  1. a LLN tablecloth. I've said it before, and I love to repeat myself! (Who doesn't?) 😄 I NEVER never never never NEVER NEver NEVer NeveR NevER never never NEVER seen people dressed like they dress. Like wearing the sized 3T jackets over every shirt every single day. (Looking at YOU, Meri!) What is WITH the open "jackets"? (Or tablecloths!) Also - the ONLY jeans they sell are those ugly ripped denim ones? There ARE cute ones, but not LLR!
  2. Should have... but common sense doesn't seem to have a place among this family.
  3. In case I never told you, I love the pictures you post, Ginger! Thank you! : ) I really like Christine. I'm not Kody and I'm not a guy.... but if I WERE, I would definitely find Christine more attractive than Robyn. But that guy (Kody) doesn't have all of his ducks in a row... so...... EDIT: In addition, it's not just the physical appearance. I would be willing to bet money that Christine is WAYYYY more easy going than Robyn, and much less demanding and entitled! Life would be more pleasant around her, than in Robyn's mcmansion - waiting on her hand and foot.
  4. Best advice, ever!! When I had my ovarian tumor and hysterectomy, the one thing I am SO GLAD that I did was keep a medication journal. I wrote down the time I took my meds and took note of when I needed to take them again. I was never late on a dose.. and you know, if I recall correctly I was never once in pain!! Amazing. I still have my wisdom teeth - all four.
  5. Toodles - we are here for whenever you feel like talking or you need a virtual hug!!!
  6. I was wondering if it was a rash from wearing a necklace from MSWC, part of the leftover inventory from China, made from anonymous metals. My wild imagination is more fun. It did occur to me that it might be a birthmark, but then I said... nah. Hickey. But definitely NOT from Kody who wouldn't touch her with a thousand foot pole.
  7. I had a test at Kaiser a few weeks ago. It wasn't the one that went down the throat but I think it went to the back of my brain. It was uncomfortable but didn't hurt - but then my right nostril was uncomfortable to breathe through the entire weekend. (I went on a Friday morning.) I actually had the results THE NEXT DAY!! Negative. But BOY was I sick! If that wasn't Covid, I simply will have to pass on the "real stuff". Anyway.... when you first walk through the automatic doors at Kaiser, there were two people standing there who take your temperature and grill you as to why you are there and where you are going. You have to exit through a different part of the building. I was the only person sitting in the waiting room. They made me take off my mask and put on one of their's when I went back into the room. (Not sure why.) Oh yeah... and I used the bathroom but was the only person in there, too. I was actually worried that if I DIDN'T have Covid - I was going to catch it by simply being in that medical building! But it's all good. Hopefully you will be negative, too!! I pray for everyone here every single night.
  8. I was wondering where she got the hickey.
  9. The more you toot, the better you feel, so eat beans for every meal. By jove, I think I see the formula for successful social distancing. An hour or two before leaving the house I will eat a big bowl of beans, and then discretely drop a silent bomb when people feel they need to huddle too close to me. "You think you are going to enter my space? And you see no need for a mask? HA! WRONG! Take that! I hope you get dizzy and pass out! Yeah, I'll bet you wear a mask NEXT time you leave the house, eh buddy? And keep your distance, too! There's plenty more where THAT came from!"
  10. He just doesn't come across as sincere. It's like he's acting and he's a big drama queen. To clarify: if someone's baby is kidnapped it would be TERRIFYING and you certainly have every right to be as dramatic as you want to be. I would have been freaking HYSTERICAL!! It's just the things he was saying and how he said it that didn't ring true to me. Like Kohola said, it certainly seemed like a bid for attention. Just my opinion.
  11. EXACTLY!! And while we are on the subject - Margarine is one component (or whatever you call it) away from plastic. My oldest daughter had a full 4 year scholarship to School of Mines and she used to get upset with me for using margarine. So now I use Kerry Gold butter.
  12. I've never understood people who think the world awaits with anticipation and bated breath to hear about everything they ingest for the day. Is it because they are "famous"? People PAY Janelle to hear about what she eats and where she walked (IF she walked that day.) She sees power lines and trees and plants. Then we have Meri posting constant photos of herself. Is this a case of inflated ego - or what?
  13. We have Meri who almost exclusively takes photos of only herself (and Mariah who does the same) and then we have Janelle who only takes photos of food and things she thinks COULD be edible. I'm glad she learned about hemlock before she picked it and deep fried it and tossed in some olives and feta cheese on top for lunch.
  14. People are just so gosh darned depressing any more. I am ashamed of a lot of the American people. I am embarrassed at how they make Americans look to people in other countries. It can certainly be no mystery to anyone as to why the United States FAR surpasses EVERY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD in both the number of cases and also the number of fatalities. People act like preschoolers who don't want to be told what to do. They are going to deliberately do the opposite out of defiance because they "can" and because they "want to". They are selfish and entitled and the sheer numbers of these snowflakes greatly out numbers those Americans who have common sense and compassion towards their fellow human beings. It's so sad.
  15. I'm glad you like my state! : )
  16. I totally agree 100% except - since the workers are handling everything - especially in the Deli - I think it's even MORE imperative that they wear masks and gloves. I highly suspect that those two workers in the deli were violating some rules by not wearing them.
  17. I suppose so. I think the only wife he ever loved was Robyn.
  18. LOL you snot! What I meant was... if he can't even bring himself to KISS her... how did the rest happen? I don't care HOW dark it is in my bedroom, if I'm not attracted to someone - it aint happening!
  19. Isn't Janelle the one that Kody wouldn't kiss? How did they end up with so many kids?
  20. This is my problem. I get so upset with selfish idiots!! People are posting videos of snowflakes having literal TANTRUMS over being asked to put on a mask and I can't watch them. One lady in Whole Foods pulled out every single item from her shopping cart and THREW them across the room while she was ranting and raving, while three store employees stood around her and someone standing nearby caught her on video with their camera. I SOOOO wished I had been there... I would have told her she was acting like a two year old and that she looked so ridiculous and immature. There comes a time when you need to GROW UP and think about people other than yourself. How did SO MANY parents fail in teaching their children that they are not the center of the universe? Another blonde entitled woman threw a fit in another store and threw her shopping basket. Anyway, I literally feel myself getting upset with people who think only of themselves and their own welfare. We are on this planet together.... and we are all more likely to survive if we support each other and work together! I am better off if I just don't go anywhere. Can I borrow some of your Calgon?
  21. Who in their right mind would buy that land? No utilities and the cost to get them is prohibitive. If you wanted to build a vacation cabin to "get away from it all" you wouldn't buy a plot of land where you might end up with close neighbors. So what's the point? I think they are probably stuck with that land.
  22. A few of my kids and I joined Chuze fitness a couple of years ago. I liked the gym ok, but I am not exaggerating when I say that every single time I went there must have been around 250+ people packed in the place. ALL of the machines would have people on them, the classroom doing Zumba (or whatever) had about 50- 75 people packed elbow to elbow and a hoard of people were all around the free weights and other equipment. It was crazy and congested. If you used the bathroom (and they had about 20 stalls) they were always full and there would be a line waiting... and people blow drying their hair and redoing their make-up, etc. etc. They had about 8 people just standing at the front desk and then who knows how many workers milling around the place. PACKED. You couldn't even find a place to park in their HUGE parking lot - you had to park elsewhere and walk over. (Which is ok.. you are working out at a GYM, after all. lol ) When the governor told us we were going into lock-down, I went to cancel my membership. By this time they were already telling people to avoid crowds and stay home if possible - and yet that gym STILL had hundreds of people working out the day I went to cancel. The staff asked why I was canceling my membership and were condescending - rolled their eyes, etc. They bordered on being rude. I guess what's it to them if one old person croaks from the spread of a killer virus? NOT TO MENTION - I never saw an employee clean a single machine. When you work out on something, it is your job to take the spray bottle and paper towels and wipe off the machine. No problem - I was raised to clean up after myself. But I saw about 65% or more of OTHER people sweat all over a machine and then leave the gym, never returning to clean their bodily fluids off the stuff before the next user started their workout. When that gym opens up again, I would be surprised if it would even be possible for their workers to clean up their equipment fast enough before other people started using it. Well now here it is MONTHS later... and my kids have money sucked out of their bank account every single month for a gym that is closed. They can't get a live person when they try to call so that they can cancel their memberships. When and if things go back to normal - I am choosing a different gym. There are plenty to choose from. And if things don't get back to the "old normal" - I will find other ways to work out.
  23. Will it? Because quite a few people have become ill a second time (after testing negative twice after recovering from their first bout) they don't know what immunities we will develop, if any. How can they come up with a vaccine for Covid when they can't for colds and viruses? Since they are constantly mutating, I don't understand this at all.
