  1. I thought that too, at first. Ali seemed very happy though. She had someone helping and chunky toddler-type skates on. Then I thought "why not?". Ali may not be able to in years to come and standing on wheels seemed fun for her.
  2. I'm having trouble linking but Amber's father passed away yesterday (Tuesday). He had been hospitalized and in a coma.
  3. I didn't hear this but I wondered about drugs. He looked pretty healthy in the THs but not well in the scenes at Pump. It was very distracting.
  4. OT, stupid question: Is there a reason this family can't find the period on their keypads? It's not exactly difficult.
  5. As a 40 year old woman, I might heart you bubba. That man was a dick, for sure.
  6. I still don't like any of these people. I tried. The three girls that wiped their leg on a hot exhaust pipe? Yeah. You get a burn. Who doesn't know this at their age? And um, get a note to NOT work, in the ocean water? Dumb. That water will heal that burn better than Silverdene. Hush your mouths and bless your hearts. And wash your hair.
  7. Her grandmother and Uncle Poodle will be on, as well.
  8. Darlene: "Mom's gonna love this." Becky: "Mom already knows. Who do you think bought me the pills?". Finger snap, "Slammer!"
  9. Ahhh, of course. Any ole willy-nilly can have a daughter. It takes a "manly man" to breed a boy! Excuse me, let me correct myself, I mean a "gentleman". Fix it, Jesus. Please. This girl needs all the help she can get.
  10. Thank you for the title, Lantern7. I just set my DVR. I don't watch much MTv these days but I haven't seen it advertised when I do. I'm watching tonight, though. I'll update if they promo it. I would imagine her family went along with her age because that's her story to tell. Kind of like how my family went along with me being 27 for at least 10 years. It's harmless, in the big picture. ETA: I didn't see any promo tonight.
  11. I wondered the same thing. The only thing that makes sense to me is there might be a missing word. As in, "$475 a month for her cell phone AND bills". That's just my guess, though.
  12. I think chances are pretty good the next problem/investigation in Mama June's life will be from the IRS. They love looking into reality "stars" finances.
  13. Peace without Pain? I would be surprised if this season isn't aired. They still air Buckwild and I still have old Real World episodes on my DVR. Let's not forget Teen Mom and Jersey Shore. All of these shows have had real life situations happen and aired. Diem battled a very real illness and so did Knight. They chose to participate in tv, as well.
  14. Lecy distanced herself for a few years. Thanks for posting those clips! I wonder why they tried to pass that couch off as "the" couch, though?
  15. That's probably a blessing for his family, though. I hope they can mourn his passing as quietly as possible. I say that after reading a few details and knowing what it's like to lose someone that way. I can't imagine what it feels like to have it blow up in public.
  16. I thought it was MTv that found Shane? They were filming for Gandy Candy and he didn't show. I'm probably totally wrong..... Anyway, peace Knight. So very, very sad. Damn.
  17. Sorry about your stove, MargeGunderson. Isn't it spectacular when they spark into flames, though? My last oven did that, twice. My mom's boyfriend came out and replaced the heating element and told me most people can live 80 years without ever seeing that happen. It looks like welding is going on inside, it's amazing. The second time it happened he said, "Melinda, it's time for a new stove.".
  18. Google "common core" and the kids' ignorance will make more sense.
  19. I don't know about molds for peanut butter balls/cups but I make mine with the basic peanut butter/butter/powdered sugar mix. I also add Rice Krispies, though. So good! We are frying two turkeys this year, one Cajun and one just plain. Mashed potatoes (with cream, not milk), gravy (probably noodles too because we are from the Midwest), and two homemade pies-pumpkin and pecan. We are still debating on the other sides. I'm the only one who likes stuffing with gravy that has hard boils eggs in it. So that probably won't show up. Everyone got sick of green bean casserole but I think it should make an appearance again so..... Other than that, I have asparagus and brussel sprouts to roast but those will probably perk up our leftovers. Of course, Chex mix. Can't have any holiday without that! I'm also making a seven layer salad. This will be our second Thanksgiving without my sister and that's what she brought for her last one with us. I think our salad must be weird to most people because I see recipes that look great but aren't "seven layer salad" to me.
  20. http://starcasm.net/archives/296961 Leah says she won't be returning to the show.
  21. That's interesting info. I would have never guessed. Thank you for sharing and cyber hugs to you. Thank you for giving me one more reason to quit, too. It's not easy but maybe it will stick this time, for both of us. Hugs.
  22. Grab a tissue: http://www.mtv.com/news/1998381/diem-brown-mtv-family-tweet-reactions/ Cast remembering Diem (lots of pictures)
  23. I am amazed she can pronounce "girlses" but not Jeremy. Syllables are our friends. (for the record, I type out Germy too. Which is odd since I am married to a Jeremy. We don't call him that, but still.)
  24. Can someone tell Kristen that Aaron does not want her? I can't stand Aaron but I feel for him with this crazy. I hope Frankie answers her, though.
