  1. Was that Pria? Sure looked and sounded like her (not racist).
  2. L&O:SVU fans, check out the episode titled "Head" s5e25, for a 14 year-old Deran (Jake Weary). His first TV role.
  3. What was up with Pope and smashing the spark plugs? And then putting the ceramic shards in his pocket?
  4. Wait, right after they brought him home from the hospital, didn't Hay-Zeus have a freak-out when there WAS pepperoni on the pizza? So does he do the big pepperoni or what?
  5. What were the two beefy guys in tank tops doing at the nail salon? Manicures? So QA's squeeze found a broken nail on Roller's dock. But I don't recall either Des or VA saying they'd broke a nail, and you'd think that'd be something they'd say right away. Whose is it? I don't understand the "Roller working for the Russians" thing.
  6. I thought so too!
  7. I push the 30sec SkipFwd button every time I see desert and don't stop until we're back at the hospital. Works for me. I never liked TC when he WAS part of the main story.
  8. Tori's father, Molly, Jacob conspicuously absent. Not even a mention that I recall.
  9. With each other??? In the last song, what was with Deacon walking up the weird staircase? Is that in Rayna's house--I don't recall it.
  10. 1. CLOSE the dam refrigerator door, Gunnar! 2. Wait, Clay is black? I hadn't noticed. Is this Nashville or Ferguson? 3. Joliet was pretty rude and snippy to Zack, I hope he bites her. 4. Charlotte needs to be put in a big house, but not that one. 5. Will and Avery must be off somewhere together knocking boots. I'm not watching anymore until Will returns.
  11. I've never had kids, but I did think Zack's baby seat, the one in the living room, that connects with a smart phone, was really cool. Anyone know what it's called and how much it is? Probably stupid expensive. I FF through anytime Amy is on screen now. Makes watching much more pleasant.
  12. Episode was meh. Just read an interview from a while ago that stated the show needs an openly gay character. The actor who plays Carisa said he wanted it to be him. No one ever believes me, but I swear in an early first season episode, Dean Winters came very close to disclosing he was gay to Munch.
  13. More of Juliette's bodyguard/driver, please. A modern The Help. He and Glenn and Bucky should team up. WHY were Scarlette and Gunner at the HiWay65 business meeting?
  14. Calling it right now--Dominic is going to hook-up with Connor next season, before he is killed.
  15. "When it comes to sufferin', she's right up there with Elizabeth Taylor." (Bonus points for citing the source.) Where the h3ll is Will? Worst security detail ever. Should have been fired on the spot.
  16. Steph is a bad lesbian. Who uses a chisel to pull a hinge pin? Jesus can be forgiven for not knowing a hammer from a screwdriver, but not her.
  17. What the h3ll did Rayna teach these girls? If Madrid can use a KitchenAid stand mixer to mix a cake (even though she used the whisk and not the paddle), why can she not set a timer? Even Dafney should know to do that.
  18. I find it quite easy to FF thru every Maddie-Clay scene, alone or together. And I feel I don't miss a thing. Soon Scarlett's scenes will be added to my FF list. But screw with Will and the season pass gets deleted forever.
  19. *Couldn't care less about Rayna's "angst" and took Deacon's side, until the end where he "caved" of course. I like the stalker, maybe he'll try to kill Rayna. What was up with his broken windshield? *Juliette being self-centered as always. Avery is so too good for her. Airplanes took Patsy Cline, John Denver, Buddy Holly, Jim Croce, Skynard, Ricky Nelson, most of Reba's band, but Juliette was the sole survivor? Life's not fair. *Will has the only plotlines I care about, even though his are the worst written. *Afterschool Special: Maddie learns a lesson about collaboration. *Scarlett creates drama in her mind for no reason. Gunnar is too good for her. Where's Glenn?
  20. I don't think it was 42 minutes. The frequency of the commercials annoyed my so much I had to do some research. Found an article from 2013 bemoaning the fact that total commercial time per hour has been increasing since 2009. The average for a broadcast network is 14.25 minutes, for cable 15.6 minutes. But what bothered me was the frequency, not the duration. Once scene, 2-3 commercials, another scene, 2-3 commercials, bonus TWO scenes, then 4-5 commercials, back to one scene, commercials. It seems to me when the show was on ABC, there were only 3 or 4 commercial breaks total per episode. I very rarely if ever watch anything live, and I sure couldn't tolerate this show if I had to. As far as specific plots/characters, since I watched the episodes back to back (as the network intended), I'm afraid I'll accidently spoiler something, so I'll post my comments in the next thread.
  21. They're separated / going through divorce. In real life, she probably would have been at the wedding, but it doesn't make sense to pay the actress just to show up. Now, does Ryan have no friends or relatives?
  22. He was almost puny as Van Montgomery by comparison. "'Cause I took a Viagra..." I so want to see Ian do Kevin.
  23. Too much Minnie Driver. I'm out. Canceled the season pass.
  24. I liked G. Gordon-Leavitt in the planetarium, but isn't he too old to be dating a highschool boy? He was a teen years ago on 30 Rock.
  25. TRIED to poke the bear(s) anyway. Bless his heart, that boy ain't right in the head. This episode lost points for not having Brody getting in/out of the shower.
