212 steps today. Exercised my bun muscles briefly in the bathroom. Ate only 3/4ths of a piece of banana bread instead of the entire loaf. Drank a large Scooter's caramel coffee (iced) instead of my usual keg of Dr. Pepper. Glanced at a video of a woman doing kid's yoga with a cartoon cat (that my neighbor's daughter wanted to show me) - but didn't watch long enough to see whether the cat actually does any yoga, and whether he wears yoga pants or not.

At this stage I am about 95% feral and won't be able to be integrated back into society.

And there you have it, folks. Why this show was not renewed for a second season.

I think most of the viewers have forgotten all of this. And then they wonder why some of the fans feel the way they do.

So very true. But most people don't need to post thrice daily photos of themselves, either.

Right? But for some reason it's that combination that works. I've tried all kinds of different things - and it's just the Nyquil Cold and Flu (whole kit and caboodle) that works. The P.M. medications (Advil P.M., Tylenol P.M., and Alieve P.M.) work "okay" - but they can bring on dementia. My mother died of Alzheimer's - I don't need additional help! This is probably true of Nyquil, too - since they all seem to have the same active ingredient to make you sleep.

Sandy - and THAT'S IT - SPOT ON! Meri and Janelle and Mariah have this fan base who they believe hangs on every word they utter, every action they take, every food they eat, every new scary veggie they encounter! So now they think they are like some reality show gurus or something and they need to spout deep (ridiculous) wisdom on a daily basis.

I can't believe I am even suggesting this - but have you tried Nyquil flu? NOT ZZZequil or whatever they call it - which doesn't work. But just Nyquil cold and flu? Even a half dose works amazingly well. If it works, you could use it now and then, just to get a decent night's sleep.

I love Mr. Pibb and Dr. Pepper . (Interchangeable). Therefore - I am.

Well of COURSE Kody didn't even try it. Why in the world would he go over to Janelle's house? He probably hasn't been over there in the last 6 months.

Wow! We have quite a few highly motivated, work-out loving people here! Even when you are barely overweight and healthy, there are always goals to reach for. I might or might not be jealous. Afterall, I COULD do stuff if I wanted to. And I WANT to. The mind is willing but the flesh is weak. And soda is lovely. I'm a bit lost in this sea of achievers.... but fret not, for *I, too, have accomplished many things so far this month. One day I only drank half a can of Dr. Pepper. Yes, it's true. And I weaned myself off of Nyquil, which is HUGE, because for awhile I could only sleep if I guzzled a dose down. It was really messing with me, so it had to be done. I can actually sleep without it! Um..... sadly, I think that's about it. But the month is not over! So stay tuned......

It HAD to have been the Victoria Secret stuff she had been amassing. Up until that point Kody had only seen the wives in Little House on the Prairie clothing and they probably wore long granny night gowns to bed that he lifted up to do "the deed".... so when he was presented with see-through lingerie, his tongue started dragging on the floor, and there it stayed.... vacuuming up the dog hair and dust bunnies and dropped crumbs from the floor until about 5 years later. Who knows why it took so long for him to actually look at her face, but some people are strange, what can I say. By the time he got a gander at her Mount Rushmore of a chin, Robyn had tangled his ball hairs around her knuckles and he couldn't jerk free if he tried. And I highly suspect that Robyn got Meri and Christine into Lularot to keep them dressed in butt-ugly clothing so that Kody's eyeballs wouldn't wander. She didn't have to worry about Janelle because Kody even admitted on National TV that he couldn't hardly kiss her because it was so awkward and also probably because of the chicken McNugget, as well. So Robyn's chin remains hooked into Kody's flesh like a fish hook stuck in an old trout.

She looks like one as a female, too.

Aw, I am so sorry to hear this! When I wrote that I was thinking of a friend of mine who was a quadriplegic. He died many years ago, sadly. But of course he was not in pain - he could not feel anything below his neck. I can't imagine how difficult life would be to suffer that kind of pain on a continuous basis. I am very sorry.

Oh good! I haven't tried it yet - maybe tonight. Also other people have given us some other options, too. My first food goal is to give up soda. It breaks my heart because I REALLY do love it - but it is SOOOOO bad for you! I have to taper down or I get horrific caffeine-deprivation headaches.

What is up with shipping between Canada and the U.S.?? I can mail packages all over the world for reasonable rates - EXCEPT to Canada!! I used to shop Amazon CA and Amazon UK because people sell things on those sites that you can't find on the U.S. Amazon site - except neither will ship to the U.S. because of the HIGH cost of postage. I would have to arrange for an acquaintance in Canada to buy it and ship it to me - and then I would return the favor. It doesn't make sense to me, why it is so expensive to ship packages either way. What the heck??? We aren't that far apart!

I'm sure that will be fine! Some people are committing to a couple of days out of the week - everyone is doing different things to better themselves... and it doesn't even have to be weight loss - just things you need to do to better your life but keep putting off. (Could be something like cleaning the garage!) So checking in when you can will be great.

I will. (Said grudgingly). I really really really hate exercising - although yoga is ok. At least I have a yoga mat. Still rolled and in the cardboard packaging after three years. Now I will have an excuse to get it out.

Dayum.... I can't compete with that. You win. Well - only if you buy a poopload more knickknack paddywacks that you don't need!

I'm in <~~~ said OH so reluctantly. I need to lose weight and eat better, but I just don't want to exercise and eat better. ::::sighs::::

Damn! You are ahead of me! Let's see here... I white washed the outhouse and stocked up on dried corn cobs, canned 18 pounds of green beans, plowed 40 acres and planted winter onions, garlic, peas, broad beans, root vegetables, cabbage, collards and kale, replaced all of the straw tick in my family's mattresses and sewed rips and tears on everyone's clothes by tallow candlelight. and just sent a check for my order for 37 ugly Lularot leggings and matching face masks and 5 Brown Bobble head figures. I decided to just buy the ones of Kody and the wives, and I already cleared a shelf so that I can display them, like Meri suggests on her website. Robyn's bobble head can be used as a hanger for stockings at Christmas time. Her chin is a perfect hook for the loop on the stocking. You may THINK you have won the booty Laurakaye, but I have my eye on the prize and I covet that two night stay at Lizzie's. I'm willing to win by the sweat of my brow..... so you may have to go catch and pluck a few more flocks of geese to beat THIS competitor!!!!!

Because nothing makes a well-cooked meal quite so delicious as pulling out a honking long hair or two from your mouth.
