Fitness Blender just had their Cyber Monday sale last week - 30% off all of their plans. I bought the program for $6.99 back in June; it is now $9.99. Still really cheap, but they've had to raise the prices as their costs to bring us all free content have increased.

Yeah, they use HIIT for cardio most of the time. Sometimes, those twenty-second intervals seem to go on FOREVER.

I started doing low carb for the first time three weeks ago (70g per day instead of 150+). I don't really miss, pasta, rice, and bread too much, my issue is with sweets. It has helped me break through a plateau that I'd been stuck at forever. What helps me with cravings is good dark chocolate or Greek yogurt with a bit of honey, oats, or peanut butter. I like it. Eating full fat dairy and such that I was avoiding before and I'm eating a larger variety of vegetables with much less processed food. I started round 3 of Fitness Blender's four-week abs program today and hit a new low with my weight since I started. :) The last day is on Christmas. I did it for the first time in June (lost 1/2 inch off of my stomach) and then just did it again this past month (another 1/2 inch gone). With my awesome genetics (not), I'm thin everywhere except for my stomach and lower back. I want this belly fat GONE. I hate core work, so the program tells me what routines to do. I love having it laid out for me.

The Bastard Executioner - I lasted about four episodes before I gave up. I just didn't care about any of the characters and it wasn't holding my attention (the premiere was two hours and the rest of the episodes are over an hour long).

Haha. We all knew the Noah dramuh was the promo monkeys. I love Carisi. He is so awesome. So sweet of him to cook Amanda and the gang dinner.

I love Maura Tierney. I'm glad Helen finally stood up to her mom. I'm glad they finally figured out what was wrong with Martin. Poor kid. I like how they tied in the Crohn's to Noah's mom's MS since they're both autoimmune diseases. I didn't really care about Part Two to comment on it, except that Alison acknowledged her self-destructive behavior in how she was replacing communication and letting herself feel with sex. I liked that, and how Noah could sort of relate to her when Martin was in the hospital.

I liked this episode a lot more than the two pilot episodes. But, I still found my mind wandering during the show. I think I just have to adjust to the setting and all of the characters. I like Lady Love's and Isabel's relationship. I also like Annora. Wilkin is okay. I'll keep watching for now.

My captioning did the same thing, it wasn't just yours. It was really annoying.

I don't know if this is really my thing. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it, either. I like the setting and everything, but it was a lot to take in for one episode. I was growing disinterested in the last 45 minutes. Katey's accent was weird and that's all I could focus on when she talked. I had to watch with the caption on because I couldn't understand anything anyone was saying. I could barely read the words on the screen that displayed the locations. I'll probably give it another episode.
