missouri before she may die. I just think they would want all the characters to have a bond due to loosing their families and how they all come together. I'm wondering if Donna will just serve a role like Cas and not appear in every episode. I just see her only being in a 11-13 episode count, While Jody and the girls appear in all episodes. I could see Castiel floating between the two shows too, especially because he only appears in 11-13 eps of SPN each season. So he could be recurring for 5-6 episodes on WD too.
  20. I think you are right with that. I think Mary may not have 13 episodes like she did last season. I could see her having much lower in the 8-10 range, especially if she is stuck in the AU until mid season. I am very curious if Wayward Sisters is picked up, if when both shows air at the same time if Misha Collins will do 23 episodes spread across two shows. I mean he can easily do both shows 11-12 on SPN and maybe 6-7 on WS. Maybe even Samantha Smith, assuming Mary isn't dead in season 13. I have this bad feeling that Jack could kill Mary at the end of S13.
  21. Your right, I guess for me recurring villain are one's who appear across two seasons and not dropped completely like what happened with Maxwell Lord from season 1 and leading into 2. But since Lillian is Lena's mother, no way will she be abandoned like Maxwell Lord was. I have heard of no mention of them in season 3 so far. Unless they are going to show up. I guess what bugs me about Supergirl is the constant dumping of potential characters/villains for new ones from season to season. They do Maxwell Lord in season 1, then in season 2 they have Lillian/Cadmus/Jermiah and now they move to Morgan Edge. Like just stick to what you have, and not abandon storylines and villain arcs every season. I haven't liked how Supergirl handles villain arcs. But with Reign a regular, it means we have our first stable villain for a whole season.
  22. With Brenda Strong cast in a new role on 13 Reasons Why. I hope this doesn't mean Lillian Luthor is going to just disappear like Maxwell Lord and being replaced by Morgan Edge in season 3. *Sigh* and here I was hoping we would get a recurring villain across multiple seasons. I sure hope not. But with Reign and Morgan Edge in Season 3 getting stories, I think Lillian is going to be put on the side for now.
  23. Well I'm already dreading the season 11 final. I am probably the only one who thinks book ending the season with mythology episodes is going to be a spell bad writing. If season 10 has shown, rushing mythology episodes to start and end a season doesn't leave enough time for them. I was hoping they would do a 2-parter to open or close the season. 42 mins will not be enough time to finish it off. Now I wonder if they are planning or hoping for a season 12. Because I really can't see them ending after season 11 now, especially with only book ending a season with two myth episodes. So I'm going to enjoy the 8 MOTW episodes now. YAY and go in with low expectations for more rushed myth plots. Fingers crossed we get a sequel to a MOTW from the series. So many good one's I have waited years for a sequel. Actually I so hope we get a new MOTW similar to the episodes like Ice, Darkness Falls, Fire Walker or Detour. I am such a fan of those episodes.
  24. Yep your probably right. I did like how Missouri was written in it. Cas will be back by episode 6 I guess. I think Mary is likely going to remain in the AU world and isn't rescue until mid-season but one or both brothers finds a way into it before episode 9. I think episode 7 is going to be AU heavy. Curious if any of the AU counterparts to deceased characters escapes the AU and not just Mary coming back. I kinda hope not, even if I want to see them again, because it isn't really them.
