  1. I found this episode a slog, mostly because at the halfway point Daya, Deja and Jorgeous [my three least preferred of the remaining queens] were relaxing backstage while Bosco, Camden, Angeria [three of my top four] and Jasmine [whose enthusiasm I loved] were still in danger. Plus any tension dissipated when Daya bested Jasmine in the first lip sync and it was obvious how the storyline was going to play out. No offence.
  2. Apparently so - at least we were spared the baby talk. He seems to be doing an impersonation of Beverley Leslie Leslie Jordan, who would have been hilarious in the role.
  3. Sam and Joel aren't spending enough time together, which is frustrating me. As is the lack of music. Tricia dealing with Charity over the ownership of the shop was a thing of beauty; I never would have suspected a couple of episodes ago I'd be on Tricia's side for any argument.
  4. Why was Jay suddenly targeted over David? Jay seemed less plotty than David and Amy. Plus he was pretty ☹️ Now to work out who's who amongst all the other Js: Jordie, Jordan, Josh, Jesse. 🤷‍♂️
  5. He said he was the uncle of either Mrs Morris or Mrs Faine so family ties.
  6. Did you see shirtless John Adams? I'm surprised Oscar restricts the making out to his room, if it is his room. Maybe it's John's room? Or a hookup pad? Agnes thought John Adams was a prospect for Marian in episode one so he must have money.
  7. Was the high strung woman who dominated the first couple of episodes there?
  8. Who do we think has more influence in the afterlife? Dusty's dad or the twins' grandmother?
  9. All I could think during the show was how it was obviously Derek Zoolander approved: nothing but right turns. Shantall's husband, Chasity's fiancé, Coral's son: providing more eye candy than just the clothes.
  10. Porkchop Poundcake Flapjack Kornbread [that’s seriously the mental gymnastics I go through every time I try to remember her name] taking care of Willow just cements her frontrunner status. Maddy being distracted by the super hot Pit Crew guy was hilarious.
  11. That's what I'm going to miss about him the most! And maybe Christian agrees with me. I've been on the Shantall bandwagon since her straw dress and every episode since has cemented my ¡pasión! for her work.
  12. I'm surprised Elias didn't make a snide comment about Hetty getting older.
  13. Zach was an absolute saint with the high maintenance Flo: he never lost his cool despite her many tantrums. He deserved all the prize money. There have been plenty of dicky male partners over the years to use as examples, Akbar being the latest version.
  14. Jeff Hiller stole this episode right from under Bridget [who was fabulous nonetheless]. What a sweet character.
  15. It's gotta land on your chest for it to make sense. 😉
  16. It was a simpler time. Maybe they thought they could literally outrun Covid? Maybe the next leg was going to be Italy or another country that had been hit hard. Circumstances were changing fast and often back then and there was a general air of "How bad could this be?" [a lot worse, as we discovered]
  17. Jujubee - who made it to the final all three times she's competed.
  18. I suspect Enorma's frustrations were not only taken out on the cast and producers but also the crew and that may have been a bridge too far. I don't know why we had to go through the whole lip sync charade when Ava's transgressions seemed nowhere near as bad. Hopefully things will be more relaxed now she's gone [I've never hear a queen exclaim "thank god" upon another queen's sashaying before]. It was hilarious not knowing a single celebrity on Snatch Game. Almost as hilarious as the guest impersonator not knowing what a muscle queen is.
  19. By picking correctly he couldn't be voted out.
  20. By the end of the finale I was so enamoured with all three queens I thought I'd be happy with any of them winning... ...yet the winner did surprise me. I've now predicted the wrong queen in every Drag Race UK finale.
  21. "Other than a few birds chirping, not a single sound".
  22. S03E07: Call me cynical but I don't think that countdown clock was terribly accurate, especially when the queens took the time to discuss embarrassing stage mishaps while preparing their first look. Still, it added a certain frisson to the episode which I appreciated. I thought Krystal deserved to win just for serving three faces in limited time [plus that last look was fantastic] but I don't begrudge Kitty finally getting a badge. I don't know who the guest judge was but I liked her energy. Vanity slayed that lip synch. I will not miss Scarlett shouting her talking head interviews.
  23. I'm not sure but I think I may have heard Probst say something about how this is Season 41 and anything is possible...
  24. And suddenly we're down to five queens; that was unexpected. I thought Scarlett's Macaulay Culkin was pretty one note and that wet lettuce look was limp enough to warrant being in the bottom. I'd call Ru an outer saboteur on the walk through but Ella, Kitty and to a lesser extent Scarlett all benefited from his suggestions and Chroriza was seemingly punished for not changing to a Spanish Cher.
  25. Cook Islands [not that the players had anything to do with that decision].
