Jill does not have the culinary skills nor intelligence for aspics. She probably doesn't even know that something the consistency of jello can be savory. Personally I wouldn' t even eat Julia Child's aspics let alone anything out of a Duggar household. I have some bad memories of the Eastern European delicacy studzienina (jellies pigs feet).

I can see him trying to get into politics, but I can't see him actually getting elected. Even without factoring in his notoriety, his career trajectory has been way to aimless and inconsistent. First he was a missionary, then an accountant, then a missionary again, then he went back to school for a ministry degree, and then law school. All the while getting married and barely being able to afford 2 kids. He would get eaten alive by an opponent.

What I really don't get is how incomplete this registry is. These are 2 teenagers getting married and they are not asking for plates, knives, pots and pans or even cutlery. They are starting from zero. What are they going to live on when married?

I'm not really surprised Jeremy does this given his career intentions. I assume he will need to establish himself on social media in order to eventually get a job after completing his degree. Social media is a great addition to a tradition resume especially when you are trying to elevate yourself above other possible candidates. I would think this is doubly true when it comes to church's hiring a new pastor. As for the Instagram pictures, Jinger is the photographer of the family. Shouldn't she be able to compose the shot pretty easily? Of course, I am cynical enough to know that what is posted on social media is never the truth. It is what the person posting wants you to see, which is why I stay away for 95% of celebrity twitter. instagram, etc. Constructing a narrative on social media can be as difficult or easy as you want it to be. Of course, the closer the narrative is to the truth, the easier it will be.

I feel like I can write his replies to this one, Jill was never really in any distress during her home birth attempt. Evil TLC had to create a storyline for the show. When that doesn't work we will be bombarded with his favorite response of "FALSE"

I don't let the people in my life know about my posting, but if I explained to my mother and older brother about my fascination with religious cults they would understand. I got into studying religious cults after a multiple murder where I lived. This was an offshoot of the Mormon church where a whole family was murdered along with a few other people. The barn where the bodies were buried was on a somewhat busy road near a park and on the way to the cemetery where my grandparents are buried. We would drive by the barn pretty regularly and talk about it. The last time I was in the Cleveland area we went to the cemetery and drove by the site. Someone now has a house where the barn stood. Pretty creepy.
