I know - but kids understand divorce as the end of a marriage. It's not an accurate word for their situation, but it helps make things pretty clear.

Oh Kody, of course you want to say something bad. You're not fooling anyone. Of course they're blowing him off.

Truely is very eloquent. I'm impressed with her honesty.

Maybe Logan and Michelle didn't invite her because she's a witch, and THAT's why she decided to go on a 10-day trip.

And so are her flowers! Not at all traditional, but lovely. She looks beautiful

Thrive Without Janelle: The Accountability Group

I may have to try the drunken raisins myself - I can't take my usual arthritis meds because I'm on Xarelto for a blood clot and those joints HURT. Glad to know the raisins are working for you. -

I love that they were all at the wedding and Meri wasn't. -
Her heavily made up self. Who looks completely different than what we see in the Talking Heads.

Not completely sure, but I think that was Maddie. It really does leave them nowhere if they don't follow the AUB and the mainstream LDS church won't let them join.
-
I'm glad they didn't show the actual conversation Christine had with Truely. We didn't need to see her pain.

I don't think Ysabel is heartbroken that Kody isn't going with her to NC because she doesn't expect him to be there for her in any meaningful way. He taught her that a looooong time ago.

Kody wishes Christine had brought up their relationship long ago. Dude, she DID, but you just blew her off because she wasn't Robyn.

Marriage Boot Camp - General Discussion

But that would imply that we care, right? -
I find it frustrating to come and only see posts about JO and not about Meri. But then I don't really care about Meri anyway, so it makes sense to keep all of her stuff in one place. I can always skip posts until I see something that interests me. Oh wait, this is SW. Never mind.

I couldn't make myself stay around to watch this since a "Kendra on Top" episode aired before it and I've come to really despise her. -

Jim and Elizabeth are only show-therapists, not real therapists. This episode showed it in no uncertain terms. I wanted to give Hank a big hug and support, and for Kendra to disappear. -
Marriage Boot Camp - General Discussion

I like Marriage Boot Camp because it's like watching a train wreck and I've mostly never heard of any of these people before this show; I'm not really a fan of reality TV (which begs the question why I find this show entertaining). Except it's not entertaining with this bunch, just repetitive whining and crap and I've lost interest in all of them. Especially Kendra. Hank I sort of like, though what he sees in her is a mystery but their drama is boring and I'm not buying it. Maybe I would care about the others more if they were actually married. Yanno, MARRIAGE boot camp? -

Marriage Boot Camp - General Discussion

Where did Tyson get that ring he gave to Rachel? Hmmm? Clearly he hadn't been carrying it around with him, as he was the one who didn't want to get married. -
Jessop has to give up parental rights for there to be an adoption and we don't know if that's even been discussed with him. I could see an attempt to buy his cooperation and I could also see him sarcastically say, "yeah, sure, when you two get legally married," thinking that wouldn't actually happen. #Surprise! I hurt for Christine, who has been ignored, belittled, and treated like dirt for the last year. And for Janelle, because I like her and because her response was much more realistic. There is no way at all that a change like this will not result in changes for family dynamics and to pretend otherwise is foolish. Oh, right, MerKobyn. And I think Kody should have been there when Meri told Christine and Janelle. If he was, he obviously made no impression on me. I wonder what/when the kids were told and how they reacted. This whole swapperoo is About The Children so I hope they used care and were supportive, but I have no expectations about that actually happening.
-
There is no freaking way that Robyn and Kody didn't know about this before Meri went to the lawyer. And why the happy trio think that Christine and Janelle would be happy about this weren't thinking. Oh wait. Plus this is all so fake because it was filmed after the divorce already happened.

Marriage Boot Camp - General Discussion

So two of the couples ended up "off the path." Both Kiwane and Tyson jumped into the water to bridge the distance between them and their ladies, but whoa, so different. Kiwane didn't hold back and jumped into the water almost immediately - and Syleena did as well, meeting him in the water. That shows me love and commitment and wanting to work together. On the other hand, stupid Tyson clearly didn't want to get in the water and when he finally did, Rachel just watched him and repeated later multiple times that he made the wrong choice. Honey, you made the wrong choice when you stayed with him. -

Haven't all the couples considered leaving boot camp forever? It's hard to imagine the reality of boot camp being intense when they're there for 2 weeks and our viewing stretches out far longer with time to snark in between. -
S26.E01: Great Way To Start A Relationship (Tokyo, Japan)

By the time we have a few legs behind us, I lose track of which episode happened where. I might remember Iceland but not E04. Including the location in the episode titles here will be a help for me, although I do understand not wanting to be spoiled about that. Well, I understand it for someone else. I'm one of the viewers who watch the previews to find out where the next episode takes place. -
Oh wait! I know what would be perfect: put the Browns on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. I've been watching this season, probably for the same reason I watch Sister Wives, and I can see them now - Kody in the center of a big circle with the different wives all throwing balls with words about relationship issues at him. That show is as fake as SW; it would be a good fit.
