That's a $20 dress?? Asuelo is banging his head w/his hands like a 3 yr old. Somehow, I'm not surprised.

My mother used to teach school, so my stepfather knew where she was all day; of course, he never called the school to check up on her. When she took early retirement and was home all the time, my stepfather would call all the time and ask where she was and what she had been doing - and not in a nice way, either. People disgust me.

Yeah - I think jealousy can be an excuse for abuse, as in "I'm sorry I hit you, babe, you know I can't stand it when you look at another guy." Or worse, "Why is that guy looking at you?" Jeez. I do not like any of these people.

I'm so glad to be an older person. I can't stand all these manufactured social media dramas. Everybody just needs to stay the heck off and keep their lives to themselves. Maybe post a cat video or something. Otherwise, shut the heck up about your life and keep out of other people's business. The world would be a better place. Whoa - Fernanda, "You come when I call." Good luck sustaining a relationship with that attitude.

After seeing the commercial, I wasn't sure I wanted to watch this, so I am just tuning in now. I just caught the end w/Olga - do they actually have a plan & deadline to bring her over?

And as a lapsed lawyer, let me add, no helping clients nobody whose house your need to save from bankruptcy due to hospital bills and nobody crying to you on the phone because they've just been laid off from their job of 15 yrs because the company is going bankrupt and they (as in, you) have just sued them on behalf of the bankrupt estate to get them to pay back a loan to the company. After that job, I almost entered a convent to try and retain what little good karma I had left.
-
You said what I wanted to say about male baby sitters. I went to those conventions all the time, often dragging Aliya jr along (they were pretty much family affairs). They were the only way to see blooper reels, which were fun. Usually there were Hollywood make up artists, vendors selling all kinds of SYFY tv & movie stuff, costume parades, autograph tables, fan fiction and art, etc. It was always a fun time.

People have so many allergies, dietary, and religious restrictions on what they eat, others should just be satisfied with a "No, thank you" and stop asking. I'm lactose intolerant as well, so I know how that goes.
-
Back in the day, I used to go to ST conventions (don't judge) and got to meet a lot of the cast. I was able to meet Nichelle and she was gorgeous in person. I've been following her work with NASA and women in science. It's so cool that she was able to turn that role into something that would change people's lives.

Not only does the crime do long-term mental damage, but apparently none of these people have parents who send them to therapy. There have been some whose parents found out while the obesee was still young and there was time for therapy, but nothing. And even if they didn't have therapy when young, they could seek it as adults. I'm sorry they choose food to deal with their feelings, but I don't understand why they don't seek help. By time you are 450+ pounds, you have to know something is wrong besides just liking the occasional Krispy Kreme.

1. It's been years since my friend's WLS, and she eats whatever she wants. This is not a good thing and she is still very overweight. 2. I thought about the surgery and did all the pre-stuff up to the psych eval. For a long time, I was on a FB page for mature people getting the sleeve. So many had problems after surgery - not just medical issues, but an inability to stay away from the foods they abused previously, which was leading to weight gain. A lot of the women were besides themselves with fear - they had the surgery, there wasn't anything left, and they still didn't have their eating under control. It was sad, really. 3. Did anyone see the extended show tonight? What was the name of Activia's jewelry business? The print was small - I thought it was Crayons and Chickens, but that's probably not it. : )
-
Yeah. Like her converting to Judaism. I knew that wouldn't last once Avi was out of the picture.
-
Yeah. My friend had WLS years ago and eats whatever she pleases (and still isn't normal weight, but that's another story. Casey already bugs me. Maybe he shouldn't have the surgery. Maybe he can find a good eating plan, get a trainer, and do it that way. He'd probably still need skin surgery, but that's down the line a bit. I see a lot of these guys on YT - they get tired of being obese, put their minds to it, and work through the weigh guy-style in the gym.
-
Jeez. I was in the kitchen (ha ha) and when I looked at the TV, she was putting big hunks o'something in the pan. She ate that much cheese by herself?? And yet, all of these people say they don't have any other options. Stop eating 2 lbs of cheese in one go. There's a good option right there.

I can't believe this dude is just sitting naked in the bed playing video games. His mother had the right idea - his father should have followed suit. No way would Aliya jr be allowed to just sit in bed and blow up like that. No way would he let me sit in bed and blow up like that, either.

Where is it? I can't find it.
-
It ain't her hair.
-
Of course! I already saw one episode (maybe this one?) on YT. You couldn't keep me away.
-
I've been through Minot! We took the train from Ann Arbor to Portland and stopped for a bit in Minot. I went to the Safeway. That is my Minot story.
-
Does Activia ever get up? Even when Nichelle is cooking, this woman can't sit up and be respectful or maybe sit in the kitchen and make the salad. Lazy. Lazy. Worse than a teenage boy. eta - I see I wasn't the only one who is tired of her laying down to eat.
-
I'm still not sure, but I just spent a minute looking it up on Google and YT. Something to do with really nice looking young men loading weapons?
-
OMGoodness. It's like two junkies. Stay on program for awhile and then shoot up because you've been 'good.' I know whereof I speak, my friends.
-
Why do they always say they don't understand how they gained weight. They admit to cheating. They know how they gained. Stop living a lying life. Hectic??? You're at home, still mostly bed bound. I hate these people. Jeez, the enabler looks like Zip the Pinhead. Stop crying Activia. You did it to yourself and you know it.

They are very cute, but I have to check the carbs on them. I liked the Icelandic stuff, but it was getting too expensive for everyday lunch. I've been eating the whips, which are like heaven in a plastic container, and have fewer carbs (diabetic). I don't like Fage or straight up Greek yogurt and you can't even find reg fat yogurts anymore. "I'm feeling confident I'm gonna hit my goal" and "I'm only cheating with chips." Anyone wanna lay bets on how the weigh-in is gonna go?
-
Ah, memories. When I first moved to Philly and working temp jobs, my $1 lunch was 2 soft pretzels and a Pepsi. Sigh.
