  1. As much as I dislike Tre and Juicy and I know they hurt a lot of innocent people in their scams, I have to say this is so much worse. It's as you say on a larger scale and at least they weren't taking money from grieving families. Tom and Ericka are really low.
  2. I read that he was only 10, which doesn't seem all that old, although I have more cat experience than dog. I was also surprised at his age because I thought he was older, too. He was apparently very young when she first came on the show. I'm very sad for Ken and Lisa. This must be very hard for them.
  3. Yes, the good old "all natural" so it must be okay theory. Cyanide is also "natural." I don't think it's a good idea to take it tho.
  4. Maybe Anne was giving her mother back the same attention and affection she received from her. I don't doubt there were times Elizabeth told Anne "I'm very busy so you only get a little bit of my time." You know what they say about payback.
  5. As a native Floridian, I consider north Florida to be southern, however south Florida is not. Weird huh? Sometimes we call north Florida south Georgia.
  6. Has anyone seen the season 3 trailer? Looks pretty good. I'm sad about Mad Sweeny, but I'm pretty excited about Marilyn Manson and Iwan Rheon (AKA Ramsey Bolton).
  7. I'm just waiting for the scene where Princess Diana buys pashminas from Dorinda. That will be riveting.
  8. You know, something about the way he looked reminded me of Humphrey Bogart. I'm not sure why. Maybe I watch too many old movies. Does anyone else see it?
  9. I think Ericka probably didn't know at the very beginning, but I think she has known for some time. This isn't the first allegation of problems with Tom's firm. I also think she didn't care much who got screwed over as long as she had her private jet and glam squad. As for Dorit, I agree. Like attracts like.
  10. It's uncanny. If you had told me that little girl was Sophia, I would have never questioned it.
  11. This is so true. They also idolize the Amish, who like all communities, have their share of serious problems, too. Not to mention some of them run puppy mills and treat their animals badly. I always wonder if Jill is aware of some of the dark issues in that community.
  12. I can't believe she describes her sister as "helpless." Well, actually I can, but it sure is vile.
  13. Desperation, fountain pen ink, and pocket squares.
  14. That's probably the first time in Jordyn's life (at least since she was six months old) that she spent some time with MEschelle. She actually looks happy.
  15. I think Nurie looks so much better now. She really stands out as a beautiful girl in that pic with all the women in the family.
  16. I think you might be right. I notice that she's wearing a pink dress with a blue sweater, too. Hmmmm.
  17. I've always wondered if she was so crazy about Philip that she would rather have him all to herself and not have to deal with the kids. I think they both liked having the other's undivided attention, and in Malta she would have been able to give that to him since she wasn't queen, yet.
  18. I'll have to watch the show about Diana that you referenced. I did hear about her throwing herself down the stairs, tho. Not to be a Charles apologist, but I think he was raised by such cold people that he really was at a loss as to how to handle Diana's issues and illness. Also remember even now people still look down on those with mental illness. It was much worse just a few years ago. It's sad she never got the help she needed.
  19. Yes, I didn't understand why Princess Margaret said you shouldn't say "I beg your pardon" but you should say "wot." Made no sense to me. Was she serious? Do the British not say that?
  20. I also wonder if the fact that Charles is literally waiting to take over for her causes issues in their relationship. It can't be healthy to think "this kid is waiting for me to die so that he can be king."
  21. I thought her unpacking for her husband was a way of being loving toward him. Yes, she is a busy, powerful woman, but he's more important to her than any of that. I found it kind of sweet, which I wouldn't have ever used to describe Margaret Thatcher in the past. Also some couples like to go to sleep at the same time, so to me it didn't seem problematic.
  22. I'm just kinda amazed that Jessa knows some people say art "speaks to them." Who knew?
  23. Isn't it wonderful that god gave Jill plexus, which cures everything so she can go ahead and wear the blue masks without worrying about getting sick.
  24. Yes, Brian Blessed or Matt Berry would be awesome.
